      I thought I was ordering a legitimate Lost Remedies book from what I thought a legitimate author ************ post. But now I see its a scam to keep you in this look where they am charge you for digital copies and its not the author at all. The hard cover book is not from Author as advertised nor are the additional Bundles of digital they ******* you into buying. Its all a scam To get hundreds of shoppers money.

      It appears that we have not received the first notice and we apologize for the late response. We strive to provide timely and accurate resolution to all concerns raised. We thank the BBB for giving us this chance to respond to ************** concerns. 

      By way of background, Digistore24 is an online sales platform that offers direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailers an integrated online store to market and sell their products and services including digital products, health and beauty products, dietary supplements, among other products. Digistore24 refers to these direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailers, its clients, as "vendors." One of Digistore24's clients or vendors is GlobalBro, the seller of The Lost Book Of Herbal Remedies among other products. 

      Our records indicate that that ************** purchased the following products on April 3, 2023:

      Order ID 73FUPWEL The Lost Book Of Herbal Remedies Physical Book for $99.62
      Order ID ********* The Lost Books Bundle $83.74
      Order ID ********* Medical Preparedness Package for $51.94
      Order ID ********* Easy Cellar for $30.74

      These products are very popular on Digistore24 and are as described. We assure you and all our customers that each product goes through a comprehensive quality and compliance review before we sell it. We also monitor the products. 

      Going back to ************** purchases, order 73FUPWEL is a physical book while the rest are downloadable or digital products sent to her email address ************************ upon purchase. 

      Our customers have the option to buy additional products as part of the purchase flow.  ************ purchased Order ID 73FUPWEL as the main product while orders 73FUPWEL1, 73FUPWEL2 and 73FUPWEL3 are upsells or additional offers.

      She had the opportunity to say No to the additional offers. Each customer receives an order confirmation email within a short moment after placing the order, confirming the amount, product name, contact info, etc. In this case, she received four emails confirming each purchase.

      We also found that ************ has been in contact with our customer support since April 4, 2023 to request refunds for all four products. These were completed on April 6, 2023 (see attached screenshot of proof of refunds). 

      Digistore24 proudly shares the BBB's mission to promote truth in advertising and customer satisfaction. We are aware that we must closely examine our vendors' practices and must also do a much better job in thoughtfully responding to any BBB customer complaints - although we expect these to be few and far between. 

      To address ************** complaint about our vendors misleading information about the books, may we request her copies or screenshots of the advertisement showing the legitimate author and one showing a different author of the same book, The Lost Remedies. We understand that this is a serious matter that needs to be looked into. We are one with her in resolving this as soon as possible.  

      Moving forward, we trust that the BBB will have no future concerns with Digistore24 or its vendors and that the very positive record of customer satisfaction will only continue.

      According to page one of the book, The Lost Books of Remedies is edited and written by ***************************, PhD, and copyrighted by ************************ 
      On the cover of the book, it's credited to ****** and ******, but as I noted in our review of The Lost Ways, ****** is a fictional character made up by a marketing team.

      .The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies does not identify the **** zone where the plants grow. There is no bibliography or reference section, so we have no source materials for the text. The book has thin pages, and reviews on amazon note some books had missing pages.

      My biggest issue with the book is inaccurate information. 
      The first and most important rule that I learned about foraging wild plants is to make sure to correctly identify the plant.Misidentification could be deadly if you mistake a toxic plant for a non-toxic lookalike.
      They claim the leaves and stalks of burdock are good raw or cooked. This is not correct. Here's a better description from The Forager's Harvest by *************************

      Watch out for Contraindications and Drug Interactions
      While the book focuses on how well herbal remedies work, there's little information on when they shouldn't be used. Some of these herbs have drug interactions, or are not recommended for those with certain conditions.

      The advertising for The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies goes on at length about finding your inner doctor and how safe and simple it is to use herbs. Herbs are great, but if you want to use them like medicine, you need to treat them like medicine. and refer to reputable resources but this boon it digital video. 

       

      The i accuracy  digital content is over priced and someone could ****** to get misleading nfo.

      I continue  to stand by a BBB claim to ban as this is a scam and not in best interest of consumer to purchase any materials falsely advertised all  really just looking to take $$$$$.

      02/19/2023 rec'd product i did not order from this company Digistore24. An order was placed on 2/21 with Dermaprogenix which was legitimate. But i was additionally billed for additional items from Digistore24/dermaprog for$126.85 and Digistore24/derma for $32.24 which were not purchased. I would like a refund for this order. I was sent product which I am willing to return.

