    Mr ******* sold me a used hot tub on FB with a 1 yr warranty under Revive spas. He said the warranty would be void if not installed by a licensed electrician. A few days after delivery I was able to get it professionally hooked up, within hours I noticed there was water leaking from underneath the hot tub and contacted Revive spas immediately. He set up multiple appts to come out and fix it and never showed up. At one point he ever offered a full refund and said he would come and pick it up and of course never fulfilled that commitment. I later learned that this company has been featured all over the news and under investigation by ************************ for ripping multiple people off. He has also been banned from running a business in ******** and faced multiple charges.

    Visible leaks around the Motor and jets. Tried purchasing parts for Motor and it is so old that they are no longer available. Purchased new Motor and still leaks around jets. Recieved estimate of $600. I could have purchased new for all I've paid into this. I want one that works and not leaks

    On 9/15/23 Dylan and Chelsea P****** of Revive spas sold me a jacuzzi said it was 2022. I told them it was older when he got there to deliver it. He insisted it was a 2022. I asked him to open it up. He said he couldn’t open it up. That it wouldn’t be good for the Jacuzzi. He threw a hose in it and told me everything would be good and he had to go to his next appointment. It wouldn’t even run. I had to hire an electrician after calling back and fourth to his wife. It had to be wired to a 220 because they had wired it to 110 and told me that it would run. They did split the cost from the electrician. I had to go out of town for two weeks and when I came back, my Jacuzzi was leaking on the marble floor. I called Dylan on Sunday 10/22/23 got a hold of Dylan and he said he would be in the area making a delivery on Saturday 10/28/23 in the village's. I called back Friday finally go a hold of him he said he would see me around 100PM his appt. was at 1000AM. I text all day they said they would call never did, I started to look him up as I should have done before I bought it. I see an Oklahoma him and his wife had to have a settlement where they ripped off a bunch of people doing the same thing they did to me and that they’ve done this to several people in Florida and are still operating.

    I sent the text below after I received an estimate to fix the jacuzzi since they are just reading, my texts are not responding.

    Good afternoon my two ghosters. Hope you are having a great day and sitting down. I am while I type this to you. So you know what I have been doing while waiting on my phone to ring from the both of you. We got an estimate tonight finally before we went out to dinner to get the jacuzzi you sold me like it is supposed to be running. And, it is not a 2022 model, I am sure you knew that. Even though you promised me it was. The Technician that came out said that is why the owner did not want to take the door off for me he knew it was leaking. The guy said watch 4 screws. I said funny his wife told me same thing when she called back to have me see why it would not run at 1st. I said his wife was puzzled why he would tell he could not take doors off and they would be hard to put back on. As she told us to take it off. My neighbor and I we took the door off to get her the info from inside there. And by the way, your guys have still not brought the new cover over that you said you would swap out. At this point I told the guy I don’t care about the age. I want to know how much I have to pay to fix it correctly, and how long it will take. After he inspected what he could he said said approximately $2700.00. The guy said for parts and labor and the new cover $2100.00ish if I bought  the cover my self. He said that is if the other side is not leaking anywhere by the outside wall once he gets those sides off and tub drained. He can see where it is leaking over there. Might just be what he found already and that is all. He said clearly you can see the water. He can not fit between gap to make a call on it but, can clearly see the water in that 1 inch gap. He sees the water at front and back of tub on floor and outside the lanai. I about fell over, I told him I paid $4000. He said I quote him now.  “Lady you got robbed get your money back he said he would just charge me for him coming out for the service call.” He said if I want him to do the job he will have to order parts and come back so he can drain the tub and move it to see what else is going on in the day light on the other side where all the water is on floor. He said he will minus the service call if I have him fix it. Some of the jets are leaking water and need to be replaced and the lines that run to them also replaced. I told the guy I want to get some other Estimates. He told me do not turn on the jets it will leak water worse those jets will keep leaking. Leave it filled for the other technicians that I have come out to give a quote, this way they can see exactly what’s going on, but they will tell me the same thing that Tub will have to be drained and moved because they have to get to the other side where most of the water is. A air flow thingy needs to be replaced also he said at top. He said once the tub is drained and he moves the jacuzzi to look at the bad side where all the water is leaking to make sure it is not the pipes leaking. He said this did not just start happening lady. And your guy knows this since he has been dealing with jacuzzi/hot tubs. He saw the water stains I am sure before. It got dark he said he will. Cone back and take a look at that side of the jacuzzi on the window side where most of the water is leading out through the wall outside. I told him I want 3 estimates from 3 companies and that he is the 1st person and company that I have called. My wife’s ex fiancé that is an atty. has advised us what to do. I told him they will pay for this not me. Or they can swap this thing out. I am so drained over the whole thing and these people do not communicate very well. Showed him all the text. He shook his head and said he sees this all the time poor older people like me get ripped off and he has to go and fix the jacuzzis for them. I was to trusting with you both, I should have gone with my gutt!! I am very sick over this whole thing…I will have to wait till next week to get another estimate. I am not sleeping well and I hope you both are not sleeping well over this ordeal…I feel like a fool for trusting you both…

