      This Company sent a letter to our house that looks to be from the **************** collecting fees for Annual Report filing. The document sent to ** was clearly imitating the **************** Document with a link to pay more than double the amount required. This is a clear scam operation that needs to be looked into. Who knows how many people this company has scammed without them even knowing it. The company also offered a refund minus a processing fee. The fee is currently being disputed with the credit card company.

      12/27/2023 payment was made for ***** for certificate of Business thinking this was a renewal A confirmation receipt was never sent and this has nothing to do with the ******** of *********** how are companies able to send documents out as if they are representing a state business and able to get away with it. This is a waste of my hard earned money as a first time business owner I was thinking this is a document that had to be paid.

      A document came in the mail after registering for a LLC for my business that appeared to be a document from the government requiring a payment for posting certification etc. I scanned the ** code to pay the bill for $174. Read the very fine print afterwards and it appears it is not a document from the government. I searched for a phone number and did not find one on the website or the document. Thank goodness the Better Business Bureau has the phone number on their website and this is where I read multiple complaints about a possible scam.I called their phone number posted on this website to request a refund via phone message. I hope they are reputable enough to refund my money. Courageous and Healings.

      I received a letter from this business with letterhead clearly attempting to resemble official **************** documentation. This phishing attempt by FL Document Services LLC, takes advantage of someone in my situation whom just created an LLC themselves. ** Documents Services took advantage of someone not reading the fine print, and portrayed the service in this letter as part of "next steps" to be taken in filing a business with the State. Additionally, the letter clearly lists a charge of $94.50. I was charged $174.00. Only after reading the fine print in the upper right hand corner of the letter that states they are not official government affiliated, did I realize this was a scam. I want my money back. I want others to be aware of this company and others like it trying to take advantage of people by marketing this "service" as official business. I am also now worried that after this charge clears. They will use my debit information to make additional charges without consent. So now I have to work with my financial institution to dispute this charge, cancel this debit card, get a new one, and set up all my bill pays again.

      This company sent me a letter in the mail about paying for a labor law poster and I have been calling them to get it. They never sent me any of documents. I called, left messages, and emailed still no response from these people.

      BUSINESSES BEWARE: The practices of this company are fraudulent and unethical. After filling to start a ** business, I received a letter in the mail from this company on what appeared to be a government form congratulating me on registering my business; "Document ID" ************ stating there was one more step needed to obtain a Certificate of Good standing. As a new business owner I was duped into believing this was legitimate and the $174 fee was required to complete my filing. I scanned the ** code on the document and was taken directly to the ****************** website where I paid the listed amount due of $174 on 10/26/2023. After I never received a confirmation or receipt I became concerned and found other complaints on BBB similar to mine. I am requesting to have my money refunded as this is an act of misrepresentation and a scam to falsely imposter a government entity; defrauding innocent citizens starting businesses. I expect to have my funds refunded or this fradulent activity will be expedited to civil court. Please contact me if needed at *******************

      I received a letter that looked like an official government form to apply for a ******* Certificate of Status form. I needed this certificate for my LLC so I went in and applied and purchased the form on 11/2/2023. After several hours of not receiving an emailed receipt, I looked for a phone number to call and did not see one on the letter received in the mail. Further investigation led me to the BBB site where I saw multiple complaints with the same issue. I did call the phone number listed in the BBB site several times and all I received was a voicemail, where I left a message requesting a call back to arrange a refund. I was also able to find the official site to receive the certificate I needed for only $5.00 and not the $94.50 this place charges.I have filed a dispute with my credit card company since I believe this is not a legitimate business and only a ploy to scam people out of cash. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting my money back and eventually getting this place shut down.

      Date of transaction 10/25/23. Business sent bill purporting to be with the **************** and included a fee in order to operate my new business. This business is NOT related to the **************** in any way and this is a scam.

      I received the letter in the mail looking like a government issued letter , as a new business owner naive and thinking I needed to have it I purchased it today. I fell prey to this offer once I paid I didnt receive a confirmation code or anything but it was surely taking out of my account and I see many other people have had this same problem. I have tried to call them numerous times and no answer. I need a refund asap I want nothing to do with this company.
