  Good program I've made lots of friends looking forward to the next step I will highly recommend anyone to barbzion I didn't think I would get to this point I was nervous at first but I soon opened up and I love the way they gave me self confidence

  Wonderful program I made a lot of friends but they took money from my dads account without permission and when he asked for a refund they said that it wouldnt be possible.

Additionally it appears that there was some confusion over what the payments were for which seemed to have been cleared so we are disappointed to see your review.   I really enjoyed my time while in Barbizon, I made new friends, along with gotten opportunities that I didn't think I'd get to to do. Learning things that are used from day to day were so fun, like we learned skincare and basic makeup. I would highly recommend Barbizon to anyone who is looking into it!

  I love the way it gave me more confidence and helped me with modeling and acting. Everybody there was so nice and understanding. I loved the overall experience and would love to be a part of it again. And look forward with working with barbizon and doing modeling and acting

  I think Barbizon is an amazing way to get your child's confidence up and much more like learning how to do make-up, hair, dress to impress, photo movement, learn about the industry(music video's,photo shoots, and runway shows), and much more it might be a little pricy but there's a high chance you could get booked after your child gets their placement card after barbizon is over. Also Barbizon has a huge thing they do after the program called PTD (Passport To Discovery) where your child can go with or without you and with a member of the Barbizon staff for supervision To ************ Resort for workshops, fashion shows and way more there will be really important business people there that could get your child booked faster they rent out the whole ************* for you and your child for a week you also stay at a really nice hotel with a pool in *******. After my child was done with all of this she got instantly placed and booked for fashion shows and photo shoots all over my area ever since my child has done this program she has been the best version of herself confident and has so much knowledge going to school more learning new things everyday and getting smarter and smarter by the second I would definitely suggest this program

  I think Barbizon is a great program to boost your confidence and help you decide if the industry is really the field that youre willing to commit your life to. It shows you who you are and what your passions are.

  I would like to thank barbizon for their teaching,learning and helping me face my fears in doing modeling and putting my self out there to do my poses infront of people its A HUGE honor to be with my teachers from Barbizon and also the people that are in charge of the company investors and everyone hoping to see what is next install for me to celebrate my success through barbizon Im waiting for there phone call.i missed everyone already friends and my teachers big thanks to barbizon once more for their knowledge and me meeting new people taking notes and me learning makeup now I appreciate everything from the depth of my heart what I would say is parents if your child is passionate about modeling and fashion support and guide them let them go for it because there is something there waiting for them and barbizon is the best place for it.??

  I would like to thank Barbizon for teaching my daughter an important life skill- not the skills they proport to build, but perhaps a more important skill: to identify illegitimate and unethical business practices. We are fortunate that we were not one of the many families who paid money, but we did attend the lengthy 'interview sessions' and the follow on sales pitches. I was so proud of my 13 year old for telling me that something didn't feel right - we had many discussions about the glitz and glam messages, the false sense of trust, the urgency to purchase, the unfounded promises of dreams coming true, the dearth of real information, the 'you are of an elite few accepted' message, the commission based high pressure sales pitches. We discussed all of these techniques and we identified them in our short experience with ********. Together, we looked up reviews on the BBB, Yelp, Glassdoor. We googled the court cases. My daughter now knows a great deal about this sort of unethical practice and how to identify it. I'm confident that it will serve her in the future. I know there are many parents without this knowledge and who do spend thousands of dollars. I wish we could do more to educate them. Thank you ******** for this learning experience- you can, in fact, build young people (just not in the way you claim)!

For more than 80 years, we have provided aspiring ***************** with development through training and access to safe and reputable sources to pursue industry opportunities. There are many ways to break into the modeling and acting industry. While the Barbizon program is a great first step for those who want to gain the tools, training, and connections to be successful and safe in modeling and acting, we understand that every family is different. While you never attended the program, it was shared during local tryouts our companys place in the industry and our mission to provide a safe, confidence building, educational experience with access to local opportunities. You can find many examples of some of the fun, exciting projects alumni have gone on to work in on our social media channels as well as many positive reviews from families that have completed the program as well.  As was mentioned by your talent director, we understand that the program may not be financially feasible even when scholarship opportunities are offered. We wish you and your daughter the best of luck no matter how she decides to pursue the industry.
