      I called AND services with an emergency plumbing issue. Two men from the company came to my house and tried to tell me I needed $20,000 in repairs and never looked at the problem. Thank God I didnt qualify for any of their financing. I called a second local plumbing company and the problem was resolved for $700. They were reliable and honest with me. AND services was definitely taking advantage of me and trying to scam me into $20,000 Repair. Please be aware that this is happening.

      On 5/16/25 an employee from AND Services came to my home to give me a quote to install whole house generator with propane tank and gas. The quote was $13000. The agreement was half deposit down payment and other half when job completed. That day I give him a check $6500.For two weeks after the check I kept calling to inquire when the job will be starting. The employee never returned my calls so I called the main office who was clueless to the full transaction. Finally on 6/2/25 holes were drilled to install outside plug and grounding system. I had to call back the worker to return per my stove was not working and then on 6/13/25 returned to install generator and safety switch in electrical panel. Five days after my solar system was not working because the employee did put power back for my solar.I asked the worker about the propane installation he had no idea and stated someone else will be installing it. I have made many calls to the original employee who sold me the most expensive package and no call back. Few days after generator installed an employee from And Services called for the remaining balance and I said no because per agreement will receive remaining balance when job completed. As of today I am still waiting for the propane tank with propane which is part of the agreement and no inspection has been done.I am very disappointed with this company I have to keep calling for next steps and no one seems to know whats going on and have the audacity to keep calling me for remaining balance on an incomplete job.I am a senior and disabled and I feel like Im being taken advantage of.

      My name is ******* *********, and I own the property at **************************************************************. In May 2022, I invested $15,000 in a ****** ONE central air conditioning unit through AND Services, expecting reliability. Unfortunately, I have experienced a troubling series of *********** November 2022, the system malfunctioned and required repairs. In May 2023, it failed again, leaving me without air conditioning for two days, with no offer of a portable unit. In November 2023, the system broke down completely for a week. Despite my warranty, my requests for a portable unit or hotel reimbursement were denied by the manager and the ******** May 2024, just six months after a supposed replacement, I encountered another breakdown. ******* and the owner refused to speak with me, and a technician's recommendation to keep the thermostat at 66 degrees to achieve comfortable temperatures was inadequate. In November 2024, the unit failed again, and the technician *** found a pinhole leak from the installation that couldnt be repaired. As of June 23rd, 2025, I remain without air conditioning, with no effective support from the manager or the owner. The owner will not call me back, and I will not be reimbursed for any hotel or food expenses, according to the manager. I demand immediate action from AND Services, including temporary housing. This is the third unit they will be installing in two years, and my concerns cannot be ignored; my disabled husband cannot endure the situation he is in. He had a stroke and a liver transplant. We invested $15,000 for comfort, and AND Services must be held accountable. The portable unit they provided leaks and is causing damage to my home. I request an investigation into AND Services and its owner, ***** *****, at ******************************************************************** I expect a new air conditioning unit to be installed free of chargenot another Daikinsince the current unit has proven unreliable. Immediate resolution is required for my $15,000 investment.

      This issue began in late 2024 and has not been resolved to date. AND Services were paid 6500 to replace the pipe and pan on the shower in our master bath AND sent two workers to complete this job that only spoke broken English at best. Two inspections were done and both were failed. The last was dated 10/4/2024. By this time the toilet that was next to the shower would not flush. After we called at least 3 times with no show appts the workers finally came and cleared the clog created by their previous work. At this time there was water leaking from the shower wall into the shower. We were promised that someone would be sent to evaluate the source of the water. Now it's May 2025 and AND Services has failed to come out. I was so frustrated and put out with AND and their lies that I called another plumbing company to inspect the problem. They found that the drain line for our washer which is beside the shower was not draining and every time we did laundry the water was backing up and leaking inside the wall and into the shower. They advised that we contact AND. I called AND while the other plumber was there and spoke with ****.He scheduled 2 workers to come out to my house 2 days later.They advised that the shower pan and Foam would have to be replaced as they were water logged. They also tried to snake the drain line with no success. We were told they would be back the following day with all supplies to fix the shower and the drain line. They left their tools laying in the shower and in the wall behind my washer.Well as expected nobody showed. This was May 30th. I called AND to speak with **** about our problems. I was told that **** was in a meeting but an urgent email would be sent to him to return my call before end of day. It is now June 2nd I have not heard a word from AND Now we don't have a passed inspection on their work, we have more problems than when we started last year, and we are having to go to the laundromat to do our laundry.

      I had a water hose spring a leak. Contact Andservices to complete repairs. $441 later problem was not fixed. Told needed to replace another part at a cost of $995. I asked him to leave and contacted The Drain Team, who came out made repairs at a cost of $142. I informed him of conversation with previous plumbing company who wanted to charge an additional $995 on top of $441 already spent. (I was told I was given a discount and he could take a little off $995 because of $441 payment. Complete scam. Had I not had water everywhere I would have gotten several quotes. I have contacted them but have not received a response. I have attached copy of repair cost for The Drain Team. Repairs without additional parts as stated he needed by Andservices. I also attached proposed cost for Andservices to complete repairs with first attempt was not successful even though I was garrenteed it would.

