  We had an extremely positive experience with them from start of the design to delivery to receiving customer care after delivery. It was wonderful to deal with thorough professionals who made the process seamless for us first time home buyers! ********* was great with the design and our accommodated our requests quickly and efficiently. When there was a minor damage after delivery, ***** at customer service went above and beyond to put us at ease. She genuinely heard our concerns and resolved the issue to our satisfaction very quickly. Super happy that we decided to go with them. Definitely ordering from them again for our future projects!

  We just moved into a new (old house circa 1970s). The kitchen reflected that. Way back then, kitchens were relatively small and closed off. Because of support beams, we really could not expand. I was blessed to get ****** ***** to respond to my request for design help. I sent her the measurements and some pictures and this designer gave me a dream layout. Of course there were some changes to be made (I mis-measured once or twice), but in the end, its perfect. ****** worked extra hard to get my design finalized before the end of a great sale too. And we did our due diligence by getting other quotes. We got far more with Cabinets.com for a better price and ****** was able to add all those extra things in and still beat the next best quote by 25%. It was also really helpful to get sample doors to try out in my space. I did not go with the one I thought I would the lighting just made them look drab. Thanks ******. Ill be back in touch when we start the bathrooms!

  We're very excited to receive our new cabinets. After a disappointing experience at a "big box" store, we found Cabinets.com. Their website was clear and easy to navigate. The selection was huge and the prices looked great. We ordered a sample door, which was very reasonable and shipped very quickly. The look and quality of the door were excellent. Not being a contractor, their sales representative was friendly and professional in answering all my questions, so we put together our order for our entire kitchen and two bathroom vanities. A day or so after I ordered, I realized I made a mistake on a cabinet dimension and some trim. I spoke to ***** in their customer service department and she was very helpful and professional in providing me a way to correct my mistakes efficiently without added costs or delays. The entire order is in production just days later. I'm looking forward to receiving them.

  We used cabinets.com through our contractor when we were renovating our home. 2 years later we had an issue and I contacted customer support via email. *** was able to locate my account, and address the problem quickly.   Cabinets.com produces wonderful, top-notch cabinets. Im very happy with the quality. I ordered a small, additional piece and it was received broken. The company helped me with a claim and refunded me the cost, plus shipping. *** was very helpful getting my claim processed. I would definitely recommend their cabinets to everyone. I plan to buy more in the future.
