    Called and made appointment with ******* to come to our new home for a flooring replacement estimate; he called me and confirmed later. I left a voicemail on phone and website to confirm the time on 4/28/2023. My friend traveled an hour to meet him at my home for let him in and he no showed. She called him and he told her he would check the appointment booking with his sales representative and he never answered his phone after that. He never answered my text message either about him missing the appointment.
