      My complaint is against **** dealership in ******** **.I brought my car over to dealership before Christmas. I was told that I needed a part for the car to fix within the transmission. The car would not go in reverse. The dealership told me to come back after Christmas holidays to try to get ***********. The dealership said i could still drive the car that way it was. Knowing it does not reverse, brought my car back in the week of christmas. I was giving a rental car. However the rental car is only good for Based on my warranty with **** for 10 days. I was told that the part was coming in on January 3rd and would be fixed by then. Then I was told the part will not come in until next week. I was told to bring back the rental the week of Jan 2. To get a loaner car. A loaner car that said it needed oil change and air in the tire. That is how they gave me the car.So the week of january 8, I was told that my car was gonna be ready. Then I was told my car would be ready January 10th or 11th. Then they told me the part didn't come in yet. It will be in the week of Jan 15, then I was told the week of Jan 22. I was told to bring back the loaner, and get another loaner. They wanted me to bring the car back when it hit 400 miles. I assume that was a joke. Because when they gave me the car , it had 350 miles on it. It's over 30 miles from the dealership to my home. So that sound rickicless.Each week I was promise the car will be ready. The week of Jan 29. I was told they finally got the part in and the car will be ready in 2 to 3 days. Then when I call back I was told they did not have space for my car in the garage to be fix. Then when I call back Feb 1. I was told they need to find ********, who can fix the car. At this point I asked for a regional manager or the owner of the place. I spoke to ****** who said he was gonna be on top of this and make sure my car gets fixed right away. On Feb 2, I would told that my car was in the garage getting fix.Then on Feb 7. I am told they think they got the wrong part. So now I am told it's longer to be fix. Car been there for almost 2 month's. This dealership keeps playing games.

      I purchased a 2018 F150 Platinum from Kisselback 11/3/22. I advised I was en route and arrival time 4:30, and yet F150 was not on lot when I arrived, they closed at 6pm. The salesman went to get it, was gone 10 minutes. I test drove it and noticed some vibration, the rear left tire was overinflated to 65 lbs, and there was only 1/8 tank of gas, so I thought water in gas. The salesman filled it up, I bought the truck, left at 6:30.. That night I discovered in FordPass app the transmission had been replaced by Kisselback in 2019, not disclosed in dealer listing nor CarFax. I came back to pick up F150 Sunday 11/6, Kisselback was closed, and when I started truck it rattled. I drove to Stuart, only 18 mpg vs 22. The next week I advised salesman truck was running rough and rattling, but no suggestions. Saturday 11/12 the sunroof failed in open position. Monday 11/14 I videotaped the starting rattle, took truck to Essential Ford in Stuart which advised me the F150 had a very bad cam phaser problem that had existed for some time, so the timing was off, and I should return the truck due to potential valve and piston damage. Essential statedv4 wks for apptmt and possibly 8 weeks for engine teardown and repair. Kisselback picked up the truck 11/15, suggested they could repair truck and I coukd get it back, or told me refund 7-10 business days. I was insistent, received refund 11/17. I discovered a Kisselback internet ad for truck on 11/21, as a 1 owner, I was 2nd owner.
      I spoke with Sean Kisselback 11/25, who advised the truck was not repaired as yet, parts were on order, but yes it was for sale. 11/27 the truck was delisted from ********, Buyers beware.