      To give a background, Digistore24 is an online sales platform that offers direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailers an integrated online store to market and sell their products and services. Digistore24 refers to these direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailers, its clients, as "vendors." Digistore24's vendors market and sell a wide range of products and services, including digital products, health and beauty products, dietary supplements, among other products. One of Digistore24's clients or vendors is DermaProGenix.

      The top most part of DermaProGenixs Sales Page shows Digistore24s secure order logo (see attached screenshot). This is the link to their Sales Page: ********************************

      After confirming the order and submitting the payment, the vendors Thank You Page acknowledges the customers purchase from DermaProGenix with Digistore24. It also mentions that in their bank statement will reflect a charge from Digistore24 (see attached screenshot).

      Also as part of our online ordering process, a summary of the product together with its amount are shown before confirming the purchase during checkout. This way, our customers will have time to review their order and make appropriate changes before submitting their payments.

      Moving forward, our records show that **************** purchased two different products on February 18, 2023 (see attached invoices):


      Order ID ******** for DermaProGenix Buy 1 Get 1 amounting to $126.85
      Order ID ********* for Eye Renewal amounting to $32.24

      We are always available to help our customers if they have concerns about their orders. Thats why our Helpdesk email address is included in every purchase confirmation email where they can always contact us for assistance.

      We have checked our customer support records and did not find any emails from **************** to let us know of her concerns or request refund (see screenshot of Helpdesk search using her email address ********************* regarding her orders.

      However, we received notice from her financial institution on April 5, 2023 that **************** filed a dispute inquiry with them and so her order 62MZEAHW1 was refunded. We have not received any communication about the other purchase, order 62MZEAHW.

      Nevertheless, we went ahead and refunded this order today. The funds should be reflected in her account within one to 10 business days. She can keep the products or dispose of them as appropriate.

      Entered by BBB Staff - lj Consumer is a senior. Company made two unauthorized charges on his PayPal account of $313.85 and $39.50. His account was charged on March 11, 2023.       Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to **************** concerns about the collection emails he has been receiving. 

      I can confirm that ************** purchased the products Food Freedom (Order ID ********* for $39.50 and 6 Bottles Emergency Essentials (Order ID ********** for $313.85 on March 10, 2023. 

      However, he filed claims with PayPal for both orders on March 11, 2023. Filing a claim or dispute is not a proper way for refunding an order. Our records show that we have not received any previous emails from ****************** email address ************************** therefore, he received payment reminders from us for both purchases. 

      Upon further checking, PayPal decided the claim for order J7YCT9ZE in our favor on March 21, 2023. Meanwhile, the case for order J7YCT9ZE1 is still pending PayPals resolution. If ************** would like to know the status of his claim for this purchase, he can always contact PayPal. 

      It is not our intention to threaten or cause any undue stress to him. I can assure you and ************** that further payment reminders or notifications for these orders were already stopped. 

      In addition, ************** can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in the bottom of an email he received from us. This is the fastest way to ensure that he does not receive any further emails from our team.

      I have also added his email address to a do not email list that gets updated each week. If for any reason he receives emails in the future, please notify us so that we can resolve the issue.

      I ordered they're Tupi Tea 3 bottles on the 20 Feb 2023. I can't find the same page I ordered from but distincly remember it saying free shipping but when I get bill it says ***** shipping,.       We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused **************. I have gone ahead and refunded today the cost of the shipping fee (see attached proof of refund).  The fund should be reflected in his bank account within 5 to 10 business days.

      I purchased Commission Hero by *****************************. I immediately wrote to the product provider and asked them to change the email address I used to purchase. I also asked them for a refund. I was unable to move past a long screen of (28 pages) of Terms and Conditions. There was an "Accept" button that was greyed out and I was not able to click it to access the course. In the Terms and Conditions on that initial page there are 2 times where it says if you want a refund, you can ask for one by contacting support of the product provider. I wrote in several times and was told "no, end of discussion." The Terms and Conditions of the product owner state that a refund is allowed but they still said no. I then wrote to Digistore customer service for help, telling them I can't access the course and the product provider is not honoring their own Terms and Conditions. Digistore **************** also told me they will not give me a refund and refused to return my money. The Terms and Conditions of the product provider say the following: "Refund policy is stated as such: The goal of Commission Hero PRO is to create a longterm business by using the power of affiliate marketing. 30 day refund from date of purchase can only be refunded within the first 30 days from date of purchase."and also Course purchased date is May 17, 2020 - present: Refund policy is stated as such: The goal of Commission Hero is to create a long term business by using the power of affiliate marketing. 14 day refund from date of purchase can only be refunded within the first 14 days from date of purchase, as long as the member has not accessed the members platform and/or training materials and/or *************** Requests may be submitted to [email protected] would like a full refund as stated is possible in the Terms and Conditions. I still cannot access the product and the course provider is not honoring the Terms and Conditions to allow me a refund.

