    Flooring project and/or installation is faulty. no one will give me an answer and keeps avoiding my requests to rectify the situation. Been going on since JUNE 2023 and only one person has been here to lay tape all over my house and I was instructed to wait to hear from the company. I gave heard...we are out of town/I have been sick/ the product us on back order/ we 2ill be there next week- which never happens

    Floor was installed 2 years and 6 months ago. Our company gives ***** months installation warranty. Flooring material was from Calibamboo and not Cavalieri flooring brand, so our company is not responsible for the quality of the product that was installed in the client house. Cavalieri flooring only warranty product from cavalieri brand and not other companys. If flooring is purchased from other brands only installation warranty is giving and this client was very aware of that at the time of purchase. We reached out to her and gave her an option to change her floor for $3000, all new flooring and installation but she refused. 
    nothing else we can do at this point. Thank you for you feedback

    Flooring is separating and coming apart in random areas all over where they laid the vinyl planks

    Aug of 2021, I paid ******* Cavalieri half up front and half at the end of the project to find that there were horrible problems afterwards. Planks were coming apart within the 1st couple of weeks of them completing the job. The floors make noise when walking and are uneven in several different places. They broke 23 of the baseboards that they removed.I filed a complaint through BBB at the time this occurred under ******************************** LLC and ******* said he would refund me half of what I paid to clear out the complaint with BBB and he never paid me. I have been trying to get my money ever since then and have been unsuccessful. So, the company has changed their name...I was referred to them by ProSource, the company that sold the vinyl planks, so I went through them as well to get some resolution, which I never got.
