      Contracted with them to purchase commercial mortgage leads. Spoke with ***** *****, he sold me on how superior the leads were because they are from referral sources.
      paid for the top plan.
      Immediately problems started. first couple days no leads in the portal to pick from. ***** ***** claimed the website was hacked and because they wanted to protect their clients from malware and virus, he said they stopped lead production until it was fixed. I had no reason to not believe him at the time. After about a week or so the system was fixed but no leads were showing up. tried reaching to ***** ***** via phone, no reply. He finally sends me a text saying he was sorry; he was traveling to support a family member in another state who has cancer. again, i had no reason to not believe him. He said he would pay special attention to my account, treat it as his own. He said he would start harvesting leads for me to give me a jump start. Then crickets for 7-10 days. I call him several times again. No Answer. he texted me and said he was taking care of a sick sister and would help me when he returned from New Jersey to Florida. I said sorry for the personal issues you're having but I paid for leads and so far, no leads. ***** ***** promised he would help. I wait another week. Nothing from ****** so I call him and text him. he texts me back, said he had a really bad case of Bronchitis. ***** ***** just placates me when I can get ahold of him.
      He just buys more time when i can get ahold of him with some excuse, truthful or not.
      It's not like i can verify the hacked website, sick relatives or Bronchitis episodes.
      there is more to this ugly story but im running out of characters here.
      i have several emails and 2 help tickets requesting a refund.
