    I'm a customer with ********************** a streaming service. For few months now I've been experiencing constant buffering and have paid for the full year package from the company which is $155 dollars. I've reached out to the company about the quality and have received an nasty response for uncall reasons. I'm not sure if this is the right page to respond to but something is to has to be done to protect other like me who experience these cases . A refund seem to be difficult to get or they don't issue any at all. All I wanted was some help to fix the buffering. When companies are unprofessional and unreliable and constantly taking people.hard working money something has to be done

    Buyer beware! I had Apollo Group TV for several years, they just switched over to Crypto currency only. I opened up an account and purchased bitcoin, following the directions that Apollo gave me. I purchased a full year and again, followed the complete directions Apollo gave. A day later my account was not credited the payment I made. They do not have a body to talk to except through chat, I spent 2 hours on chat trying to resolve it. They claim I made the payment but wrong currency. I did exactly what they said, they have the payment but won't apply it to my account. I asked for them to send the payment back then if it's truly the wrong currency. They refused to return saying since it's bitcoin you can't get it back anymore. They then offered a 10% discount for my troubles!! NO THANKS.

    ******* B I have not had any issues with this since I started almost a year and half. Yes there is a problem sometimes with channels that buffer , But I had the same issues with all the cable companies that are well over priced. I dont know about others but I have really enjoyed the service.Yes their service payment is different, but not ********* for right now I am looking forward to giving them a 5 star review.

    Simply writing a review is not enough. I have also reported Apollo Group TV to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If anyone has experienced what I have, I would encourage you to do the same. Please ensure that the name is accurate, as there are similar names on the Internet, including, Apollo TV. This review is on Apollo Group TV. The product, and the customer service, are both horrific. If I could give Apollo Group TV zero stars - I would. Speaking of customer service, verbally abusing customers, and threatening to ban them is unethical, disturbing, and unacceptable; simply for sending an e-mail and reporting issues. No customer should be called names, and threatened to get blocked or banned, all the while stating that you would not be refunded. Another disturbing factor about this business, you can no longer use credit cards to pay for service; you must pay through Bitcoin. It is great to write reviews to share your experience with others, however, you can also report this business to the FTC. You can file a report via phone, by speaking with a live agent, or you can go on the FTC website to file a report. It is fast and easy to do. As stated previously, the product is also horrific. I have experienced constant buffering and channels that are down constantly. All the best, everyone! Let's continue to make our voices - heard, until change comes.

    Appollo group tv When I asked where they were located and what the address is so that I can write a letter, they told me that I was becoming a nuisance and that if I said anymore, they would block me. This is a company that will only allow you to pay by Bitcoin or digital dollars. Theres something very shady about this company.

    I purchased the services beginning January 20, 2024 to January 20,2025. My services was discontinued on April 20, 2024. I have been trying to contact them since April 20,2024. I have been calling texting and emailing them! No one has bothered to contact me back!!! I have scheduled a phone call with the company several times. At the appointed time, no one has called. Now, I am just trying to get a refund for service I did not receive.
