    They know enough to hook people right up until they ask for your social security number and then when you refuse they hang up saying to call them back when you're ready for help.

    **************-********** 7 reviews1 photo a day ago NEW I called to inquire about a debt consolidation loan. I spoke to ***** who gathered my information, ran a credit check which I agreed to, only to be told that they could put me on a payment plan while I ignore paying my credit card bills. I was told that it would take three years to work out the repayment plan, which sounded good at first because the payments were much lower, but while sitting on hold, I thought about it and decided to try another route. Ever since that day, my phone has been inundated with calls from people all over the US asking for ***** and talking about appointments and them needing hard copies of their documents. Its nonstop calls.I called a couple of the numbers back and they were trying to reach ***** at turbo debt. Its like turbo debts number has been forwarded to my phone. I have had this same number for 25 years and its really annoying to say the least.Ive emailed ***** and havent gotten a response at all. Im being totally ignored. I tried calling the number listed on ****** email to me, and although I got a recording that wasnt mine, it rang back to my phone. The calls start early in the morning and end late at night. Its frustrating that I reached out for help only to get harassed by people who are also seeking help from this company.I just want the calls to my phone to stop.

    Id give less than 1 star if I could. Spoke with a representative from this company while trying to figure out what the best option to alleviate my debt. Rep was very pleasant at first and then he took a very rude and aggressive turn and I hung up on him. Completely unprofessional and rude. I was already ***** about using a debt relief company and **** validated every negative review I read.

    Rude **** ** was misleading. **vertised as if you they could get you a loan to pay off debt. When ******* called me the first, I was told that my credit score had to be over 600 prior to even explaining to me what they did. The second **** told me to go get a loan through my bank without once again explaining what they did. After I asked, I was told that they consolidate debt. I mention to him "Brain" that the ad was misleading and he stated he had nothing to do with the Marketing and that I should get an Attorney if I think I have case. I mentioned to him that he was being unprofessional and not pleasant and why would he tell a customer to *** the company he is working for or go through the bank. He continue to tell me that I was obviously an angry/hostile person and hung up on me. I never raised my voice nor was I disrespectful. If I could have rated them a 0 I would. He needs to be fired. First impression is an everlasting impression of the company.

    I got an automated phone call today claiming this company needed to speak to me regarding my application which I never filled out nor have I heard about it. Please don't appreciate being called like this.

    I decided AGAINST using this company solely based on the call I had with ********************* had previously been speaking to another agent, who was lovely, but was unable to keep our scheduled appointment due to another customer issue. I was passed on to **** for a call the following day.From the onset, I was taken aback by his aggressive demeanor. He was clearly more interested in closing a "sale" than my financial situation. He spoke to me is a degrading, patronizing way and told me that I was wasting my time as well as his time, because I wasn't ready to commit to the program. As I said, I decided NOT to go through with the consolidation because of my experience with *********I'm in sales.I understand sales goals and quotas, etc.I'm assuming these people are on commission, based on this interaction today.My guess is that this is why he was SO aggressively trying to close this "sale".I sent a letter to the company after his experience and have never received a response.As I said in my letter to Turbo Debt: If this is how you train your people to work with potential customers who are already in an uncomfortable position, this is not a company that I'm interested in working with for my debt needs.

    I literally almost cried on the phone with these people. He was insulting, rude. He even stated "apparently youre so uneducated about debt that this program isnt for you." I could absolutely tell he just wanted his commission.

    After looking further into your compliant I did pull the call and listened to it. The specialist in question said "Unfortunately people are not educated about the credit system" . While I am so sorry this made you feel bad, it is a reality our specialists have to deal with every day.     ******* was and is wonderful. The way she broke down how credit is designed to keep you in debt. I had no ideal that I had paid enough on my credit cards in a year to pay off half my total debt but the balances went nowhere. ******* explained the program step by step and walked me through the enrollment process making it simple and easy. I never dreamed that saving to get my son a car 2 months for school and work would finally happen within a week of joining the program. I was stuck and stressed. Now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I am prepared for the battle with the creditors I was warned of by *******. I have on my suit armor with a samurai sword to cut out this debt I got into from being out of work for a year. Thank you ******* and Turbo Debt for relieving my stress.
