      Hello again my name is ***** today September 24 2022 I came to the area of Suncoast bank on ****** ** to put money in the card on Suncoast around 7:55p.m to 9:00p.m I want it to put cash in my account card and the machine said it do not read my pin I do it like 2 times over the *** machine drive Thru and it denies me to put the money in the machine very frustrated because I need to make a payment and none of this bank Suncoast or chime want to accept the cash into my account one of them froze my account and the other bank said the pin is not working is crazy I have the pin write down in a piece a paper is crazy I feel Somebody is stalking me all the time I want to put money into my account but this bank drive thru denies me to put the money also, is a shame and very disappointing this new administration is very corrupted. Let me told you with Mister ********** *********************** I do not have a problem let me know please if this problem is related to political parties because I will get a lawyer if this is happens. Cant discriminate me because I vote for Mister ********** *********************** let me remind you we still have democracy and a freedom of speech in the United Estates Of ******* this is not **** this is United Estates of ******* and they have to respect the law and the constitution other wise they have to go to jail or get them fired or go back to their countries all the people who abuse the power including all the staff of the new administration of ***** . I need you please to investigate this bank and the workers too because they bringing the communism here in ******* cant do that I will fight for my right and my stuff and my money Suncoast is not the first time this bank have done this thing for me is been a couple times denies me to put the money in the *** I feel is somebody is watching all my movements with my money when I transfer money into my account I have to change my password like 4 times because I feel somebody is stalking me on the bank.

To deposit/withdraw to/from your Suncoast account, you must be using you Suncoast *** or Debit card. If you are attempting to transfer money from another financial institution to Suncoast via ***, you would use that financial institutions card and PIN to first withdraw the cash. Then, you would use your Suncoasts *** or Debit card and PIN to deposit to you ********************* account. To determine the *** locations that the other Financial Institution works with, we recommend contacting them directly.To discuss this in more detail, I am happy to take your call at ***********************.

      My step dad passed away 09/04/2022. Mom went to the bank on Tuesday to get his money, but was not able to without the death certificate. Before she received that, Suncoast sent her a letter stating that they were taking over the account as executives and sending the money back to SSI. She went up there 09/21 with certificate and letter in hand along with reassurance from SSI that she was entitled to that money. They denied the letter and even with the certificate said they can't help her. The manager apparently got involved to straighten everything out. Mom went back a final time 09/22 and was cut a check for $250.00. There was about $650.00 in that account. They took the remaining $400 for no reason and still told her that they couldn't see what was in the account even with her having the letter from them seizing the remaining over $600 and her bank statement stating what was left after bills.

      I banked w/ Suncoast Credit Union for a few years then closed my bank account with them in 2015. I am trying to sell my vehicle that was NOT financed through them by the way only to find out that they have a lien on my vehicle. When I called the bank to inquire about said lien the representative told me there was no lien. Now what do I do?! I can't sell my car because they have a lien on my car that they say they don't have. I found out about the lien through my local dmv who told me Suncoast has a lien on my car therefore I have to settle a debt with them to get my car title to be able to sell a vehicle that I owe no money for. I paid for my car in full at time of purchase

      Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account. Delete this unverified and inaccurate account.

      I have been trying to resolve this issue since I first discovered I didn't receive my income tax refund direct deposit.In **************************************************************** an account that was off by one digit but had my name associated with the deposit. Suncoast didn't catch that the name didn't match the wrong account number and accepted the deposit. I've been into a branch office two separate times and talked to ***************************** and the second time a branch manager whos card I don't have on me right now. Both Suncoast Employees told me they can see MY refund with matching dollar amount, deposited same date as my documentation provided by the ***, going into this other account. However, I was told that *** tax refund deposits don't have a name associated with the deposit and therefore they hold no responsibility. I contacted the *** and filed a form ****. *** response was that they reached out to Suncoast asking for resolution assistance but received NO response. Over the phone, I was also told that this happens and that Suncoast should never accept an *** deposit in an account that doesn't match the name on the refund deposit. They told me that names ARE associated with their refund deposits and said in the past when this happens, financial institutions reject deposits because it looks suspicious. In a world of massive fraud that would make sense. Instead this institution makes is very easy to give money to someone else that it doesn't belong to.Also, I haven't been provided a contact person for the department who I should be dealing with directly and basically told sorry but tough luck. Suncoast has made ZERO attempt to help. There has been NO follow up contact person asking if they can assist. I feel like they want me to just go away.The *** is impossible to contact and make an in person appointment with.I am caught in the middle and very frustrated.

