Thank you for sharing your concerns. We strive to provide excellent service, so Id like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation.
Services Provided: You initially contracted our team for Marketing services for your Existing website in May 2023, and we diligently completed the campaign over the following three months. At no point were we contracted to build or manage your website during this engagement.
Subsequent Assistance: After a year without communication, you reached out to us regarding issues with your website. We explained that we did not create or host your original website. Despite this, we generously offered to build a brand-new website for you completely FREE of charge, including training and setup. We also re-launched your prior marketing campaign tailored to the new site, again at NO cost to you.
Customer Support: The claim of being ignored is inconsistent with our records. Our call logs and emails document every interaction and demonstrate timely responses to your requests. If needed, we are happy to provide these details to the BBB for review.
We genuinely want all our clients to succeed, and while we understand the frustrations of operating an online store, we respectfully disagree with your characterization of our services. If theres anything specific youd like to address, were here to assist further.
