Work with Advantage Property Management for over 15 years +, Can’t say enough good about them. Barb **** and her staff are professional, helpful and honest. I have worked with other management, I’m not here to bad mouth any companies over disagreement or disgruntled reason, but I will say you get what you ask for….

This company initiated two ACH withdrawals from my checking account for the first quarter homeowners association dues. When brought to their attention I was told that I would receive a refund for the inadvertent second payment. They claim to be unable to credit my account and that I would receive a refund check within two weeks. When questioned after two weeks I was told that they dropped the ball and would process my refund immediately. I still do not have my refund. As a retired homeowner on a fixed income this lack of concern and responsiveness has created a negative impact on my monthly budget planning. Not impressed with their customer service and monetary practices.

We manage the association as a whole and not individual members such as the complainant. Notwithstanding, we strive to do our job in an excellent manner which includes tracking payments for assessments made to the association through our company. The member in this case was solely responsible for the double payment. The association in question, chooses to allow payments through a portal system. The owner is the only one that can authorize such payments. Normally, when a member accidentally pays twice for one assessment, they choose to credit their account for the next assessment due. However, when they request a refund, our company complies. Unfortunately, this individual did not have the patience to wait for such a refund for an overpayment that was his mistake. This complaint should not be a negative **** against our company.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Do NOT contract with this company for your association. They will not return phone calls, emails, or any other form of communications. Their financial services are horrendous, including making unauthorized funds transfers. They violated our contract by charging for overtime without getting prior approval. Whether or not the overtime hours were actually worked is highly questionable. The manager assigned to our account was inexperienced and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Advantage was not engaged as the management company when this complaint was filed. When Advantage was the management company, there were no unauthorized fund transfers, and all charges for personnel were approved by the board of directors of the association. The onsite manager was capable and competent. This complaint is unwarranted and should not be considered a ******************* against our company.

I am a small business owner (Diode) and at the request of ************************* at *************** Course I received some irrigation electronics for repair. The invoice is dated 3/7/22, I have contacted multiple people and all I get is a runaround. If you don't mind working for no pay and you enjoy being aggravated trying to collect, this is the *** for you. If I could have left a review of no stars I surely would have. Customers use caution!!***

Advantage is responsible for submitting any invoices from vendors to the board for approval for payment. If you have not been paid, then you need to contact the board of directors for approval for payment. If the board approves such payment, then Advantage will ensure it meets its duties by submitting payment. If true, it is unfortunate that you must wait to be paid, but the fault does not lie with Advantage. This should not count as a **** against our company.