    This is their response in text back to me they finally replied 11/4/23 1758

    ”I will gladly pick it up or swap you out. That tech is a dumb ass. 2100???? For what??? That's high way robbery right there!! He's the scammer quoting people that for a leak!! It's pvc parts not 14k gold parts smh.”

     

    I text back after waiting and they have not responded or called yet…

    Monday 11-13-23 @ 1744

    “See you read your text and still have not called as usual to make an appt. to come pick up tub. So what are your shop hours? I am hiring  people that move jacuzzis to bring it to you… you are running up a bill. Now I will have to pay moving charges. I am not going to get 3 quotes. I do not want this tub anymore. Tired of this BS. Waiting on the official notice from the BBB. Give me your office hours so I can have these people that move jacuzzis pick it up and deliver back to you..I should have went with my gut one 1st text back and fourth with you.”
    All they do is read all my text and then they don’t respond. They have not sent me an address.

    Hot Tub was purchased on 9/14/23. Cash was paid to the seller. Upon further inspection of the unit, wood rot was determined to have completely compromised the base of tub. Upon hookup of electric to unit, unit would not power on. Upon inspection of inside of unit, unit has significant water damage. Unit has clearly been recovered from a flood, and is defective. Owner has agreed to pickup and refund unit, however never shows. Research online has confirmed that this indvidual has performed this EXACT same behavior with well over 30 people, such to the point the AG's office in Oklahoma barred him from sales in Oklahoma, and ordered restitution. The Florida AG is aware of numerous complaints, and is working to gather all evidence from those impacted in Florida to perform the same in Florida. Seller is deceptive, and his practices warrant criminal action, as these are clear attempts to defraud unknowing individuals.

    Sold a hot tub that was broken, was not the make, model, or year he sold it as. Asked him to give a refund and pick up the hot tub. Never did. looked into this company and they have several scam report and civil lawsuits against them. Been doing this to many people.

    I bought a hot tub from Revive Spas on April 12 2023. They included the cover and deliver for $3000. When they got here they said they couldn't find cover and had to order a new one for us. they were leaving one to cover until ours came in. The one they left is hanging over each side by 6 inches. They had sent us a video running before we bought but when we filled and plugged in to electrical it started but not enough power plenty of dirt came out and leaking . We contacted them by text 6 to 8 times and they were ignoring us and never came out. Also the cover still is not here. We have a 12 month warranty but haven't seen anyone since we bought it. We would like our money returned and for them to come and pick up spa. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in Fl. We even told them we would exchange for a newer one if it they could fix it but no word. We threatened to call a lawyer and now beside reporting them advertising on market place.

    Found hot tub on Market Place sold by Revise Spas. Husband went to their warehouse next morning to see hot tub prior to purchase. The wife had the hot tub running, looked good so my husband said ok for delivery that afternoon. Owner showed up with top that doesn't go on hot tub said wife just ordered brand new one. Be here in 1 week. My husband signed paper of delivery with 1 year warrantee. Paid $2000.00 cash. Next day, once filled with water turned on pump, water was flying all over. Sent email to owner and
    said he would call my husband next morning. No call, no further contact. Obviously no warrantee. We now have to pay to get the pump fixed.

    We purchased a jacuzzi from Revive Spas and More, L.L.C. on March 20, 2023. We have not been able to use it yet because of a leak. We have contacted the company by text and
    phone calls with no luck. We paid $3800 for it and they promised a one year warranty. Dylan said it was in perfect working condition. Supposedly it was working properly before they delivered it to us. I believe we may have been scammed. We would like the jacuzzi to be fixed but will not pay anyone to do that since we have a warranty. They can pay our bill for us. These people need to go jail for taking peoples money and selling them jacuzzis that do not work properly!!!

    They sold us a hot tub for $4000 saying it was a 2019 jacuzzi barely used, and when they arrive they said they do not install it and we would have to get an electrician. We then open up the jacuzzi and notice that something was living in it and that water was leaking as well after filling it up. We then get an electrician out and connect it and see that it doesn't even turn on.
