  I searched driving schools and saw lowest price traffic school and thought perfect. So I signed up for the $5.95 BDI course and went to check out and saw the additional processing fee for Almost $30 extra bucks. That goes to the state or something like that so ok I get that. Well I check out and this whole time im assuming I'll get my certificate asap by email and they will submit it to the clerk of courts. Well I was so wrong. You have to pay so much money to be able to get your certificate emailed to you even though you just paid them more money then they advertise. You have to pay them more money to receive a certificate from a class you just paid them to take. That is so wrong. Many other schools actually email to you right away for free. I wish I had researched more. Also after I completed and passed the final exam it asked me again if I wanna pay extra to receive it faster. They make sure to tell you that if you elect to get it through mail it's gonna be 11 to 30 days cause mail carriers are behind or something like that. I elected mail anyways because I seen that florida schools have to submit certificate to the FDHMV so I thought that was good and meant the clerk of courts will receive it. I thought clerk of courts was connected to the FDHMV. Nope. All they send over is a completion notice not a certificate. So at the end of exam after I elect mail it asks me again if I wanted to rush it to DMV and get text alert. I said no 3 times and it kept asking and also kept lowering the price for those options. Finally I paid the extra to have it submitted to DMv and I got the text that it was successfully submitted. A COMPLETION NOTICE IS NOT THE CERTIFICATE SO IT WONT WORK WHEN YOU HAVE TO BRING IT TO CLERK OF COURTS. I'm 7 days away from deadline and no certificate. It was just mailed and takes 7 to 10 business days now. Not 11 to 30 days. I've called 100 times and gets disconnected. I've emailed and husband has emailed. No responses. This place is the biggest scam

  Summary of Issues with OnlineTXDefensiveDrivingCourse.com In December 2024, I received a minor speeding ticket (37 in a 35 mph zone) and enrolled in your course.Sequence of Events:Signed up for the course through your site.Completed the training, which used outdated videos from the 1980s or 1990s and appeared to be hosted on a low-quality platform.Rip-Off #1: (After completion) you charge $49 to receive a certificate via email which I decided not to pay as $49 was a rip-off for an email. Paid $10$15 for the certificate to be mailed to both me and the local courthouse.Rip-Off #2: Neither certificate was ever delivered.Rip-Off #3: Began receiving unauthorized $10 monthly charges despite no continued service or communication clear deceptive billing.The local courthouse never received the certificate, resulting in a call threatening a warrant.Rip-Off #4: Despite paying and following all steps, I was still at risk due to your failure to **************** Concerns:As a cybersecurity professional, I noted:No multi-factor ***************** visible PCI DSS compliance on your payment system.Actions Taken:Reversed the unauthorized charges through my bank.Will also dispute the certificate fees since nothing was delivered.Recommendations:Implement multi-factor authentication and improve site security.Stop hidden recurring billing practices.Ensure certificates are actually ************ not charge $49 for a simple email.This experience was deeply frustrating.   We have been researching traffic schools and wondering why the LOWEST PRICE TRAFFIC SCHOOL was the HIGHEST PRICE traffic school. I was going to use one that was half the price at $38.00 but since this site was supposedly well known and "trusted".. I signed up and ended paying $***** and ALSO THE ***** EMAILED CERTIFICATE! What was included with that *****! Definitly WILL NOT and DO NOT recommend this traffic school! Worst website and experience ever.

  it said ***** or something then i buy it and it charged me 39 dollars im thinking **** whatever then while im doing my test it kicks me out multiple times as if i had switched tabs (i didint have anything else open and fullscreened the test) it kept doing that probably 7 times then when i was around question 38 it kicked me and said i ran out of time (almost as if it knew i was about to be done and it wanted to f*** me over) but i had 36 minutes remaining then it wanted me to pay again to retake this scam i hate this, my vocal cords hurt and my headphones are smashed. if **** could contact me that would be nice cause nobody answers their support phone and the username thing for the account you guys made me make was ******** my name is ************************************

The State of ******* only allows you to take the exam online a total of three times. This is a rule imposed by the DMV.You have up to 60 minutes to complete the exam; any questions not answered within the 60-minute limit will be considered incorrect. There are 50 exam questions; you must correctly answer 40 exam questions to pass. You must complete the exam in one sitting. At random points during the exam, you will be asked one or more of your personal validation questions; you must correctly answer these questions or you will automatically be logged out of the exam.   I had a very disappointing experience with this traffic school. Initially, their advertised price seemed the lowest, which is why we decided to sign up. However, it quickly became clear that this was just a bait-and-switch tactic. Heres a rundown of the issues:Hidden Fees: While the initial price looked great, we were soon hit with additional charges. They force you to pay extra for features that should be standard, such as the option to have the material read to you.Inconvenient ************** The course requires you to stay on each page for a set amount of time, which can be very frustrating. Its a poorly designed system that doesnt accommodate different learning styles.Excessive Charges for Certificate Delivery: After completing the course, they tried multiple times to charge $10 just to email the certificate. I opted for the mailing option, but the certificate never arrived. They dont provide any tracking or proof of sending, which is incredibly unprofessional.Unethical Practices: In the end, they tried to charge me $29 to email the certificate after previously promoting a $10 option. When I mentioned the $10 promo, they reluctantly agreed, but it felt like a scam.Overall, I felt deceived and scammed out of an extra $10. The whole experience was frustrating and financially draining. Save your money and choose a different company.They also don't respond to email and put you on hold for 30 minutes!

  NO se lo recomiendo a nadie, una vez que haces sign in, comienza un bombardeo de supuestos servicios por los cuales tu claramente no accediste, para cobrarte de mas y finalmente es que te presentan como deseas q te hagan llegar tu certificado, increible pero la solicitud de q te lo envien por email, cuesta mas que pasar el propio curso de alcohol y droga (totalmente abusivo para sus clientes) ademas si por error escoges ese, pensando que ese valor que ellos pusieron incluye tu curso y el envio por *** via de tu certificado (Lo cual, por sentido comun es lo q uno piensa), una vez q lo escoges y sigues, ya te saca inmediatamente un recibo de lo que te facturaron diectamente en tu tarjeta, con los dos cargos por separados y sin opcion a verificar y aceptar esos cargos con anticipacion, es decir te cobraron diectamnte y no hay vuelta atras....totalmente inaceptable...NO ACCEDAN A ESE SITIO

  Stay far away from this one. I attempted to take the permit test through their website, halfway through it said I failed because I clicked away from the browser which was untrue. But I paid to retake the test again on a different computer even and the same exact thing happened. I have tried to contact using their "Contact Us" email feature on their website, get no confirmation after I submit and never get a response. I have tried calling but have been on hold for almost 30 minutes and have not had one person answer the phone well within business hours. I think they are scamming people please stay away and find a more reputable company.

  Horrible!! Continued to charge debit card $9.95 a month after calling in it took 20+ mins to have a terrible customer service call about canceling. Representative told me to monitor my children and I will get no refund! WOW! 0 Stars!! Look elsewhere!!

  Less than 1 star!!!! Predatory, dishonest, misleading. This course is a fraud and the prices are a bigger fraud!!!!!! Decline these services by all means and do not click sign up!!!! They will keep adding addl charges and before you know it, you will have paid hundreds for something that was advertised at $5.95. I hate this company and wish I could get a refund
