Return Policy: A return merchandise authorization number must be issued by Suncoast Mobility
before returning any unit. The customer has 30 days to submit this request and the unit must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving this RMA number. Please see below as this can vary by brand. All returns must be returned in brand-new condition in the original packaging. Lift chairs must still be banded in the box. The customer is liable for the shipping charges (to and from - calculated by weight/dimensions), damages in transit or from use, and any possible restocking fees (15%-20% depending on the manufacturer) that may apply unless discussed otherwise or the unit is deemed defective upon inspection. All units must be inspected before a credit is issued. The inspection may take up to 14 days. Custom orders and demo models are non-returnable.
EWheels: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Enhance Mobility: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
EV Rider: Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Golden Technologies: Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Shoprider: Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Merits Health: Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
