    This is a horrible company! I never received the product and after emails back and forth promising a refund for more that 2 months still no refund!! Don't get sucked in!

    Can't leave a review without a rating, but I would give them a fat zero if I could. Same experience as several others. Ordered May 1, 2025. Never received. Requested refund several times but just get promises, etc, blah blah blah. I'm usually fairly diligent with checking reviews! Shame on me (and Bliss Cosmetics)!

    This is a total scam. I have not received any product, and I am unable to secure a refund. All I recieve is lie after lie. I have been told for the last 2 weeks that my request for a refund is under review, and they will let me know when a decision is made. I have filed a complaint, and I am now working with an attorney who is consulting with an attorney in Latvia where this supposed company conducts is scam business. With the 19 emails, they both believe I have a VERY strong case. They tell me to request a refund, all my legal fees, and compensation for all of the anxiety this matter has caused.

    I have gone through one bottle of this product using it as directed and see absolutely no change. The rave reviews that they post are likely written by their advertising people. It is a patent money grab scam and people need to know!!

    After receiving only part of my order, I sent 3 emails through their website and got no response. I then left two voice mails during business hours and still nothing. There is apparently no way to speak to a representative and no one responds to emails or voice messages. I guess my next move will have to be to stop payment on the credit card purchase.

    I ordered and paid $69.99 and have not received my order and can’t get them to refund my money. They aren’t even worthy of a 1 star review. Don’t order anything from these people, they are a scam.

    Bought last year off of Amazon (my mistake knowing that they are in it for the money and don't vet any company). Never worked. It disappeared off of Amazon completely. Still shows on my past orders, but it is fully gone. Why? It's a scam and doesn't work. I'm just an idiot for wasting my money. Will take it up with an actual doctor and learned my lesson.

    I am a victim of these scam artists! If I could, I would leave -50 stars! I ordered one bottle, but they sent me multiple bottles and charged my credit card $199.88! When I saw the charge on my credit card and the product was delivered, I didnt even open the box but immediately started the return process. I returned the product on January 2, 2024 however, its now mid May 2024, and I never received my money back! I have no product and am $199.88 out of pocket. Do not fall for their false advertising!

    WARNING - WARNING - WARNING - WARNING - WARNING DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! TOTAL SCAM!! I ORDERED 1 BOTTLE IN JANUARY 2024 THEY SENT 2 BOTTLES AND A CREAM. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER .... SURPRISE SURPRISE DISCONNECTED!! EMAILS COME BACK TOO! NOW SINCE I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE THEY KEEP SENDING ME A NEW BOX EVER MONTH FOR SOMETHING I DON'T USE AND CAN'T STOP!! NEXT STEP I GUESS WILL BE CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD/PAY PAL! ONLY REASON THEY GET A ONE STAR IS TO LEAVE THIS WARNING FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.



    As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order in April, without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    This product does NOT work!! I have tried to email, find an address and a phone number for this company. I ordered 5 bottles and got 10. They charged me $199.88. I would never, ever, ever order something on line that was this costly!! Once I saw the charge on my account, I cancelled my credit card through my bank and had to go through all the hassle of getting a new card!!!! I demand a refund and will happily return the product!!The fact that it states to email at support@buyasantebrands...... and then the email comes back stating that it is not a valid email really causes suspicion! I really do not understand the dishonestly and deceit of this business. Zero stars!!!

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.
