I just read all the negative reviews and I am amazed. I have been getting intermittent catheters for 20 years and have never had any issues. When I first retired, we took a summer vacation and decided to stay longer than planned, and longer than I had packed catheters for. It took one phone call and I got a shipment of enough catheters to more than cover our extended time. ONE time I had to make some phone calls and get a new Rx sent, but there were no problems with that. 20 years with no problems. I hope it continues this smoothly for another 40!

Liberator Medical is a joke of a company, a company that will sacrifice a potential long-term customer rather than honor the warranty of an item they sell. In my case, one of their incontinence products failed approximately 2 months after being received. I advised them of the failure and was asked to ship it to BD (****** *********) for analysis by their lab technicians with the understanding that it would be replaced. It was never replaced - I was told later that no one had the authority to replace it - and I was fully billed for the item even though it carried a 2-year warranty against failure. Each time they contact me to harass me about the $10 outstanding balance, I was informed they had a 30-day return policy and the item did not fail within 30 days so I owe the $10. They are mighty proud of their 30-day policy which is nothing more than a short-sighted money grab. They continue to harass me to this day in an attempt to get the $10 balance for the item that is in their organization's possession. It seems they enjoy calling to talk about their policy even though I have made it clear that I will never pay the balance.. Avoid this company at all costs.

i have been using catheters for 8 years. i have been buying them from e tenn for $27,97 for 30. e tenn has closed so i asked my urologist at **************** for a prescription and they use liberator supply. i got a call from them answer there questions and received there samples [6 catheters] i was asked how many catheters i had told them between 60 to 90 and i use 3 a day. 5 weeks later i call them and talked to ***** and told her i have not receive any catheters and did i do something wrong. ***** checked and said it was a internal mistake on there company. How the big surprise for 90 catheters it would cost $419,58 she said it was because i have $900.00 deductible . i asked after the deductible have been fulfilled what would be the cost. she told me 20% how much for a box of 30 $180.03 . This company is not the company you want to deal with. the catheters i use are cure ultra m 14

We purchased the PD PureWick external catheter system from Liberator hoping that it would help our elderly mother stay dry at night while sleeping. So having little to no luck using the system, we called Liberator to see if we were using the product correctly. We were instructed by a company representative on how to properly place the wick on our mother. So we tried using the product as instructed the next night with only moderate success. Some of the urine was suctioned into the canister but much of it was still on my mother. My sister is an RN with 43 yrs. of hospital experience and was the individual using the machine on my mother. She finally concluded that the motor unit simpliy did not have enough suction power to do the job. So we decided to call Liberator to see if we could return the product and get at least some of our money back (we paid $524.00 for the Purewick system). We were told that the only way they would take the product back would be if the product was returned in an UNOPENED box. What a total waste of money!!

ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware!!!! The ONLY "extenuating circumstance" for waiving a 15% restocking fee that they will accept is IF the patient DIES - AND the box is returned UNOPENED. But then you'll waits for MONTHS for that refund that *** never come. HOW CAN THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY BE IN BUSINESS?????

I spoke with the nicest customer service woman named ***** tonight. My mother passed away last week and I had no idea how my dad receives his catheter supplies. ***** walked me through every step of the process. She was knowledgeable and informative and but more than that she was very compassionate. You are incredibly lucky to have her as an employee!

If there was a way to give negative stars, THIS company deserves it. The ability to deliver accurate medical supplies is the ONLY purpose the company has it it fails miserably at that. The very nice reps say the right words and do the wrong things over, and over...and over! Then, they expect you to return medical supplies to their warehouse, how disgusting! If there is ANY other option for your supplies, RUNNNNN!!!

Make it 0-stars, please!!! This is a legitimate company that operates a fraudulent operation. They can legally sell you garbage and you will have no recourse. They do NOT sell satisfaction. And they seem to know it and love it when you talk to their customer support department. The Purewick Urine Collection System is a incredibly expensive machine to buy into. It is not just the $600 for the initial buy-in but then add the $200/month for supplies and maintenance. So I hope you read on before you commit to a purchase. I just want to get my experience out there! I bought one because I used one in the hospital with a good overall experience. The home version just isn't the same. The machine you buy from Purewick has a motor then runs all the time. The noise will keep you awake and make sleep an effort and a nightmare. If you have a mate, it will be a double nightmare. Also, the ***** do not stay in place unless, as I was in the hospital, you are confined to lie on your back. If you are able to move around the wick becomes dislodged. So the wick is another aggravation that will keep you up all night as well. When you do need to pee, you need to find the wick and hold it in place. If you do decide to buy this product be aware that there is NO guarantee of satisfaction. If you ask for a refund they will just laugh at you and say that they cannot refund opened product due to concern of sanitation. And before they stop laughing they will tell you that the purchase website displayed such a warning that you should have been aware of. GOTCHA! The purchase website has a page of Success Stories, but there are no negative stories and there is no way to submit a story - imagine that! No satisfaction guarantee and no way to leave review feedback. I did not read every review on the BBB, but every one I did read was negative.***** S in ******, **
