  Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions in Tampa for gutter repair or installation services. We contacted the company to address a gutter leak affecting one side of our home. The company provided an estimate, and we proceeded under the assumption that the leaking section would be replaced. However, the $2,950 estimate was solely for patching the leaks rather than a full replacement. When two technicians arrived, our security cameras showed that they brought only a ladder and did not transport any new materials to the affected area. We were surprised that nearly $3,000 was billed for what amounted to basic patchwork. Upon inquiring why the gutter was not replaced as expected, the company stated that my husband had approved the estimate. He did so believing it covered a replacement rather than minor repairs. We made a partial payment of $2,000, expressing concern over the high charge and the circumstances—particularly given my husband's age (77 years old). They obviously took advantage of an elderly person. We proposed making the final payment after the next rainfall to ensure the repairs were satisfactory. Today, we received written notice that unless we pay the remaining balance, the account will be referred to collections with an additional $500 fee. We paid the final balance to avoid having to fight this company and spent even more money for legal fees!! I also attached a picture to see how small this area really is …… This company should be ashamed of how they do business! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!   Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We're sorry your experience with us did not match up to your expectations. Your proposal has 4 written lines on it, the first states "Refasten 50' of White Existing Super Gutter". The third line also states "Seal (3) Seam *No Warranty". The price for this is determined by the difficulty of refastening a Super Gutter. While normal Rain Gutter can be simple to refasten, Super Gutter is attached to both the roofline of the home as well as an aluminum screen cage. It is impossible to adjust one without affecting the others without great experience, care, and precision.
  
  
  
  Your account records also show that the time taken to deliberate on the estimate was five months and fifteen days. We understand the pinch you were in, that everyone else coming out wasn't willing to touch the area, so we tried to offer our best crew for an outside our typical scope project, as Super Gutter is not typically worked on by Rain Gutter companies. We feel we were clear about what our intentions for the repair were, and that we did give you ample time to go over the estimate and determine your options. If there's anything we can do to change your mind. Please call into our office.

  We are disappointed by your attempt to shift responsibility for the questionable workmanship and unreasonably high invoice to the homeowners. The decision of who performs work and when it is scheduled rests solely with us, and should not be used to deflect accountability. Your invoice fails to mention the listed material super gutter 50 feet, which was part of the scope. Furthermore, your repair job lasting less than two hours and billed at $2,950 did not resolve all the issues. Even after a second attempt, only the most obvious problems were addressed, while the super gutter continues to leak.

  A#1 was excellent, great customer service, excellent pricing, great work with zero issues, the tech that came out even fixed some soffit that wasnt mentioned in the repair. I would and will do business with them again when the time comes.

  We are without words. we had work done in ******, we paid that day. they then sent bill with late fees, I called perplexed , it was strange, but they asked for my credit card over phone, I like a dummy gave it. my bank statement shows that I was charged twice at this time, I had bank reverse one. ******, owner stated when I called about damage done during installation being repaired under my warranty , that nothing would be scheduled since I still owed them for the work !!!! ****** ended, September ended October, November, December and now ******* has ended, I kept calling, being told by *****, ***************** owner over and over that no one could figure it out & they could not in four months get their bank to call them back......I asked if they closed their books out at months end & why it reconciled, so strange, 14 emails & 27 calls begging them for *********************** of damage. I have a 0 balance statement that they mailed me, but they say they never sent it. Last communication was a phone call with ******, owner wherein I drove to the bank with her on the phone and once there put her on phone with banker who Identified themselves & proceeded to review all billing pertaining to me, stating ****** owed me since they charged me again without consent in November. so three times. while on phone with ******, ****** stated she would send me a check that day & that she would set up service after offering to have someone come out within the next two days, which I could not accommodate. I thanked her for finally having accountability for her co. bookkeeping practices, or lack there of and said I would expect check & be calling her upon receipt of same to set up needed **************** to fix the damage her installers caused to my home. she offered repair services for free, but I bought warranty , so again, confusing. they still owe me money for double over payment, they also owe warrantied repairs from damage they caused ****** just says she doest know.

  We have tried to work with her and let her know we would audit her account.  Upon review, we did double charge customer during the Hurricane week and then we refunded one of the charges.  Customer then went to her bank and had the bank also do a reversal.  We then charged a third time to collect our service fees, without late charges.  I believe the account is now paid.  Our contract states that all warranties are voided for non - payment.  This is the first time this has happened in 18 years.  When I spoke to her, I told her that we would indeed send any monies back owed and also do the repair for her, which she refused at the time.  I will say that we have been verbally abused through the entire start to finish with this customer, I have never been talked to like that, regardless we wish her well.

  Work was sub par, customer service was worse. While installing a seamless gutter they diced our drip guard up. For each support they cut 3 sides of a square and then bent the top side to make an opening to put each support through. Then they slopped ******************* at the top corners. It looks terrible, destroyed the drip guard and is going to be very painful when I have to clean the gutter in the future. When they where done and we saw this we immediately solid there was a problem. A week later when someone came out to take a look and explain how they where going to fix this, they said they would replace the drip guard, but then left before even looking at it. The next day they emailed a bill, saying they were not going to fix it. Adding insult to injury, they charged a late fee because it wasn't paid 5 days after the original work was done (which was before they emailed the bill and told us they were not going to fix it.). BBB does not take customer reviews into consideration when giving the company a review, so if they publish this take heed.

  If more stars were allowed in rating, I would give at least a 10 star rated company. A-1 Gutters is top notch in their field all around, from workmanship, professionalism, reliable and courteous staff. Price quotes are excellent and customer service awesome. I would recommend them to anyone without a doubt. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! You are in good hands with A-1 Gutters.

  Very smooth service from the start, the quote from *******, the customer service from the scheduler Keana due to rain delaying installation she kept me informed, and finally the installers ******, B, **** were great, my install was small but it was still done very fast and their attention to detail made me feel like they were working on their own homes
