              Signed up for Dish thru Elite, they promised a $150 **** card at that time, approximately August 27. I have called several times and promised it would be sent within 2 wks. I have heard nothing since; and received nothing. Last call I made; was promised it would be sent. I mailed all the required documentation which was confirmed they received.

              its July of 2021. in January of this year i received a $100.00 Gift Card from ADT. The Visa Card was issued by a bank on behalf of Elite Fulfillments Group. I went on line and activated the card when I received it. over the next 3 Months or so I attempted to use the card numerous times with no luck. It was always rejected. I stuck it in a drawer and forget it until today. I call Elite Fulfillment and was told to call the issuing bank. I called then and was put on a system that sent me around the dial without providing any help. I tried 3 time to no avail. Called back Elite Fulfillment and was told again they could not help and to call the bank. SCAM ? could very will be. Very poor performance be ADT in selecting Elite Fulfillment to run there reward program. I have called ADT and hope they can help. When my contract with ADT is over I'll cancel my service with them. Elite Fulfillment Group? They are nether Elite or Fulfillment unless they go by the Modal of Fulfillment to the customer by putting it where the Sun DON'T SHINE.

              We attempted to assist the customer on 7/28/2021 by connecting them to the bank. The bank relayed that the gift card was used and a fraud claim with the bank needed to be filed in order to resolve the issue but customer refused the assistance.
