  It has been great working with *****. She is knowledgeable, she knows the business and is willing to share what she knows. She has been VERY PATIENT with me and makes sure that I understand what she is teaching. I just can't get over how much she knows and how she works the computer quickly and confidently. I feel that I am well informed in the workings of the back office of Shopify more than I could have imagined. Please know how much of a valued employee ***** is and how much I enjoyed working with her and the amount of knowledge she tried to pass on to me.   We also value your feedback regarding cost transparency. To help with this, we provide a detailed cost breakdown prior to contracts being signed. Clients are asked to jot down two numbers: (1) the one-time investment for the build, and (2) the expected monthly expense. The monthly cost is not charged by our company, but rather goes directly to the websites hosting provider. We typically aim to overestimate this monthly cost to avoid surprises, though the actual amount can vary depending on factors such as a clients choice of supplier, hosting package, or unique domain name. For most clients, this ranges between $29$59 per month.

  You fail to mention the marketing teams cos until the client is knee deep into the process. While marketing gurus can probably get away without the help, people like myself feel the need to pay the fee or walk away from their investment. If I would have been told about this expense, I would have walked from the beginning which Im sure is the reasons its not talked about.

  Each campaign comes standard with our Business Branding Package, which includes a custom logo design and a business brand kit. In addition, we incorporate SEO Marketing into every project. For your campaign specifically, when our team loaded products into your store on your behalf, we created five unique tags and keywords per product, totaling 375 tags and keywords, along with custom Google listings.

  
  

  This built-in marketing service often goes overlooked because it is seamlessly integrated into the campaign, but it provides valuable long-term benefits by driving organic traffic to your business.

  
  

  The optional upgrade you were presented with was focused on paid advertising, which is separate from and in addition to the marketing already included with your package.

  
  

  Our goal is always to be transparent and to provide our clients with both a strong foundation for organic growth and the option to expand into paid campaigns if they wish.

  Digital Success Media is a reputable marketing company that trains people to create their own business and be successful. They have a team of experts who work with you individually to ensure the success of your business and teach you how to market your products. The expense to get started is minor compared to the amount of care and attention you get from the team. Hannah was great in getting me started building my inventory of products and was very patient and answered all my questions.
