    Today, Apollo Group TV shut down my service because they didn't like my tone in an email that I sent to support when my service was not working. On November 11, 2024, I pre-paid for a full year of service ($162 via *******). I requested a refund since they've shut down my service and I won't be receiving the service that I paid for and they denied the refund and stated to report them.

    Saturday, June 7, 2025. I purchased their streaming services via priority access for $299..92 via bitcoin as required by their site. I have never received any services from them. Ive tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone. The phone rings once then hangs up automatically.

    i have subscribed to a streaming service Apollo group TV, and i was having technical issues with one the channels. i sent them an email regarding this and they sent a threatening email in response as well as banning me from a service in which i purchased for a year!

    I purchased a 2 month subscription to Apollo Group Tv. They said I to pay in bottom first. I paid. After the transaction they said I would receive an email with instructions but it never came through. Ive tried to contact through the contact support but no response.

    Buyer BEWARE I paid the business 159$ for a yearly Subscription on Thursday 5/1/25. I asked about the refund policy before signing and ********** stated you have 30 days for a complete refund, anything after that is prorated, I thought this was fair, they even offered an additional 30 days free if I signed, so I did. After having it for a few days it really is not for us. It doesnt have ************ no tv guide, many channels with no real direction. They were very helpful setting me up but now that I am reaching out to them to get a refund only 3 days later they arent answering my whats app, email and have shut down the chat option on their website Stay away you have been warned

    I sent an email to Apollo TV group explaining I have not been able to watch any of the channels on the Apollo app for over a week. It freezes constantly and then goes black. I asked for tech support the agent said need to run a speed test so I did. Then they said I have to get a *** and sent an email that just gave information about the *** nit an actual link to download. I said this is frustrating and I was unable to access the *** the agent said take your frustrations to a therapist and dont email them. Then proceeded to say I was dumb and lazy and they did not steal my money. I paid for a full Month and I only used about one week *********** The agent continued to be rude to me and said they blocked my account and said I will not get a refund. This company is horrible.

    On Feb. 25th, 2025, I emailed my TV Service provider to inform them I have not had tv service, going on 3 days. I informed them in the email, that I checked my internet and wifi (prior to contacting them) and those services are working as intended. I asked them to please advise how to remedy the situation. What ensued from that point with their response, was utterly unprofessional. Their response was insulting and unhinged. I was reprimanded, repeatedly called clueless and told I know nothing at all.

    Have not had 2 of my local channels for 3 weeks now abc(****) and fox( wluk) and have been contacting apollo group on a daily basis and am told the same thing, that they are working on the problem, I feel I should get some sort of refund or discount for not having these 2 channels for 3 weeks now and problem still isn't fixed....and I pay to have my local channels

    I was recommended this service by ********* always had issues with buffering, bad video quality, or certain features not working.I finally decided to reach out to their customer service to troubleshoot and resolve the aforementioned issues.Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude by being passive aggressively sarcastic.When I continued to raise that their response was insufficient in resolving my service issue, they threatened to end my service if I didn't cease communication with them about the issue.I continued to raise that their response to the service issue wasn't sufficient, and they ended my service and demanded an apology for reinstatement.I had paid in advance for this service, so they terminated my service a few months before it was the term period that I purchased was suppose to end.Despite this, they did not provide a refund or any sort of compensation for unilaterally terminating my service.
