    The worst of the worst. The apartments on ************ that they manage have rotten wood, fence falling down,mold and mildew on the buildings, they need to be pressured washed and painted,no lighting in parking lot. Termites,.They a fifty when u move in. They don't repaint the apartments when someone moves out.

    An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with! They do not return calls, emails or texts. They seem to hate dealing with tenants. My two boys rented from them while college students. My main issue with them is all of the bogus charges that they will give you upon moveout in order to keep the security deposit -- without any documentation or even a response. We left the house in pristine condition and asked for a itemized list of charges and they refused to provide it. This is not right and they did this to all 6 people living there.