      This product has been successfully sent to her email address ********************** upon her purchase and that she has visited them with her IP address as shown in the attached screenshots of successful access with her IP address.

      We have checked our customer support records and found that **************** initially contacted us on December 28, 2022 to cancel her order for refund. The vendor explained on December 29, 2022 that the product is non-refundable as explained in their Cancellation/Refund Policy.

      **************** contacted us again on January 4, 2023 to change her email address as her username at login. The vendor explained to her that once the purchase is made, they are not able to edit it anymore (see screenshots of our Helpdesk email communication with ****************).

Orders will arrive 5-8 business days after shipment.On December 5, I called phone number provide and registered complaint that I have not received book and things was looking like a scam operation to me. It was explained that the time frame was in business days and I said do the math. I was then told that I should have book by the end of the week and I said if I do not I will register a complaint with BBB as my feelings that it is a scam operation. They had no problem receiving my money and product should have been mailed the next day. Today is 14 December and I have not received item ordered

      We asked the vendor about the orders status. According to them, this order has not shipped due to the *** and WMS transition preventing the order from being shipped in a timely manner (see attached email from the vendor).

      I signed up to Googlix that was supposed to provide a automated system to make money online. After purchasing three packages that were supposed to provide an automated cash system I have yet to see any profit or any way to use the system without having you purchase more packages. I purchased and signed up or on March 31st of this year I paid around $70 total between the three packages and have contacted customer support about issues of not being able to use the system without purchasing more packages and they have consistently said that there are ways to use the system to make money without having to spend more. But I have yet to find any way around purchasing or packages to do anything with the system so that being said I asked them for a refund and they consistently are replying that they do not do refunds for people who do not use the system. But how am I going to use the system when I can't afford to buy any more packages?

      Thank you for letting us know about Mr. ************ concerns about the charges on his account. We know this is important and I would like to help resolve this for him.
      Our Helpdesk email address is included in our purchase confirmation email where customers can contact us regarding their orders. We have checked our customer support records and did not find any emails from the customers email address ********************* (see attached screenshot).

      Unfortunately, we were unable to find the orders he mentioned dated March 31, 2022 amounting to $9.95 and $47.00. We are very much eager to address ************************** with his request for refund. For us to do so, I would like to request him to send us his corresponding Digistore24 Order IDs with the charges he is referring to. 

      The order ID is in the lower part of his order confirmation email under the heading "Order Details". The subject of the email was: "Order successful / access". 

      He can also find his order ID through this link: https://www.digistore24.com/find_my_order.

      If he cannot find his Order IDs, we request for the email address and full name under which the purchase was completed. Kindly also send us a copy of his bank statement showing the payments made to Digistore24. ************************** may attach this information in the form of a screenshot or a PDF document. 

      We assure him that as soon as he sends us the Order IDs, email address and full name linked to the orders or a copy of his bank statement with the buyer's name and email address, we will look into his request.

I'm hearing impaired. I asked for closed caption or some other option. Support ignored what I said like my problem didn't exist. (I can send emails what I was sent from the company.) The support office ignores my request for a complete refund.

      Our records show that he purchased three digital products on October 3, 2022:

      Our customers can contact us anytime if they have questions, concerns or issues with their orders. I checked our customer support records and found that ****************** reached out to us on October 4th. He mentioned that he was not able to find the three (3) products he purchased (order IDs HEPDM7YR, HEPDM7YR1 and HEPDM7YR2). Our colleague provided him with a link to access his invoice where he can download his purchase (see attached email communication).

      We are just disappointed that ****************** went directly to the BBB to file a complaint. We could have easily helped him resolve his concerns. Based on his email, it appears that he did not request any refund. He never contacted us again after our response on October 4th so we were not aware about the problems he had with the products. 

      Nevertheless we went ahead and refunded ****************** for his three orders (see attached proof of refunds).  The funds should be reflected in his bank account within 5 to 10 business days.
