5 starsI just had 11 windows and one sliding glass door installed by Kamrell. Through out sales, in progress, install, to finishing touches, I found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very courteous, They even beat the schedule that was provided to me. In the end they left the place clean and looking new. They were always available to answer questions. I am extremely pleased with Kamrell and will refer them to friends and family.Kamrell Windows & Doors

5 starsWe had all of our windows and sliders replaced in our condo in July 2021 during our full renovation project. ***** kept me up to date on the shipping status and installation schedule. Both of our contractors commented on what a careful and thorough job the team did with the installation - they were impressed. What continues to impress me is the prompt and professional service we have received since then. We had a couple of minor issues with some screens and **** addressed and fixed everything right away. And just today, when we fully opened our plantation shutters, we noticed something was not right with one of the windows. I sent a video to ***** and she was able to send **** out the same day. Good too, since we are heading north next week. It turns out that all that was needed was some caulking (which i found out our reno contractor was supposed to do but missed). **** not only did the required caulking inside but he also went outside and ensured that the caulking was good there too. I could not recommend Kamrell Windows & Doors any higher! What a pleasure it is doing business with a company that really cares about their customers! 5 STARS!!!!!Kamrell Windows & Doors

5 starsGreat company to work with. Very professional and keep you informed on what to expect every step of the process. Great experience from start to finish. Reasonable price and door was installed about one month early. ***************** were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