      In october of 2021 suncoast credit union sent to the credit Bureau that i had take out a loan in the amount of $14,511.00 i never took out a loan,and the credit union said that i never took out a loan.When i brought this to their attention they made excuses and said it could not happen but it did.I asked to speak to some one in management or a supervisor they said their was no one in the building for me to speak with but if i leave my number some one will call me back in maybe a few hours.I called a total of two times and got no where.When i called the third time i got a supervisor who told me no you did not get a loan there is no loan in the system.when i told the supervisor that by sending it to the credit Bureau it droped my credit score by 44 points i was told they do not control that,true but they caused it to happen and they need to fix it,with that she said not our resposibility.Then they sent me an e-mail with all kinds of things i need to do to fix it.well no they caused it they will fix it.The supervisor admitted it was their fault and they still refuse to fix it..

      I filed Chapter 7 due to the downturn in the economy from COVID and SCU is the ***** (2nd mortgage) lender. I was never late either before or after bankruptcy. Because I didn't reaffirm the ***** loan, they denied login access and transparency on the amount due each month. I fear they will alter the amount due and I won't know, after which time they can claim I was delinquent and try to foreclose...

      I refinanced a car loan with Suncoast over a year ago. I'm now trying to sell said car, and it turns out, the loan department never filed the paperwork with the dmv to transfer the title into their name as the new lien holder (it's been over one year). The dmv is an out of state dmv due to us being military but the loan documents they had me sign and NOTARIZE included a power of attorney form so that suncoast could transfer the title. I can't sell the car now and who knows how long it will take the dmv to process the transfer, leading to money lost on my part as the offer will of course go down, and I will have to continue making payments on the loan. Every time I try to call the loan department they are unhelpful. I also need to have someone removed from the title because they were on the old loan but not the newer suncoast loan.

      yes, suncoast finally remedied their mistake, but did not offer any recourse for my lost funds due to this mistake. The car offer I had expired, Ive been paying additional interest on the loan, and in insurance for a car I would have sold 3 weeks ago had suncoast never made their mistake.

      I pd a merchant by ck. Merchant tried to deposit ck by mobile app. Suncoast told merchant there were no funds. Called suncoast and they ckd and confirmed I had funds there. I asked for letter stating this to give to merchant and they told me they'd email within 5 days. I still have not received. Also merchant was charged a $10 fee which I paid him along with actual ck value so he didn't have to wait any longer. Suncoast told me to have merchant call them to reimburse fee but I already pd him so requested it made back to my account. I would like to discuss situation with higher ups. This has been a complete embarrassment and run around. Not happy with service and his far.

      1) At Closing I was told by Suncoast Credit Union (SCU) I could get disability insurance added to my mortgage at any time. When I called later, I was told it could not be added. 2) I am being told by SCU my monthly payment is widely varying amounts. I am currently receiving notices my mortgage payment is $634. I am told it is currently listed as $701 on my credit report. The beginning of the year I was told $634 for the entire year. When the foreclosure stated and I called SCU I was told $703 and then $701. At one point $738?3) I had Cancer prior to the pandemic and was left immune compromised because of the medication. I was let go from work because I could not do my job immune compromised. *** told me to fill out paperwork for, "Suncoast Solutions" and directed me to go to the branch for help with the paperwork. The branch refused to allow me to use the empty office for this and I was forced to give my private info in the middle of a very busy ******** Once submitted the Suncoast Solutions paperwork I was repeated told they were reviewing it. After a long period, I was told the paperwork was too old and needed to be redone. 4) After the foreclosure I phoned HUD. *** said SCU should have informed me about, "The Home owner ***************** A fund setup for, "people like me". I was phoning SCU repeatedly and was repeatedly told there was no further help available. This fund closed approx. 3 days before I knew about it. 5) I fell behind on my mortgage payments Feb and received a foreclosure notice via certified letter. I immediately went to SCU and got it caught up to March. I sent a mortgage payment in May for $1500 and in June for $700. Although I had always paid my mortgage the same way these payments were not applied to my mortgage account. Instead, they were put in an inactive account. 6) I received NO notice of foreclosure, no certified letter. I received letters from attorneys soliciting me to," allow them to help with my foreclosure". I i
