    On Sunday October 16th we went to see the monster truckz show and was very disappointed. The cost of parking was insane $15, the tickets came to $42, a bag of cotton candy was $12 very disappointing to pay the prices and for a bottle of soda was $5 And also the location is wrong from where it was advertised Online it said it was located in ********** ** and it was in ***** **. Two different locations kind of confusing. I would like to request a refund for what I spent there because it was not worth it. We were supposed to be able to get signatures from the drivers and there was no driver to be found to get any signature. No prices were given for the pit party. Which there was no party in the Pitt. I am requesting a refund for what I spent at this show.Thank you. *******

    Our website states "Visit "The Pit Party" FREE. It doesn't state that the other things in the kids' zone are free. We apologize for the confusion on this.
    The trucks perform sometimes 3 shows in a day. They are mechanical and things do happen to the trucks. We have a mechanic, and he usually tries to fix the trucks at the event so they can continue the show. Sometimes this is not possible depending on what has happened.
    Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.

    There are no refunds.

    We are happy to send a care package for your children if you can just send us the amount of children and the address to send the package.

    Overall, worst experience ever! Paid $60.00 just to be able to go inside, spend another $7.00 for just a ticket for rides which are bounce houses!! Show started 20 minutes late, packed into the stands like sardines, then they do a few tricks and have an intermission which lasted so long we had to leave! They claim that parking is up to the event center, but Im actuality, they are the ones that charge $15 for parking. This company is a complete sham and just want your money! The worst experience I have ever had at an event! Very poor company!

    Good Afternoon,

    We apologize that your experience wasn't to your expectation. However, here's a little bit of information about our show. Our tickets start at $16.50 for our 1st 100 tickets sold promotion. As soon as they sell out they're unavailable and the General Adults Admission tickets would still be available and they start at $30. As all of our $30 tickets sell out the rates do go up, and day of show could be up to $75. Our ride tickets can be used for the bounce houses, dry slide, and face painting which are all optional festivities to purchase individually if wanted. They are not forced by any means. Our intermission's are between ***** minutes for any maintenance needed on the trucks. I see you mentioned you were all packed like sardines and I went ahead and took a look at the numbers from that day and time of the event. Our bleachers hold a total of 3,200 seat's/ people and for the show you attended only ***** people were present. Our parking fee is a mandatory policy for all of our shows, including our Circus shows as well. All monies from the parking fee is split with the event center. Again we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you had experienced.

    I do feel that the entire show is not advertised correctly and the prices to do all the extra stuff and food is extremely overpriced . My main complaint is that we paid $10 to park at the ***************** show in ** on 10/2/2022 . As we were putting our grandchildren in their strollers , the parking lady was parking cars to block us in and we stated to her we wouldnt be able to get out and she had those cars move . After 1/2 hour of the show our grandchildren ages 2 and 3 were cold and cranky and wanted to leave . We get to our car and are completely blocked in by a building and 2 cars . I ask the parking people to help and they tell me there is nothing they can do and go to the front . The lady at the front states there is nothing she can do and I ask her to have her announce the plate numbers which I had on my phone . She says shes doing something Ill have to wait , 10 minutes later she asks if Ill walk over to the cars so she can see , she takes pictures and says she will ask if they announce it , when I state thats what I wanted in the first place she calls me ignorant and shes leaving and not helping . My husband had to go back inside and into the announcers box himself to have them ask the people to move . An hour later we are able to get out with 2 very unhappy children after spending all that money . Pictures to show that we were trapped into a parking lot we paid money to park in . Very unprofessional and I feel I should at a minimum be refunded my parking fee for the hour I spent trying to get out and for being called ignorant when your people parked the cars that way !

    Purchased tickets 7/24/2022 for a 9/30/2022 show. False advertising with location - lists Albany and the show was in Schaghticoke ( 1/2 an hour from ****** ) . Upon arriving , we had to pay $10 to park at a county fairgrounds that doesnt charge a parking fee during fair time , which was not listed on the advertising. Upon entering we realized that the monster truck rides advertised immediately after the free to get into pit party cost $21 a person . No advertisement to length of ride when purchasing tickets , monster truck ride ended up being less than a minute as the driver said they had to per ** laws. Show time - monster trucks were on the track for approx 15 - 20 min all together out of a 2 hour monster truck show. $42 in tickets for two adults is ridiculous for the show delivered advertised as monster trucks with very limited activity with the actual monster trucks on the track . I would like a refund for the tickets! Ive attached our tickets and a screen shot of the online advertising to deceive customers into thinking its free for a monster truck ride .

    I apologize for the delay in response and the inconvenience of location. However, we do send a mass email to all of our attending audiences, of any sort of changes including location. All of our shows have a mandatory parking fee, as for the Fairgrounds not charging is completely separate from our event of course and we have no control of their charges. Our tickets indicate the "Free Pit Part" correct, all activities held within the festivities is an additional charge depending on the activity which is listed as an option to buy in advance on our website when you are purchasing admission tickets. We apologize that our show wasn't to your satisfaction, and we have issued you a full refund. Please allow **** business days for the $42.43 to be refunded back to your account.

