There was 2 very nice gentle man they came out to my home a few weeks ago. After I read these comments I was a bit scared to let them replace my windshield. I have full coverage insurance through geico and they reassured me that this claim will not damage my insurance. They did a splendid job on my windshield replacement and I was not sent any bill in the mail about a windshield replacement. Thank you At Home Auto Glass.

I feel absolutely ridiculous that I got caught up in this scam. Now Im being named in a lawsuit with the insurance company 3 years later. Do not fall for their promises and high pressure tactics. They approached me at home and I fell for everything they said.

They **** dont let them touch your vechicle u will be sorry broke my dashboard never fixed it

Terrible Service - scheduled 3 different times and never showed. I canceled with them after 3 weeks of no shows. A month after I canceled, they called and said we finally got your glass in stock! I said no at first but decided to have it done by them anyway.BIG MISTAKE! LIBERTY IS NOT PAYING THEM. NO REASON GIVEN BY THEM AT ALL.Terrible installation - left my dome light loose in my ceiling flopping around and pieces of my inside frame covering the metal window opening, was loose and parts on the floor. I was never given any estimate. I have full coverage for glass replacement. so I was not worried about the price, 4 years ago one replaced for $325. UNTIL I saw the bill $2,776.85. they knew Liberty would not pay.I called and spoke to the Mgr. of AT HOME AUTO GLASS who was a total rude jerk, I told them to come fix my problems and that was over a month ago terrible workmanship, leaking windshields and missing parts like mine! he said, "I DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT CUSTOMER REVIEWS"You will be sorry you do not care about your customers reviews. this man is clearly an EVIL PERSON. PURE HATRED is in his voice and demeanor.I am seriously thinking of contacting ALL CUSTOMERS who has had this Company do a terrible service and outrageous prices billed to THEM and *************** alike.COMPANIES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IN A COURT OF LAW. A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE IS JUST WHAT THIS GUY NEEDS AND CONTACT HIS EMPLOYER TO LET THEM KNOW HOW HE RUNS THEIR FRANCHIZE!The courts need to hear this case and put an end to unreasonable pricing.We need to join together to stop this robbery of customers by greedy evil people.

***** was my sales rep and he was very informative about the process. Only two days later - the work crew came right out to my house (in ***********) and only took 30 minutes for my windshield replacement. Job looks excellent and its already rained with no leaks. Definitely recommend their services!!

No legitimate business will send people to trespass your private neighborhood, knock at your door and hussle you to replace your perfect condition windshield, but that's what this company does. So annoying. I already reported their illegal behavior to every single agency available. I sent video evidence of it. Sooner than later they'll be gone for good. Their scams will not last forever.

It was a scammed overcharged my insurance company. And now I'm being **** for overcharge. I have priced the windshield with Safelite. And it was the right price. This company needs to have their license taken they should not be able to walk up to someone on the street and scam someone to get there windshield fixed. You want to take someone to court and *** me for the unreasonable amount that Home Auto Glass charged. I don't have ****. 00 dollars to just hand over to anyone.These people deserve to be shut down now so they won't scam anyone else. Scam scam . I refuse to pay that money. I don't think I should have to pay that especially when I never approved the first one they did . Shut them down scam scam. SCAM HOME AUTO GLASS LLC IS A SCAM.

To be fair, they did come out and do their job, and they were pretty much on time to do the repair. On the other hand. I just went through the mail and recieved a notice that the repair was billed for more money than otherwise noted. The guy said it was normally $500 to repair, but because of insurance, and Florida law, it was free, and we had to have it repaired. So I thought nothing of it at first, and my husband and I were feeling kinda weird about this place. We were going to get a reputable place like Safelite to come out and see how much that would be. I am now face to face with a notice that my insurance was billed for more than the expected amount. Odd. I have to call them in the morning to see what this is about. And I quote: "...We recognize that a dispute exists with respect to the amount that is necessary to repair, replace and/or calibrate the windshield, and th epurpose of this letter is to explain that the insurance policy provides that an appraisal is the method to be used to resolve the disagreement..." which leads me to believe that they pushed for more money than needed. Upon recieving this letter, I went to see if they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and in fact they are not. The way they approached us was very VERY unprofessional. We both have mood disorders, and that makes us fast to react. They were driving behind us and waving their arms, and they were also following somewhat close behind us, and it spooked us. We went into fight mode. We had adrenaline pumping through our veins ready for a fight. That is not the way to approach us. Maybe come up to us or come to our door and knock. Not following close behind us and all that. Not the way to spark a conversation for us to go with your business.

Quick efficient and professional. The entire experience was a very positive one from the beginning to the install of the windshield replacement. Mike M. has excellent customer service skills... He's helpful knowledgeable and kind. The guys who performed the replacement were extremely fast and efficient. My windshield replacement is great! Thank you! I give this company 5 stars!
