    I have never even heard of this company. I have been in ************ for well over 3 years now, not *******. They appeared on my credit out of no where. They already have an f score with you. I need them to take down the report asap

    In May 2020 I received care at the *************************. I received two bills shortly after this visit totaling approximately $1700, after adjustments from insurance. These bills were paid in full immediately. In November 2022, I received a letter from Wakefield and Associates, LLC stating we owed additional payment to Inphynet Contracting Services, LLC. Prior to this letter, I never received a bill, a phone call or an email regarding these unspecified "charges". I paid in full for the services provided in May 2020 upon receiving a bill. If additional payment was necessary, it was never communicated to me until Wakefield and Associates, LLC sent me a letter in November 2022, 2.5 years later. I request this be removed from collections and removed from my credit report. I can provide proof that the bills were paid in full upon request. Thank you.

    On June 07, 2021 ARS placed a collection account from Inphynet Contracting srv llc on my credit report. I asked for verification because I stated it is not my debt. They sent me the same information listed on the credit report, name of creditor, amount and alleged date of service. I have since asked for a full audit trail of everything sent to thing from this alleged creditor and they just ignore me. This is a violation of my consumer rights. I also let them know that they have violated HIPPA laws.This company has been unfair, impartial, infringed upon my privacy, furnished transactions that they have NOT been able to prove were done by me and never consulted with me to get proof. They have solicited and advertised these transactions for everyone to see. This is irresponsible, impartial and clear violation of my consumer rights to privacy. 15 USC **** (a) 4.This company has yet to send me a contract with my signature showing that I did open this account with these companies. They claim that the information is verified but has yet to send me the file(including account ledger, not statements) showing that they have completed a proper investigation. The law states how that investigation should go. I have the right to ask for the details of that investigation. They refuse to follow the law and properly investigate this matter and send me the details. This clearly violates my consumer rights. 15 USC ****g(a) 1.
