5 starsSuncoast Mobility is the best durable medical equipment I have dealt with over the past years since my above-the-knee leg amputation. I ordered a REMOVEDchair. The delivery date promised at purchase passed, and the chair was delivered the next day. The Suncoast Mobility owner contacted me to advise me of a delivery delay (not the fault of Suncoast Mobility) and provided a rain cover for the chair at no cost.I unboxed the chair from my wheelchair and removed all the packing. The chair was securely boxed with minimal Styrofoam and sealed in a plastic bag.The Quick Start instructions were clear, easy to understand, and simple to follow. The final setup requires connecting two electrical connectors, permanently installing the battery, and unfolding the chair. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this item.I charged the battery for approximately 12 hours before the first use. This chair easily fits through 32 doors. It runs whisper-quietly, is easy to control, handles slopes without problems, and handles door jambs both inside and when going in and out of the house without a ramp.I highly recommend Suncoast Mobility.

He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, made suggestions regarding what was perfect for me, and, was not "pushy" or anxious to sell anything. That I can appreciate, indeed! 5 starsI have had the best time communicating with this company. REMOVED, the owner, is courteous, friendly, extremely helpful and is willing to make your purchase perfect. The scooter is the best I have ever found. So many extras makes it the best. Big tires, high ground clearance, magnificent comfortable ride on plush padded seats and backrest plus armrests. I purchased the 20 inch seat for a more roomy ride. It runs so quietly and is so smooth riding. It has adjustable speeds and a long lasting charged battery that will take you more miles then most of other scooters. So much leg room with comfort. A gauge to monitor your battery life. The truly best part is you can disassemble it for ease of putting it in your trunk then easily assembling it upon reaching your destination!! It is truly a pleasure to have this scooter to take anywhere you want to go. The freedom of having this scooter is amazing going shopping, attending outdoor events and using indoors with no fear of dead batteries to leave you stranded!! This is a must to have!!
