      i ordered a sweatshirt after seeing one on a friend. She is a big girl so I know they make shirts in my size. (womans XL). I emailed about sizing, giving my exact measurements; i was answered by ******** Crosolo after over 2 weeks and ordered the size she recommended. I paid them $32.65 with shipping and eventually received a shirt that is a girls size! I am a 69 year old woman; the shirt pockets come across my b**** and the shirt doesn't even hit my belly button. I sent pictures and numerous emails asking for an exchange and even offered to return the girls shirt on my dime for a shirt in my size. None of the emails were answered and I am stuck with something I can't wear. This company has terrible "customer service". The shirt shown is next to my normal size in a sweatshirt.

      Placed order on November 20th. Was told to wait ten business days for item to ship. Waited ten days, no progress. After inquiring about when item would be shipped, a label was created immediately so it looked as if progress was made. Item still hasnt shipped. This is for a Christmas present, and had I known it would take upwards of twenty days, if not more, I would not have ordered from the company.

      Order #****************** Tracking #********************** Order on 11/22. Promised to ship 11/25. Shipping label printed on 11/25 but as of 12/4 package still hasnt left their facility and given to **** for actual shipping. Told again on Monday 12/2 after many unanswered messages to expect movement within ***** hours. Two days later still no movement.

      I made the order for shirts on 7/22/24 and received tracking on 8/17/24 to ******** not ********. Contacted them through email on 8/22 about issue of not receiving package with wrong address. They claimed to ship again with tracking on 8/26. Never received and asked for refund but the company only said they would give 50%. After email about my displeasure about 50% they offered 100% and was told it would be received in 7-15 days. That was 10/9 and have yet to hear from company or receive refund.       I made a purchase with this company for some t shirts and sweatshirts totaling $78.02 on 10/1/2024. I have been a long standing customer and normally have no issue with this company. However, this instance I had not heard anything from them regarding my order in 14 business days which is unusual. I was assured that my order would be sent. At the 20 business day ***** I followed up again, with no response. I then followed up again for the 3rd time on Nov 5th, followed by Nov 7th and then again on Nov 12th with no response. Had they had a phone number, I would have reached out via phone, but they use email only. On Nov 7th, before I sent my email I went online to check the order status to find that it was in a fulfilled status; however, I never got updated tracking and as of today I still do not have my items. I checked the tracking link providing, but ironically, it is not trackable. All I am looking for here is either my items or a refund of my money. I also want to make others aware that this can happen to them as well.

      On September ******* I order several items from Sunshine Sisters for *****. I waited 3 weeks didnt receive it. I contacted them and, they sent me a tracking number. I tracked it for two weeks. It said it was delivered to my front door. Which there is no way that it was cause I live behind 3 locked gates. So I contact them again, and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience, and would send me my order again for free. I waited another 3 weeks and I contact them again. They sent me another tracking number saying to wait another 7-15 days. That they are using 618 Track. I looked up 618Track and it says they are a scam. I just want my refund back. Thank you, ****

      I placed an order through this company and never received my order I tried contacting them and no response. I used Affirm to pay and havent made payments now its hurting that account from using affirm I contacted affirm to dispute it but seems like nothing is getting done

      So around the beginning of july I placed a fairly large order( about 30 items), from the sunshine sisters, card was charged but I never received anything, I emailed them they said they would send another package, still never received anything, I asked for the name of their carrier but they will not tell me, those shirts were going to be for my family and I, we were going to wear them on my daughters birthday *********, she passed away on new years eve 2023. I'm so upset that I've had to go through all this and still no resolution.

      I ordered $34 worth of items and never received them. I also emailed them weeks past when it should have arrived and I have received no response. Ive made account log information twice and although I had log in info saved in my phone, website says *** never made an account.

      On 6/ 29/ 2024 I placed an order for items advertised to be discounted overstock merchandise from the Sunshine Sisters company. The order stated that it would be shipped in 3 to 7 days ( See copy of order ). After several weeks ; not hearing anything further or receiving my order, I tried to check tracking information through a tracking number that was provided. Tracking did not work. I reached out via email to Scabiship to obtain information on the status of my order. First time I was apologized to for the delay , told it was still in transit. Next email claimed that it was delivered, they were not sure why I was stating that I had not received it. I emailed them back to have them investigate where my order ended up. There later response was that they didn't know what happened to my original order, but they would reship it out to me ( hopefully in full- they were not sure if they had all the items still available). They said I needed to agree to wait up to 15 additional days to receive the second shipment. That email was 7/31. A new tracking number was included, which again did not work. I reached out via another email on 8/9 that I had waited for the additional time and still have not received any part of my order. Therefore, I request that a full refund be issued. Scabiship replied saying that my order was still being shipped, however due to some issue on their end with updating the order; that they could not give me a tracking number at that time. From things I have read on social media , others have stated that this company in a fraud. Some that have received items say those items were cheap, defective, damaged, knock offs. I mostly won't receive my items. I am owed a refund...I never received my order.