      On 5/19/2025, I was charged $450 for an HVAC repair. When I questioned the tech about parts vs labor breakdown, he could not specify the cost of each. When I asked if I should call the office, he said no one is there anymore. A simple ****** search showed me the part was $40 and the tech guy confirmed it. He also said that I could ask other companies, and this company is "always" about 10% CHEAPER. To my surprise, the job took 15 minutes maximum when he described the job as being more significant. $410 for "labor costs" for a 15 minute job is outrageous. When I questioned him, he said their price factors in overhead costs, etc but had no real explanation for it. All businesses have overhead costs but this company uses this an excuse to grossly overcharge customers. The tech himself said that he does not make that money, and he gets paid about $16/hr. My husband and I called 2 other certified companies around the same time of the job being done and were quoted HALF the price this company charged: about $225. Clearly the tech's promises about this company "always" being 10% less than others, was a lie. This company is predatory, misleads customers about the scope of the work needed and engages in price gouging. I tried to resolve it with the manager ****** but he asked me: "would you feel better if he took 2 hours to do the job?" He did not want to resolve anything.

      AND Services took $4,995 from me to correct a mold problem on the plenum of my A/C unit. They by installed a UV light and guaranteed that it would correct the problem or they would refund my money. Now they tell me they will refund nothing as black mold is "normal" on plenums in *******. They installed the unit new at the cost of $7,735.00 then, a few months later, they charged me another $732.00 to "fix" the duct work. ***, FYI - ****** question: is black mold normal on an A/C unit plenum in *******? Answer: No, black mold on an A/C unit plenum in ******* is not considered normal; while mold can sometimes be found in ************* particularly in humid climates like *******, visible black mold growth indicates a moisture issue and should be addressed as it can be harmful to your health.On Wednesday 1/15/25, And Services sent out a extremely honest, professional and talented service technician to check out the mold issue. Within a few minutes the gentleman found that there is severe air leakage coming through the plenum causing the mold issue, something that apparently the self proclaimed "expert" couldn't find as she was more interested in extorting $5k from me for a UV light that I didn't need. The tech advised that he needed to report his findings to his supervisor for final approval but stated that he would go to get supplies and approval from his manager and would call me back with a time when he will be back to repair the plenum, remove the un-needed $4,995 useless UV light and refund my money. Apparently the manager decided that they will repair nothing and refund nothing, as, of course, months later and I have heard nothing from them. It cost me $1,436 to replace the plenum. Turns out And Services' self proclaimed "expert" cut a large hole in the plenum and taped over it, of course the tape leaked causing cold air to leak out causing the black mold. I want a refund of the $4,995 (UV light) $732 (duct repair) & $1,436 (plenum replacement) - Total $7,163

      We are sorry to hear about you unsatisfactory experience with our company. Looking at the history of the system , it was installed in June of 2020 the plenum was rebuilt in 2021. We are wanting your sysetm to operate correctly. The plenum looks asthough it was burnt by something that wasnt related to the ac system. We are willing to completely rebuild the penum and bring it up to satisfactory conditions to make sure the system can run as best as it possibly can. Please let us know when we are able to come back out to rectify the issue. The ultra violet lighting system is working a designed  and can only kill things that are in its path, the exterior of the plenum doesn't come in contact with the ultra violet system so it can't kill what it doesn't come see.

      There was no "burning" and that was confirmed by their own techs, two of them. As I advised And Services, we, the occupants of the home, were all experiencing respiratory issues because of the mold on the plenum. After not hearing back from And Services, on February 14, 2025, I hired Veteran Air to repair the mold issue with the plenum. The ******************* tech removed the tape that And Services Tech *** ******* installed and they found that a large hole was cut into the plenum for some reason, covered with tape and plastered over. (see photos that were submitted) Of course the tape leaked causing the black mold on the outside of the plenum. The hole could not be repaired properly as taping over it would only result in leakage and mold again so the plenum had to be replaced at the cost of $1,436.00. Ms. ******* knew of the hack repair job after she cut a hole in the plenum, apparently to install the ** light, then tried to tell me that the mold buildup is normal and she would just spray it with bleach and replaster the plenum. There was NEVER a need for the $5,000 ** light system as, the light would only control mold inside the plenum and duct work not on the outside of the plenum. 

      I am again requesting the refund for the ** light of $4,995, along with $1,436 which is the cost of the plenum replacement and the $732 for the duct "repair" total of $7,163. And Services can come and remove the ** light or I will hire Veteran Air to remove it and return it to them.

