  Copy Paste! On 4/01, they charged me $450 for a membership and to clear a drain line. They said it was the capacitor and they need to charge me to replace it. I told them to just drain it. They were supposed to be available 24/7 as well. ***** told me that with the membership, they would come out in 15 days and clean it again. The AC unit clogged again in 2 days. All they did was suck the water out the top and not unclog it. I called them and they denied me permission to come out due to installing a unit elsewhere. Eventually they they said I would have to pay another $450. I said no, called a different company, paid $70, they fixed the line, and I haven't had a problem since. They would not refund me or even listen to what I said.

  This companies sales / service person came out checked A/C because unit was turning off in mid cycle of cooling home . Salesman checked unit ,said it needed $4000.00 worth of repairs . Unit is 8 years old , for that buy a new one . I said forget it . I had another A/C Company come out that was referred to me by my cousin. The only thing wrong with unit was A/C Blower Motor . Labor and part $300.00 . I will never use or refer anyone to And Services. Trying to selling me things that aren't needed. Another crooked company praying on the elderly.

  On April 29th 2025 Kevin from AND Services came to do our yearly maintenance on our AC system in 20 minutes he stated we should replace a capacitor that was working OK. I asked him the cost and he said $325. plus $48. for the 20 minute maintenance he performed. I said that was very high he then went to his truck and said he called the office and the new charge was $306. I still thought that was out of line so I called AND services to complain about the exorbitant price and left a message. I gave Kevin a check for $306. Kevin said he could not give us an invoice because he had no phone service (how did he call the office)? After leaving 3 messages no one called us back I stopped payment on the check. After 2 weeks we received a bill along with a threatening letter that if we didn’t pay the $306. They will place a lien on our property. We left messages with Daisha, Kim, Glenda and Kayla they told us managers Tobin and Zell would get in touch with us, to date no calls from them.

  AND Services tried to pressure me into replacing my 2.5-year-old A/C unit for $13,000 without proper diagnosis. The service advisor Blake kept changing his story and made me feel uncomfortable by insisting on staying alone with my unit.   In Aug 2023, during a heat wave, my ac stopped working. I called AND and they replaced the outside unit, the air handler etc... I had working ac and was happy at first even though their price was more than double what I expected. Within a couple of days this white goo was melting down the side of the airhandler. The condensation was heavy on the outside of the unit. I called and they came out and scraped it off and cleaned it. This happened again and they did the same thing. This time they left me the razor so I could clean it next time. Last year I had them come out again and they had to replace something that was under warranty. I showed them the mildew/mold. I was told there was a problem with my ducts and they all needed to be replaced ($30k) I was at my wits end with being taken advantage of. In April 2025, I called someone else to come and look at my unit. It will need to be repaired as the original team did not seal it correctly. Check the pictures on my Google review.

  Biggest SCAM of all times and I got roped in! Do NOT use them. Find a Mom and Pop Shop, someone local. They basically charge 600 dollars an hour!I'm 65 years old and they took advantage of me at the time I was at the end of my rope with a clogged sink and they scared me into signing an estimate which was really a contract. They charged me the full $4,000 for 3 hours of snaking, water jetting and a new clean out.I'm sick!***** ****** I had to select a star otherwise I would not give them one!

  Buyer beware! Salesman gave us a bleak picture of our old system. We believed in his honesty and the companies integrity. Paid almost $15k for a system worth $8k. Tried to find a possible reduction and no response. Workmen did a great job, no complaints...but they'll fleece you for all your worth! Do your homework and get several quotes, don't fall for the "price increase" or "tariffs" nonsense. Equipment is equipment...the manufacturer charges everyone the same. They'll take advantage of everything they can... Very sorry and much more cautious!

  We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We feel that we are fairly priced in the marekt place. We go above and beyond the county requirements to fulfill our commitment. All installs are not equal unfortunately, there are some others that will quote you a cheaper price and then not fulfill the commitment and then try to upsell you items that are needed to pass county codes, permits etc. We have a price match guarantee on our contract and we are certain that our prices are fair for the job done.

  The company is a s*** house business is bad they got over on me telling me Carrier is a bad unit and they charged me $452.00 for a capacitator and labor in which I had a warranty on the part from carrier so they sold me a bad part that on lasted a year so today they come out and said the compressor with out and that will cost me $2200 to replace any the guy was try to recommend that I replace the entire unit for over $1300.00 and not to get a Carrier unit. I will never do service with these ******* again

  Be very careful with this company. I am elderly and was taken advantage of. About a year ago talked me into a water softener. Told it would not need salt. That was a bold face lie. No longer works and the company that makes this unit is no longer in business. YES I was taken advantage of however AND services is really the one's that will lose in the end.
