5 starsKamrell Windows and Doors was a wonderful company with which to do business. Win the no pressure salesman was knowledgeable and patient. Communication with their courteous office staff was exceptional. The installers were friendly, organized and accommodating to my needs. I needed to have all the work completed in a week. Despite having run into an issue that added time to the schedule, Kamrell made that week deadline happen. I highly recommend Kamrell Windows and Doors.

5 starsI did lots of research shopping for impact windows.There were lots of horror stories of other companies associated with their customer service and installs.I just wanted a company that made the process easy with no drama.I just wanted a company that was knowledgeable had good selections and had great install techs to do the job. Thats when I found Kamrell and very glad I did.They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.From Win the sales rep to ***** who made the scheduling for the install easy to the installers who showed up on time and did a great install I want to say Thank You.Keep up the great work !!!!!Kamrell Windows & Doors

5 starsKamrell is very professional and we would recommend them to anyone that wants their job done right! They replaced our original windows with impact windows. I am glad to say they exceeded our expectations. Our sales person, ****** was very good at his role explaining the timeline, costs, measurements and assuring us that Kamrell uses their own crew to do the job from start to finish. That was important to us after having a horrible prior experience on a home project by a company using subcontractors. Our windows were installed by Steve, Lopez and Jovanny, all top-notch hard-working guys that took pride in their work. Communicating with the office staff was so easy, Pati was a great help with any questions or concerns we had. I wish I choose your company for my install! You will be the first I call once I invest in new doors! 5 starsFrom start to finish the Kamrell team did a fantastic job with our impact windows. ************************* is the best sales guy out there. He was super helpful and made the whole process easy. We had been putting this purchase off for a while But he made everything simple. Kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Once the 28 windows and sliders came in *** the installer came with his team and did a phenomenal job. They were professional and finished everything exceeding our expectations. 5 starsThis company was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. From sales to office staff and installation crew, they were all helpful and professional. They gave me a great price and when the installation happened (approx 1 month early) the crew was timely and professional. They covered all furniture and cleaned up after. They even managed to have the inspector come on the same day. They were very efficient and even replaced some rotted wood. The windows look great. 5 starsVery happy that I chose to have Kamrell replace my doors/windows. Initial sales contact/order placement, scheduling and installation happened as promised. Professional, competent and clean. I was impressed that Bruce (owner) came in person to verify the measurements and make sure we understood the process and outcome. The crew was efficient and worked as a team, each one knowing exactly what to do and reacting to clean up immediately. A manufacturing defect caused the replacement of two sash and the screens and a few finishing strips did not come together with the windows. Bruce personally called to understand the pending issues and initiated action to address them at our satisfaction. As I am a "snowbird" the finishing pieces will have to wait until I'm back in Florida. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Kamrell.Kamrell Windows & Doors
