    This company is attempting to charge me a 2nd time after a check already cleared from my bank. I emailed this company a receipt of my cleared check 4 ************ willfully ignore it. This company is out to scam people.

    Next Gen ******** management is a joke. Property manager *********************** refuses to takes calls of return voicemails, and he also refuses to provide any information on where to get association info. It took a call to the owners of Next Gen and threatening Sunshine law statutes, before we started to receive any information.***********************: ********************* Mgr License #******** We were directed to a company called "Preferred Accounting Services" in ***** **. They instructed ** to bring a questionnaire and check directly to their office to complete, upon arrival, no one knew what we were talking about.Associations beware, this company should not be trusted to handle your association, they are just leeching off your monthly ***************.

    Oct. 2023 I have a lot valid reasons to rate that company with only one star. For more than one year, Next Generation blocked my email address and telephone line which unable me to contact the company directly and exclusively for business. Twice, I kindly requested the President *********************** to unblock them and she refused. That is unprofessional and illegal. We are the ones paying NG to manage our association and I am *********** get that basic service. Imagine that I have to dial their emergency phone line to place a request for a determined department to call me back or take a message. That is ridiculous and at all unethical. I should not be wasting the time of that staff for non emergency purpose. It is the same as dialing 911 for non emergencies issues.Also NG accounting department messed with my account and wanted to over charged me for a late fee which was only $50.00. They claimed that I owe them $200.00 which was wrong. The digits discrepancy were found, my account adjusted and no apology was submitted to me. If I was lazy, short of time and surrender, I would have given up and pay that wrong amount due to a technology glitch or not it is not my concern and I should not be overcharged. If that happens to others, NG would pocket the funds and never pursue the matter forward. Hopefully and soon our Board will select another management company. Years ago, without it, we were much better.
