      Our program has gone very well. We got in on the commercial modification program after doing some research. Closed three deals so far. The support provided by CREF was critical. Very pleased with how it's going

      This company does not do what they sell you on. I paid for their highest level over 2 years ago, and I have never had access to all the "add ons" that they said I would. When I had a conversation about this with them, they told me those items were not guarantee's they were just possible options available, but the leads are the only guaranteed item. That is absolutely not how they will "sell it to you". Every time I asked when those options will be up, they always say they are updating them, and they will let me know when they are available. They never have been available in over 2 years. This is even promoted on their website and is what I've paid for and never received nor have they been able to prove :Level 4 is what I paid for, and I dont have access to most of this 1.       Great program for brokers imo. We got in with their level 2 for commercial mods back on February. Closed three so far with others pending. The referrals are solid and the support in the mod program has been beyond helpful. With the higher rates out there slowing lending I just thought others should know there's an option.
