    That's only a half of Star fit you guys. As of yet still waiting to get the seal that has somehow popped out of newly in replaced windshield. Now it's pouring rain. It my 2023 truck sustains any other damages from the rain due to the very unprofessional customer service response to simply come to me and reseal the window seal it's not going to be pretty.

    They put in windshield it leaked when it rained blamed it on the glue my headliner is ruined. My carpet is ruined and they are avoiding the situation.

    This company handled the replacement of my windshield. Scheduling was a bit difficult due to the time windows but they came did a wonderful job and I would recommend this company to friends.

    This company is amazing! Truly one of the best glass shops around, their customer service is on point and the job is completed in a timely manner. I wont go anywhere else for my glass! They work with all insurance companies and made the process for me as easy as possible.

    This company is wonderful. Great staff all the way around. The rep walked me through the process and helped me with my insurance company. Just a few days later I was being called to get scheduled for my replacement. The gentleman James was very informative and patient while I decided when and where I could have it done. The technician showed up on time, told me all the aftercare instructions and I went on about my daily routines. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Great company! Amazing customer service! Fast and friendly technicians! Sales reps are super informative and helpful! My windshield looks great! They also did a same day recalibration on the safety features connected to my windshield! I highly recommend at home auto glass and will definitely call them for all my future windshield needs!

    This company doesnt deserve any stars. I feel its pressure enough for consumers to go into the car dealership, even for service, especially if the car is not under warranty. This company has a ***resentative waiting while customers are inside signing paperwork. They approach the customer showing circled areas of the windshield, with photos of alleged cracks and/or chips in the windshield, which most people want to have fixed. They sit you down, have you call your insurance company and make a claim. In my case, no one got back to me. I called the *** several times and got the run around. Eventually I called the number on the receipt they gave me. The main I spoke to made me realize this was not professional. I was disappointed and surprised the dealership was allowing this practice to take place on their premises and also realized they must be receiving proceeds from At Home Auto Glass. ****** and do not let this company scam you. Complain to your local dealership if these people are there soliciting to you. If you think your vehicles windshield has a crack or chip, take it to authorized company or call your insurance company for assistance.

    I went to the dealer( un-named) to get a repair. This woman comes and tells me that my windshield is cracked and needs replacing! Oh, wow, I hadn’t noticed! Thank you… I call Insurance and start a claim. I get back my truck and I do see the “marks” she mentioned but nothing is broken nor needs replacing… I’m really upset with this company and the dealer for letting them do this. It’s wrong… Scamming Insurance Companies

    Upon review, the rock chips do appear to be minimal. I will make sure that the sales department is doing more detailed training on the different levels of damage and presenting them properly to the customers. In the meantime, is there something I can do to make up for creating this inconvenience for you and possibly getting this review altered?
