    My experience was very positive. The sales staff were very polite and helpful. They helped me select the right equipment and accessories for the replacement of our 2.5 to heat pump system. Everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. My HVAC installer finished his work over a week ago and everything is working very well. The price of the equipment was a great value. Hopefully, I can get many years of good service out of the new system. I will definitely do business with this company should I have other heating and air needs.

    Do not buy anything from this company. They are bunch of liars they. They will purpousely send you damaged equipment. And put the blame on the shipping company and tell you to file a claim for the damages with shipping company. Your claim will be denied as mine was denied because shipping company wants the shippers invoice that you will never be able to obtain from budget heating and air. If you want piece of mind then do not buy from them at any cost.

    We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our team, including our Claims Department, Office Manager, and General Manager, have been in contact with you and has already submitted a claim for the air handler — which you inspected at delivery. Unfortunately, the condenser was not inspected at the time of delivery or notated as damaged on the delivery receipt, which limits our ability to file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf, however that does not stop you from making a claim.





    That said, we still want to make this right. We're willing to provide a replacement condenser top panel at our cost or issue a customer satisfaction refund for the cosmetic damages (even though we will not get any compensation from the carrier). We’d be happy to explore these options with you, but we do need to speak directly. Please call us back and ask to speak with the General Manager so we can resolve this together.





    Lastly, we want to clarify that we are not withholding any paperwork. We can absolutely provide any invoice or documentation you need — this was not mentioned during your most recent call with our Office Manager this morning, but we’ll gladly assist as soon as you reach out again.

    I would have appreciated the return or exchange of the damaged condensor when I initially called to report about it. Instead of the answer from your claims personnel and manager. Manager straight up told me that what he would do with the damaged equipment you have to look at it from a business prespective. Therefore no returns will be honored eventhough your website mentions return or exhanges in unused equipments, damaged equipments are good till 30 days. So why was it ok for your manager to assume that I as a customer should be ok to pay the full price, accept the damaged item and move on, but not ok for the business to even try to make it right. Your claims person told me to file the concealed damage claim within 5 days of delivery, I filed mine on the third day of delivery and without any verification I got a response from the shippers claims department its declined. So why did your staff give me a run around at that time and now after review on BBB got posted you want to make things right. I dont have time to be on the phone with you guys. If you dont realize I also do work at the same time as your business hours I dont have the time to call anyone. If you want to really make it right you have the pictures of damaged condensor ****** and refund on the damages

    I have lengthy post else where but for this Ill try to be brief. They inflated a replacement price to get extra money from my home warranty under the guise of an upgrade.Budget agreed to help me understanding my complex situation. They then called my home warranty and said God know what to make them back out. When the home warranty backed out of covering the replacement Budget decided to leave unless I wanted to get their upgrade for double the price. And if I choose not to work with them they want a restock fee. They did not do anything to help nor does it cost them anything to put their unit back on the shelf. Any other store you make a return to does not charge a restock fee. Its bogus. I found another company which was honestly a Godsend. Please shop around. There are better more ethical companies around.

    I ordered a ******* 5 ton split heat pump unit and ***** btu ********** heat pump minisplit. was told they would be here last Friday or Monday which was yesterday and then when I called today to check on **** said they had just been shipped from the warehouse today. **** went on to say they have issues shipping unit on time and doesn't know why they don't fix the issue. So buyer beware about what they tell you and I haven't even gotten my units yet so hoping nothing is wrong with them. But I will not be ordering from them again due to shipping issue that they make you pay extra to get.

    I purchased a Daikin 10 Ton Split system from Budget Heating & Air Conditioning 6/3/2022. After installed the air handler leaks inside the coil. Got it replaced with warranty and now 8/25/2023 the condenser unit outside quit. Technician checked and found that the compressor is bad. try to get a warranty replacement and got no response from them. Called and got transferred to warranty department nobody there to pick up the phone. Leave message and no response. I just need some help because the unit is still under warranty.

We are here to assist you with the warranty process HOWEVER we want to make it clear that your warranty is with the Manufacturer Daikin not Budget Heating & Air. Your technician can process the warranty for you locally without the shipping delays and processing fees we charge on our end. As long as he is a *******/Daikin dealer he can file the warranty for you directly.
