    HWARFIELD (Original Creditor: 09 **************************** L) Account #: ***** Date opened: 06-22-2023 Balance: $49,775.00 You never validated this debt, and you are infringing on my right to privacy. ***** and desist pursuant to ****c. I am informing you to stop communicating with me. Communication is not only call, email, or letter. My consumer report is a medium of communication, so I demand that you remove this debt from my consumer report. You are infringing on my right to privacy, and you purchased my information without my consent. I will be keeping a paper trail of your blatant disregard for the law. You will be forced to pay me all of these violations. This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the ***** which prohibits. According to ***** I'm *********** $1,000.00 PER VIOLATION and clearly, they violated my rights. I demand to cease and desist all communication and collection activity. Zero this balance or you will compensate me with the violations, I will have no chice but to forward this to my litigation attorney. I also understand that knowing and willfull misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC ****. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 USC ****. This collection account is not related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that a person or company - without my authorization - used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services, or money and was successful in creating some accounts.

    Hunter Warfield placed items on my credit that are not valid. I asked for validation and they failed to provide it. Also upon me calling to ask about what the collection was if I have no knowledge of the debt I was hung up on multiple times by their customer support team.

    Inappropriately sent to collections and have been harassed by this company. I gave my notice of moving out 30days+ have been sent to collections for a whole months rent that I did not live there. The company is ***************. ***************************************************** phone # ************ I gave my move out notice June 26 2022 and brought my keys in August 4 because nobody was in the office. They are charging me for a whole months rent. Always pay my rent on time. I was never notified by anybody in writing about this dispute.
