  I love the mission this company has and I absolutely love the shirts! However who the ship with sucks! My order SAYS it'll be here tomorrow but we will see cause apparently that's a guessing game! The date for arrival has changed so many times it's not even funny.

  Ordered a challenge coin from them, 2 weeks later the *** or **** lost it and all they can say is well wait another 7 days and maybe we will investigate on your behalf. Wtf is there to investigate I already talked to *** and **** and they can't find it due to some issue with you it was packaged more then likely and now I'm just out 20 dollars

Due to the holiday season, we know that our ***************** have experienced delays, and their tracking information has not been updated as efficiently. With the policies we have in place with our *****************, the 10 business days with no update is to allow them time to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order with in that time frame, we will launch an investigation and ship out a replacement order.

  Love All of the shirts i have gotten. My wife loves all the dog shirts. I am signed up for the monthly subscription and love it. There has been a few hiccups with late shipments but customer service has always been helpful. My last silicon wrist band had a weird burnt smell when i opened it... took a while and a few washes to dissipate. Other then that Love Everything I have gotten.

  Disappointed. Ordered 9/11 shirts in mid August (the money was deducted from my checking account on August 16). Today is 9/11 and no tee shirts to wear. I get it, a lot of shirts were ordered, but you should have anticipated this by advertising them so much. Not expected to arrive until tomorrow or Wednesday. Yes, I know we can wear them any time, but we wanted them for the remembrance of 9/11. Guess I should have ordered in June.

  I was a customer and worked for this company as well. Let me tell they do NOT care about mental health, They do not care about their customers. They're all about their money. if you leave a note on your order explaining about your mental health or your family or your lost loved ones, THEY DO NOT READ IT. They do not care. they just scroll passed it, pick the order, and ship it out. They wonder why they're always losing people and having to rehire new people constantly. They don't care how sick you are or if you have a family emergency, they will yell at you for being late or not coming in. They just seem a little fake and uncaring to me. But, that's just my opinion.

  I will never be ordering from these people again. Had 6 designs for memorial bands of qty of 66. i didnt even receive one of the designs and they messed up the spelling of one of the other designs qty 14. they gave me more of a few designs which honestly at this point would rather have the exact amount of each that i asked for. Its not hard to get numbers right. dont bother calling the only number they give you, they wont pick up due to short staff and been trying to get a reply on any of the problems that occured.. I even offered to pay for shipping to get them fixed by the company but instead get told to buy more unbelievable. i could continue on with this but just overall bad experience i even recommended to all of my coworkers not to order from themr

Upon our review of the custom orders you created and the approval templates we provided to you prior to engraving your bands, our findings confirm that both the custom orders and the templates are identical in all spelling and design of your bands. As a measure of our appreciation for your support, we will recreate the two templates for your approval and recreate the memorial bands for you on us.

  Worst customer service.I've ordered t-shirt for mothers day for my wife. After tee arrived my wife measured it to see how it fits, tee was smaller than expected. T-shirt was returned to TVP for exchange for larger size. Their customer service inspected the tee and I was told that tee was washed and I am not eligible for exchanging it to larger size. I reached out to customer service to get clarification about their decision since tee was never washed or maybe i was sent a used t-shit? .Anyway, I was told that their team will QA again and get **** to me . They've never replied back and a week later I received same tee in mail. They might have nice logos and ideas but bad customer service. Go buy elsewhere.
