      I ordered a tye dye t-shirt from them that says here comes the sun. I havent received a email about shipping or when Id receive it about a month ago and still waiting for at least an email.

      I placed a fairly large order on March 17th. It was around 7 or 8 items I ordered. I paid for the order in full online on March 17th. It was about a $130.00 order. It was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. I did not receive it in the mail for 20 days. It does not take 13 days for a package to come from ******* to ********. So, basically, some of the items were gifts that I didn't get on time. When I received the order there was a hoodie that they left out. I immediately contacted them by email and told them about it. They wanted me to send pictures, which I did. They offered me store credit. ( Evidently, they assume everyone is going to order from them again.). I told them no, I want the item shipped to me, I ordered it because I wanted it. I have had several emails correspondence with them. Conveniently, I can't find a telephone number for them. .......Today is May 5th, they have still will not send me all of the items I ordered. It's been over 2 months ago that I ordered and paid for the order. I am in my 50's. I have never purchased online or in store through a company with worse customer service than the **********************! I get emails from them every day trying to get me to order more stuff from them. The worst part is, I'm not exaggerating. That's my story of purchasing from their company. Placing a order on March 17th, this is May 5th, and I am still trying to get them to ship the rest of my order to me!!! Never again will I order from them!

      I ordered from this company in early December 2024 and they emailed me a notification saying that it had shipped. After six weeks I the company and told them I still havent gotten my package. They told me that it had been delivered by **** and to contact ****. I contacted **** and they didnt have a tracking number for this order so I contacted sunshine sisters again and they said that there wasnothing they could do because **** said it had been delivered so I spent $60 and never got any product. Never gotten an apology

      I ordered 4 sets of pajamas and a crew neck shirt. I received an order with 3 shirts and 2 crew necks. I contacted them the day I received the order and had to contact them twice before they responded to me. I did not receive any items I ordered. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service for almost 2 weeks now. They do not respond unless I continue to email them. They originally offered a store credit which I did not want as the items I ordered are no longer in stock. I asked for a refund and they offered a "one time exemption" for a refund once I sent back the incorrect items they sent me. I told them I would happily do that once they sent me a paid packing label since this error is on them. I have not received anymore communication from them, nor a refund. I would like a refund of my money. I have submitted photos to their customer service at their request of the incorrect items I received.

      I had a pajama subscription. I was billed and the item shipped. The item Was never received. I was told to contact ****. I did. I was told the package label was incorrect and the package was considered lost. I have reached out to multiple times to find a solution and no response but to contact ****. **** said the package is insured and Sunshine sisters would have to file.       I placed an order (order# *******) for multiple items on 12/22/24. The total I paid was $243.25, but the issue I have is only with one item I have never received and that cost that I am due a refund for is $28.00. The item I never received is the Be Kind Unicorn Blast joggers as shown in attachments. Almost 2 months later it still says these are in process for shipping and I have reached out to the company via email multiple times with no response whatsoever besides automation. I have been patient, but this is not the first time I have had problems with this company and I know many other people have had problems with this company. Their clothing is very inconsistent and expensive even so Ive been a longtime customer, but I am tired of getting gypped. Its never been this bad. I just want my money back for the item Im clearly not going to receive and tired of being ignored. I have not found any way to contact the company besides email and their address listed on their website. This is incredibly frustrating. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

      I made a purchase on 12/5/24, and am STILL missing two sweatshirts, because they REFUSE to respond to me. I made a dispute with my credit card, for ONLY the amount of the 2 sweatshirts (including shipping & tax) that I never received...it was approved, and then these "BUSINESS LADIES" denied it, I'm guessing trying to claim I received ALL of my merchandise....which I didn't...and they would know that if they ever responded to anybody. What a c*** business! They deserve to be shut down. I am taking further action on this dispute. I'm sure for the $64.00 and some odd cents that they STOLE from me, not much will be done. But BUYER BEWARE!!! These ladies are unfortunately THIEVES. I really wanted to love this company, as they have great clothes...but I will NEVER, EVER support someone who STEALS somebody else's money!!!

      Website kept glitching and after multiple attempts, made purchase on January 8th, 2025. Three items - **** sweatshirt in XL , Aquarius sweatshirt in XL, and black bow sweatshirt in XL. Checked receipt on January 20th after not receiving order or further updates, and it shows that I had purchased the **** sweatshirt in XL, Aries sweatshirt in S, and white bow sweatshirt in s. I emailed the support email asking for either a refund, as items had not shipped, or to switch out items to the correct items prior to shipping. I received an instant automated response, but never a follow up from the business. I attempted to message on ******** as well, and received no response. I received a shipping notification today, 1/22 with the items from the original receipt but no follow up from the business regarding my inquiry. This company was quick to take my money but I cant say the same for resolving issues. I just want clothing I can wear or my money back.

      For 5 years I have tried to stop subscription service that I never signed up for. I bought 1 Be Kind themed t-shirt but have paid about ?20/month since my original covid purchase. My credit card is charged monthly and there is nowhere on their website for cancellations. I consider this to be a scam and would like to be compensated for 60 months times $20 =******* and to NEVER receive another unwanted t-shirt.

      Purchased a shirt for my brother in November for a Christmas Gift was supposed to get to me before Christmas! It is now January and i Still havent received the shirt and they wont return my calls at one point on i believe it was December 16th they sent me an email stating that they would 2 day deliver it to me on that day meaning that i would receive it on December 18th i never received it it is now January and i STILL havent received the shirt and they wont respond to any of my phone calls messages as to where it is and when its coming!
