    I've had my memorial bracelets made my the 'til Valhalla Project for years. I either lost them or broke them due to what I thought was my own negligence. However, this last one I had I wore every day for only a year until it snapped it half from bending(you know how you take these on and off). Rather than offer to replace it or even discount a new one when sent pictures of the broken bracelet, *****, from support, sent me an email that basically amounts to "ooooo we're so sorry our product *****, but you didn't buy the warranty(probably because you thought the product didn't suck). So here's a link to give us even more money"This company went from "let's support our vets" to "oh let's make a new tactical pen to milk more money from em" so fast it made my head spin. Bands of Heroes actually sent me a bracelet that is made of metal and not whatever cheap pressed s*** *** uses. Do better or change your mission statement. ********.

    Getting my next order ready. Now. I'm impressed!First order was misdelivered by **** and is likely out there, somewhere. I called customer service directly (I'd read reviews that said it was slow) but spoke with a kind, courteous, responsive team member who immediately processed a re-shipment which arrived in days. I get it. Reviews can be all over the place sometimes. But from my perspective, it's a great idea to bookmark *** as a favorite and keep coming back.I sure will.RLTW

    I would highly recommend you consider changing delivery couriers. two opportunities to deliver, both said delivered but they were either not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. On top of that, only a 70% refund because of cost your company incurred - will never order from your company again which is a shame because it is a fantastic cause.

    Love Til Valhalla, been buying from them every year for 4ish years. I was so sad I missed out on the never forget 9-11 series. I do hope that comes back. You guys are doing a great job! I come from a very patriotic family, my grandfather was a POW in WW2 for 4 years. My father just gave me his 60 year POW pin. What I like most is your message doesn't have to be just for military, the be kind, PTSD, even the 22 a day series can pertain to everyone. Brings awareness to everyone. I'd love to see long sleeved shirts in womens. Shirts also run a little small.

    I have ordered several times over the years for Christmas gifts. I like the products, a little pricey. The shipping times have always been awful. I came here to see if there was an improvement in shipping. By the looks of things, nothing has changed. I will be ordering from somewhere else for my Christmas shopping this year.

    Made an order in September, got an email saying it was delivered today (10-15-24) was never delivered! Sent an email to them, haven't heard anything from them yet! This so-called company needs shut down or something! Thanks for taking my money like you dud with so many other people!

I am unable to find an order under your email address or name. There was a scam company that was offering very low-priced apparel ($5.99) through social media, claiming to be TVP, but their website is deadile.com. If it was ordered through that site it is not Til Valhalla Project. You can also call our customer service at 888 861-5818.

    ******* - I am sorry an overseas company scammed you. That is not Til Valhalla Project. We are a ************, **. USA business. I recommend you notify your financial institution to get your money back. The *** that you ordered from is most likely ***********, and in no way associated with **************************. We have notified the social platforms of these fake sites, and have even run ads warning our great supporters. Please contact our customer support at ************ if you need more assistance.
