    I purchased a vehicle in early March. I understand when you buy used you are taking certain risks, however the car clearly had an issue with the starter when I picked it up. I was assured that the issue would be resolved. The owner said he would take care of it anyway necessary. His comment was we stand behind all of our vehicle 100 percent. When I got home (80 miles away). I called 4 times and got no response. I posted a negative review, not only is the starter going but the struts are bad and iI only put 400 plus miles on it so far and it only has 28% oil life left.The owner finally called me because of my negative review. He wanted me to use my AAA towing to send the car to his mechanic, when I said that wasn't acceptable he became very rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me. I don't recommend buying from this dealership

      I do not like to see any unhappy customers as you can see by our A+ ratings..   This vehicle was a consignment vehicle, 14 YEARS old in nice shape but obviously not perfect as for the age.  Vehicles of this age are bought "AS IS" and paperwork all signed and documented. We do extended offer warranties which she refused to buy which I understand the cost but keep in mind the very age of this vehicle. There was a possible starting issue in which my associate whose vehicle this was said he would address. He has made several attempts to call this woman as she was up in ******** and NEVER did she even respond or call him back so he could arrange the repair.   What else could we do?  He finally did get a hold of her and she said she wants MORE pretty much Money to compensate her. He told her one thing to address and she now brings up a laundary list of things months later.  Absolutely out of the Question and her rudeness is not what we deserved.  Heres a copy of the letter i emailed her. 

    *****.  Again sorry for the postage issue,a refund check of $3.74 is enclosed.   Addressing the starting issue which is what I remember being mentioned when you were here.  First this was a consignment vehicle which we market sometimes not ours.  Very clean nice SUV. 14 years old but in nice shape for the age.  I was not aware of that service not being done after we spoke a while ago.  I truly thought ***** handled that directly with you.  When I confronted him he said many calls were made to you but only got answering machine with no return calls to arrange.  The plan was to pick up your vehicle and get that starting issue completed for you. Communication responses is what was going on  .  We always do what is agreed upon.  Again I apologize but truly trying to hurt a small business like mine on this issue I think is no warranted. You were not even dealing with me on this remedy being Mazens vehicle from another entity.  Absolutely as I emailed you back and immediately I know he called you again going to your answering machine then you finally spoke after you left me that ****** feedback.mot even letting me get into this.  I know he still will handle this if you allow.  I know him well. We dont s**** people and respect everyones time and make efforts to remedy what was told to you.  I am here and certainly would like you to allow him to take care of this but directly communicating with him because you are not here is paramount.   Also for sure maybe thinking twice about your negative goggle  and BBB note before I can even attempt to handle this for you.  Maybe you will rescind that. Thank you ***

    Bob I am even more dissatisfied with the purchase after reading your above response. Apparently, your dealership didn't even own the car I purchased. You are now telling me it was a consignment vehicle. I now understand why the numerous calls I made to you stated you would give him the message. I called you on 3/14, 3/15, 3/21 and 3/22. I NEVER received any return calls from either you or Mazen, regardless of what he is saying. When I received the second key and fob postage due on 5/1/24 I emailed you, again no response to the email. I then left a review on 5/2. THAT got your attention. I posted the BBB review after speaking to Mazen because apparently, he was supposed to take care of the starter issue, as I now know he was the actual owner of the car. His solution to have me use my AAA towing to tow the car to his mechanic was and is unacceptable to me. I mentioned the other issues, shocks/struts and oil life, but never asked him to do anything about them. He was rude, disrespectful and unbelievably unprofessional. I am no longer asking for any assistance with the repairs as I don't trust you or Mazen. I do not recommend your dealership. I was given inaccurate information before purchasing this car from you. Still a VERY disappointed Customer
