Business is a forwarding business of which I have been a customer for quite awhile. I have items in their warehouse (my "suite") that I need shipped to me but their system is not allowing it. Have spoken to several representatives and initially the first rep said it is because the carriers ******* ***, etc) where not shipping to my location. I checked specifically with ***** and *** and they both confirmed that shipments are being handled as normal. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 3 weeks now.Initial Complaint

Access USA is a mail forwarding agent. They received a vintage movie poster for me that was logged into my suite ******* on October 21. The value of this poster is $******* US offers True Price shipping costs, up to a dimension weight of 72 inches they only bill for the actual weight. They claim my package measures 49x7x7 inches and weighs 7 lbs. Since it is only a single canvas backed poster, I doubted that from day one. They also hit me with a carrier oversized fee of over $50. Even if the measurements are correct, that would be a violation of their True Price policy When I complained about that, they put the package in review and I am now unable to have it forwarded to me. This has been dragging on for more than two weeks. MyUS is effectively holding my goods hostage and they do not reply to any email inquiries. They cannot be reached by phone and their chat is also down.Customer Answer

I attempted to utilize this company's shipping services to expedite the arrival of my laptop. I am currently deployed and have to wait longer shipping times to go through ***. This company advertised their expertise in this area and avenues to receive my package much faster. The company has had my account on hold for a week now. Nobody will respond to me. I opened several tickets and tried to communicate via all 3 methods they have listed on their website. I have been told to wait the only time I have been successful contacting somebody. Upon completion of talking to them and being told to wait 48 hours, strangely their is no option to speak to a live agent any longer. I am concerned for my package as I have read through several other reviews under stress that this could potentially be a scam. I would like to have my package picked up in person to have this over with as I have not been treated as if my business actually is important to them. Ive been a customer of MyUS for over 10 years, possibly a lot longer. The service now is the worst its ever been. I recently shipped about six packages to my suite. I was about to submit a ship request to ship all packages to my home in ********* and they quoted me US$103 in total for Australian Goods and Services Tax (***), which is our equivalent of sales tax in the **. Their website states that they charge 10% *** on the value of the goods plus any service and shipping charges. The goods are valued at $516 and the shipping and service charges for the carrier I chose are $171 so $687 in total. *** is 10% of $687 - so $68.70. MyUS is now telling me (after Ive shipped all my items to my suite at their facility that the *** is actually $103 because they have to pay some third party to collect it. However, there is no mention anywhere on their website that there will be additional charges collected on top of the *** or that there is separate fee on top of the ***. They are effectively charging 15% *** when their website says 10%Initial Complaint

It would seem that MyUS are using fake tracking details to mislead/placate customers who do not receive their packages. I was given the attached tracking information by a MyUS agent. However, ****** (The parent company of ****) say the package was never entered into their system. I cannot speak to a real person at ****. They will not tell me how to claim insurance. The item was electronic and is not replaceable. I am in *********. There doesn't seem to be anyone who cares about this - but I can assure you that the reviews of both companies speak of many such cases.Customer Answer

Hello They suddenly put ny account on hold and told me that there is a chargeback on my last payment i sent all documents to proof this is never happened I told them that i am going to send them ******************************************************************* as they are shipping forward and they accept also i told them when you ready to ship i will pay the shipping charges for the new shipping and also i will pay the old shipment again till you make sure that there is not chargeback and then you can and the extra money as a credit on my account Once all shioment ready they told me that we cannot offer you our service again and we will close your account and all shipment in account will be returned to shipper or destroyed I bagging them to send it as its very important to my work or to accept to send another shipping company to pickup them but they also refused I asked them if they can move the shipments from my account to one of my friends account and to ship and pay from his account they accepted and once i sent my friend details they closed his account too and my friend now very sad and blaming me for that Ther attitude very bad they replying to my emails hardly and not showing any sort of helping or support please help meeeeInitial Complaint

After seeing an ad for this company on ********, targeting military personnel living in *****, that they provide shipping services from the states to their deployed locations. I opened an account with MyUS. I reviewed their policy on what items can be shipped & select the premium membership to better suit my needs. I forwarded over multiple items retailing over $682.97 to ship to my Japanese addresses. **** reviewed each item & determined some of the purchase would required special ******************************* requirements which was an additional fee. Additionally, I requested to add fragile stickers to ensure the package was handled appropriately. I also chose expedited shipping through DHL Express which was an additional cost. Bring the shipping cost to $260.87 for shipping to *******, JP with a 6day turnaround I made the payment on September 8th and the packages were shipped September 10th. I monitor the shipment via **** ************ made it to ***** on the 14th & was placed on clearance hold. I checked again on the 16th and saw that there wasnt any progress so I contacted MyUS via online chat to see what information is needed so the items can pass clearance. I was reassured by ***** that there is no ********** should be receiving my items the following day. I waited till the end of the day on the 17th to contact them again with no avail. They continue to reassure that there was no issue. On the 18th I contacted *** Japan they stated that the shipment came in two parcels & one was returned to sender on the 12th & was signed by ******. The other parcel is in *** possession but they are awaiting an updated invoice that reflects the items in the box. I contacted **** and stated that *** is still awaiting documents in order to proceed & inquiring the status of my other items. They finally registered my returned box on 20th after multiple attempts for them to acknowledge it and now they expect that I pay for the return shipment. The date of transaction is 12 July 2024. The amount is $668.81.I am from **************, but I live in ******. The ** address listed is my mail service address.I was notified that I had a shipment with myus.com for two chairs, and the company was preparing them to ship to me at my address in ******. I immediately contacted them to inform them that I did not order any chairs, that the chairs do not belong to me, and please do not ship. Myus.com refused to hold the chairs until the situation could be sorted out. I told them that chairs containing wood would not be accepted by Mexican Customs. Myus.com is a shipping company. It is my position that they should have flagged the chairs. Customs flagged the chairs, and I had them sent back to ******* to myus.com. In the meantime, I found that One Kings Lane had mistakenly sent the chairs. No one at ************** seems to want to find a solution. I have alerted my credit card company, and disputed the charges but myus.com is refusing to refund the money. They are now stating that the chairs are in ******, when my login on their website clearly shows the chairs are in their possession. I have requested that my account be canceled, but it has not. I have my package gift that sent by my friend on MyUS (Access USA Shipping) on June 2024. Im planning to shipping request by this July but MyUS (Access USA Shipping) always refuse my payment card. I always have issue with payment method. MyUS is a shipping company, taking delivery of goods from US companies that don't sip internationally and forwarding them to international customers. This is an order being shipped to me in the **. On the invoice they charged me $43.08 for ** VAT - ** taxes. However, the package is below the ** customs threshold for duty to be payable so no VAT is due and MyUS has created a false charge as ** VAT even if due would have been only $30. I want the $43.08 returning.