      As stated previously we were willing to make any adjustments or repairs to take of the alleged plenum issues. If you had those issues repaired by someone else we have no control over whom you choose to take care of your ac system. The ultra violet lights are doing as they were intended by keeping the inside of the air handler and air quality at peak performance. We are willing to refund 10% of the project that the consumer agreed to but, can not just remove a product that has been working as designed since installed.

      Your company refused to make the repairs that were caused by your own technician's negligence and hack work. As I stated previously, on January 15th, one of your own technicians identified the problem, confirmed that there was no need of the ** light system sold to me and was supposed to come back to make the repairs, remove the ** light and refund my money, of course I never heard back from anyone at your company. The plenum had to be replaced due to your technician cutting a massive hole in it then taping over it causing the mold issue.  The ** systems was sold to me to take care of a problem created by your own workers. I want a full refund and restitution for the cost of the plenum replacement, the ** lighting system (you can take it out) and the "duct work repairs" allegedly made by your company.

      We hired And Services to replace evaporator and txv valve on our air conditioner for our home in, since it has been installed it has failed an additional two times. I have paid two other ac companies to look at it and they have told me that the reason the txv valve fails is because it is a complicated process to remove the contaminants from the system and recharge it when replacing the valve and if there are contaminants left in the system it will cause it to fail. The system is internal. It is soldered on and off and cleaned internally by the company. The company gives their clients a one year warranty on their work. The company will not guarantee their work because they are telling us and took pics that the evaporator coil is dirty from dog hair and drywall dust, which are external that is why they will not stand behind their warranty. I am requesting the $1830 back that we paid them to fix the ac since each time they send one of their techs out they complain about how it was installed wrong. And we are having to live without air in *******. The new manager has refused to make it right. We need to hire a different company. Also the other ** contractors said they should have installed a filter drier which their estimate of $1100 to fix includes. Common reasons txv valves fail are: contaminants in the system, improper refrigerant charging and incorrect refrigerant type, moisture in the system, excessive oil or wrong type of oil, poor installation or replacement technique, failed filter drier or no drier change, system overheating or pressure issues,or manufacturing defect. At any rate the air conditioner was installed in 2020 by previous owners and the txv valve in only under the 5 year parts and warranty through April 2025.

      Water leak in ******* and slow drain in kitchen they came in and said it was pipes under the floor and the only way to fix would be re-pipe the house. Never even looked at plumbing....$15,000 loan taken out through company they set up. Half way through the work hallway flooded again and workers said nothing they had done could have caused it. It had been the ** unit causing the leak. I emailed the company contact and never heard back I have called and emailed and have not heard back from manager. Work was completed now I have to replace the act issue which was the **.

      Mar 29 Monday air-conditioning unit not working.they came flushed drain line with blue solution and chased it with water.never snaked line.charged ****** dollars left and air conditioning not shutting off.called wouldn't come back Till Wednesday which is 2 days later.was told to shut off and on with thermostat.on ******** on Tuesday had another company come cleaned drain line properly charged 100 dollars which seems about right for job not 529. And was gone in HR and air-conditioning was working fine .the other company AND was going to refund my money and never did I am disputing charge with credit card company and with you totally a rip off unreputable and very shady company.

      On March 31st we received a call from the customer that ac wasnt coming on. Our technician ********* did the following per the signed invoice. "Removed the vent , & cap, went outside removed the 1/2 PVC then connected a small 6" piece of 3/4 capped poured drain cleaner down pipe untill full waited 15 mins removed cap watching the most growth come out that I have ever seen. Highly recommend new pvc." She advised this wasn't a permanant fix and gave the customer solutions to fix the problems. The customer chose to do only the work provided taht got the system up and running. Days later the ac system stopped working because the unit isn't functioning correctly. The customer chose to have another company come out to provide an alternative solution. We perfromed said work advised the customer of what needed to be done to get the ac operable again, they chose to only do the temporary fix and were charged accordingly. We would be happy to provide a 10% reduction for customer satisfaction.

      I called with in HR after they left told them unit wouldn't shut ****** was not days they told me it would be 2 days before they could come back .that's why called other company in morning air now was name of company I called they said drain not properly cleaned they cleaned they cleaned drain got lot more sludge out of drain and charged 100 dollars not 529.when I told them as embarrassed as was that someone changed 529. They said never heard of charge that much to clean drain.these people should be ashamed and now there lying on top of ***** 66 on fixed income unreal they can get away with this I'm sure I'm not first.have phone records of calls there full of ****.

      We did more than just clean the drain line. It had to be flsuhed, drained and redone which our technician did while on site. If the drain line wasnt cleared the system wouldnt have come back on. We are willing to bring the total for the visit to $350 to help out.

      The system would come back if drain is clogged .the system won't shut off.which is what happened system keep running because water was in drain line.which is why we had it cleaned next day the right way which cost me another 100 dollars because of their poor ******* willing to pay for service call but come on 350 is ridiculous.the company that came air now was here longer than they were and 100 dollars.they said line was not draining properly.they got a lot of stuff out of line.
