Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Fence Boss. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging they make a deposit for services then shortly after the proposed installation date gets postponed for several months. The day the installation is to be completed the company informs the consumer once again that either the installer or the supplies are unavailable. Consumers allege that requests for refunds are not fulfilled. Consumers also allege that they have difficulty reaching the business.
On November 23, 2022 BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The business has not responded.The owner of this business has now opened another business Your Fence & Gate, LLC.
