Very unprofessional and unreliable. Met me at local dealership and offered repair. After 3 weeks called to check on progress. Then scheduled 3 times and never showed up. Always an excuse after appointment window. Seems convenient but is not. I now have called my insurance company and scheduled a reputable company. Read the reviews, not worth it.

Was approached by a sales person from At Home Auto Glass when I was having my car serviced at ******* Dealership in *********, **. They stated that I needed a windshield replacement. I went along with the young man and he called my insurance company and never once asked if I wanted it replaced with an *** windshield. I assumed that since I was at the dealership I would be getting a *** windshield. The installed showed up at my house and informed me after taking my old windshield out that what he was installing was not *** but comparable. Well, I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I wanted the *** and was told they would get with the manager. Never heard a peep. I contacted the dealership and expressed my concern about this company. I have as of to date been promised the *** windshield and no one shows up to install it. Not a very good experience with this company. I would suggest not using them. They don't have a clue what goes on with their customers.***** ***** - ********, **

At Home Auto Glass does not provide adequate training to their new hires. They do not give sufficient information regarding the expectations and doesn’t provide tools ie: uniforms, proper training, equipment (have to use your own phone) for 6 days of work no pay just commission sales. And they do Not communicate timely or effectively to new hires even when the trainer doesn’t show up to the dealership that a new hire has been assigned to and expects the new hire to make sales alone without any supervision. I drove 1 hour and a half (one way) to make it to my assigned location and the trainer never showed up and never responded to my attempts to contact him until an hour and a half later after I had already left the dealership. I had contacted the branch manager in Fort Meyers who said he would look into it and never got back to me until two days later stating that because I left the dealership, after I had stated how uncomfortable I was being there alone without my trainer, I was going to be fired anyway. I had submitted my resignation after waiting two days without any response from the branch manager. They did not take accountability for their lack of communication and training and expected me to drive to Fort Meyers (1.5 hours one way) to drop off one shirt and one small binder. I’m not getting paid for my time spent working at that dealership nor the gas burned for 5 days to commute to dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless they have disposable income.

Do not deal with these people. They approached me at my dealership, said my windshield needed to be replaced, scheduled me. Replaced the windshield. When it came to recalibrating the sensors in the windshield, the technician called and said I was too far away, he had other jobs, etc. etc. I called the company to tell them this is unacceptable, and not my problem, they had scheduled the recalibration, now couldn't do it. I can't safely drive my truck until this is done. Bad company, I called my insurance company and the dealership to let them know what is going on.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. They replaced my Nissan Windshield with some after market nonsense and now my back up camera will not work. They have a work station at Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee, so I'm going through Kraft Nissan to get it fixed. The absolute worst glass company I have ever dealt with.

This company is the worst. I wish I would have NEVER let them touch my truck. All they do is lie. One minute I'm talking to one person and then all of a sudden I get transferred to another, no warning no nothing. Instead of fixing the minor "issues" with my windshield, they made a HUGE MESS!!! The customer service SUCKS!!! Their employee broke a clip off my chrome strip going down the side of my truck and they weren't going to fix it. I called them roughly 50 times within a 4 month period. This happened in April and they decided to give in and order the chrome piece and put it on this month in August but only because I pushed the issue. The warranty manager came out once and evaluated the work and he wanted to replace EVERYTHING, EVEN THE WINDSHIELD because of this botched job. But haven't heard from his since then, guess he disappeared off the face of the earth. Since they waited so long to replace what they broke it allowed rain and wind to get under the chrome strip going across my windshield now causing other issues. not to mention their worker glued the weather strip down after he ripped it. I called back and they were again suppose to talk to their warranty manager. Didn't happen. So now I have to find another company to fix their mess. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY TOUCH ANOTHER ONE OF MY VEHICLES NOR MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, OR WORK FAMILY (healthcare field) VEHICLES.

There was 2 very nice gentle man they came out to my home a few weeks ago. After I read these comments I was a bit scared to let them replace my windshield. I have full coverage insurance through geico and they reassured me that this claim will not damage my insurance. They did a splendid job on my windshield replacement and I was not sent any bill in the mail about a windshield replacement. Thank you At Home Auto Glass.

I feel absolutely ridiculous that I got caught up in this scam. Now Im being named in a lawsuit with the insurance company 3 years later. Do not fall for their promises and high pressure tactics. They approached me at home and I fell for everything they said.
