      If you looked up the word LIAR it would show a description and picture of Julian T***. He comes across very nice and professional. However, once he has your money that's were it stops.
      He took our patio furniture to be recovered and powder coated. It took a long time with many unanswered calls until he finally returned them. We paid him and discovered one of the chairs was damaged. We should have noticed it prior to payment. He did come back and said he would have it fixed. Then the promises of delivery again and again without doing so. This took over a year, again with many unanswered calls. I sent texts once per week and he would reply that he will deliver. Then the excuses. The driver could not find our house, The traffic was too bad. On and on with excuse after excuse. Finally, today, 12/17/2021 he did return our chair.
      There are many other companies who do the same work and I would stay clear of Patio Furniture Repairs by Julian T***.

      I think the word LIAR belongs to mr.***,this was dragged out because he's forgot to mention he was out of town for several months and there was no way I was going to deliver it when he wasn't there knowing what he's been like,the furniture looks great another thing he fails to mention, there was a minor scratch on one arm which was taken care of at no expense to him and no questions asked by my company we took care of it,no problem,he also forgets to mention that when I was there he starts mocking people with heart attacks which I did not find amusing especially as I have just lost a friend that way, this is a perfect example of the type of character this man is.

      At no time during this did Julian T. state he did not want to deliver while we were away. In fact I do not know how he knew we were not at home since we never discussed this with him. For the longest time he ignored my requests for an update and status of the repair. He made several promises to deliver the chair and never showed up at the agreed upon time. Then he always had an excuse. The powder coating company did not fix it correctly. The driver could not find our house, The traffic was too bad to deliver.
      As far as "mocking people with heart attacks...." he is lying again. I never make personal comments to someone who I have no personal knowledge. He is again saying things that are outside of his terrible business practice.

      I only want people to consider our experience with Julian T. of Patio Furniture Repairs and let them know they might encounter similar excuses and long time frame if they use his services. There are many other companies that may be better suited to do this work.
      Again, look at the other 23 complaints and comments, draw your own conclusion.

      This guy is a piece of work,how he can say these things is beyond belief,when he opened the door he was making out he was having a heart attack and kept on calling to his wife "help,i'm having a heart attack",she ignored him probably knowing what type of person he is,i just stood there in disbelief at what i was witnessing and couldn't wait to get out of there.This is a bitter twisted person who 's only complaint was a minor scratch on the arm of a chair and some dirt on the fabric,both of which were replaced no problem,there was no way i was delivering this one chair,original order of over 10 pieces,without him being there because the next excuse would be that he never got the chair and i was't going to take that risk.the job looks great,which he fails to mention,he was out of town for several months which he fails to mention and i had to hold one piece of furniture all that time,which is no problem for me as i hold jobs you clients for several months at a time as a lot are seasonal residents,

      When Julian actually showed up at our door after numerous promises, the times we waited all day and then not showing up, I admit I was surprised and did say quoting Fred Sanford from the TV show Sanford and Son "Oh, Elizabeth, it's the big one". It was a joke to show my surprise he finally did show up as promised. I explained my disbelief to see him that day.
      I am not bitter or twisted. I entered into a business transaction and he failed on his continuous promises. He promised to recover and re-powder coat our chairs. We didn't ask him to do a just OK job. If he had said he was going to do this job and leave a scratch and dirty fabric on one chair we would not have hired. him. Even if it was one scratch and and dirty fabric, it was not acceptable. How would one feel if they had to get a tire repaired and when it was done the mechanic said "It's only flat on the bottom?". We paid him the entire amount of the contract when he first delivered the chairs. Since he was paid and had no incentive to complete the project it was him who delayed this. We could have had a neighbor accept the delivery and acknowledge it was acceptable. So his statement of us not being around to inspect is inaccurate. Had he repaired the faulty chair in a timely fashion we wouldn't now be having this conversation.
      Again, for all who read the BBB reviews, please note that he has at least 23 complaints on file. It is only he who thinks he does no wrong. Buyer Beware!