    Very misleading bait and switch. Monster truckz website advertising gate prices as $30, and were actually $45. Free pit party wasn't. Everything advertised as free was extra. $21 per person for monster truck rides. $7 for a 2 minute bounce house and 1 slide ride. No prices for food were advertised When ordering at concessions. They had bigger 1 liter bottles shown as examples and gave out smaller 20oz bottles. Everything they did was bait and switch. Very unethical. A bunch of con artist

It is quite expensive to travel and perform, we have a lot of expenses, venue rent, fuel, permits etc. The prices are set so that we will be able to continue to perform all over the country giving people who may not otherwise have the opportunity to see a truck show. The purchase of concessions is optional. If we lower the concessions and the rides, we would be forced to raise the price of admission and we feel that would prohibit people from being able to attend the show at all.

    I bought tickets to monster truckz on 7/15/2022 the show was scheduled for 7/29/22 I got a email a couple days before the show saying it has been canceled so I called to try to get a refund but they denied me and said they would reschedule it soon ..it has been 2 months now and havent heard anything from them so I have been calling for days and can not get a answer so I left a voicemail with my name number and reason for calling and still nothing i read a lot of people commenting on one of their ******** posts saying that they have screwed over tons of other people I think something should be done so they cant do it anymore.. I would like to have my money back

We have recently rehired, and have been back on track in cleaning up these inconveniences. With that being said, please specify is your tickets were purchased through ** or a third party. If you did purchase through **, if you could you please provide me with your order number following with the first and last name of the purchaser. However, if you did not purchase through **, you will have to directly reach out to that 3rd party and request the refund with them, as we do not have access to any of their systems to issue a refund.     For my sons 4th birthday I booked tickets to the Monster Truckz Chaos tour for the 2:00 PM show on September 17, 2022 on Groupon. The address posted on Groupon was ******************************************* at the ***************** mall, on the voucher the address was changed to *************************. I first went to the *********** addressed and there was no sign of a monster truck show being there. I tried calling the Monster truck chaos customer service only to find out that they only have of operation hours Mon-Fri. I then called the ***************** mall security to find out more about the event. They informed me that the Monster Truck show event was cancelled weeks ago and changed locations. I then went to the ************************* location that was on the Groupon voucher and the same thing happened , there was no sign of a monster truck show being at the *************************. I called the mall security there also and they said that they had no knowledge of a Monster truck show being held there. Mind you Im coming from ************* Long Island ** and did not know my way around those areas. I drove around looking for any sign of a Monster truck show and none was in sight. Additionally, when googling the show there was information stating that there were shows that day in the ***************** Mall location as well in the website, yet no show insight when in person. Our whole party that attempted to attend this event with us were devastated.

    August 20th, 2022, the tickets were purchased for $138.86. I have six members in my family, so parking was an additional $30 for two vehicles. 4 passes for the monster truck ride, $84. Total spent $252.86 The show in question was 8/28/2022.I have to bluntly agree with almost every recent complaint here.There was nothing free about the children's pit party, with the exception of the disappointment I could give my 4 children. The ride in a monster truck lasted less than 60 seconds, and consisted of leaving the pit, driving in 2 tight circles and returning to the pit. $21 per person. $84 dollars wasted. In a 2 hour show, I watched approximately 12 minutes of trucks on, 10 minutes of motocross, watched a guy f*** 10 feet out of a ****** with a 10 minute hype up period, and a 30 minute intermission. The trucks jumped over 4 foot jumps(approximately 12 times) with their rear tires barely leaving the ground. 1 truck was broken in the first 5 minutes, and another broken truck was rolled out so we could just see it sitting in the background. They took about ten minutes while the mechanic messed with it and threw some toys to the crowd. The hype man made everyone repeat how ready they were multiple times, and it took minutes to get them to start up the trucks, only to drive for 30 seconds. The bathroom accommodations were disgusting and potentially the left overs from the previous show. Enough said. I wasn't allowed to bring in any water for my children, only the empty cup. We drove two vehicles an hour and ten minutes plus tolls for the biggest scam of an attraction I've ever seen. I'm not anti-guns, but you're selling mock assault rifles to children that had barely any safety indicators denoting that it was a toy. Absurd. The whole thing was a bust. About half the stands cleared out at intermission and didn't return.

    We had some mechanical difficulties that day.  I know avalanche would not start for the race and one truck broke in the first half.  We do have a mechanic onsite, but sometimes things cannot be fixed in time for the show.  The trucks perform 2-3 times per day.  

    Our site state you can visit the *** party Free, it does not state the activities are free.  We do apologize for the misunderstanding.

    I apologize for the delayed response and inconvenience of your experience with our event. As stated on our website, each event held within the "Free Pit Party" has activities of there own that does cost money. Each activity is listed for potential audience members that are browsing & purchasing admission tickets on our website. We have all activities listed to buy online, to help the traffic flow at our shows. We rent our portable restrooms from local businesses whom we have a contract with and are supposed to clean them daily before each show. As for any mechanical issues that occurred we certainly do apologize and wish there were ways to prevent things being broken... We have issued you your refund to the card on file and you should receive it within **** business days!

    We went to the monster truckzshow in ******, ** this evening and what a complete scam! $15 to park is insane! 5 bucks for a 20oz sprite are you kidding me? The "souvenirs" were cheap light up pixel swords and AK-47 toy guns! What a joke! Oh and can't forget about $15 funnel cakes. The monster truckz were out for a total of 12 minutes! Seen more dirt bikes than anything else. Complete rip-off this company should be put out of business. Never again
