I am effected by the Government Shutdown and they worked with me!I can't tell you all how much yoursupport means to me. I was devastated at the thought of missing out on this trip. 5 starsI had a wonderful experience with this group. Unfortunately it was a really rough start (no fault of the company) since I missed the first 3 days of my trip during to the horrible and lack of organization from ***************. The airline miscalculated flight times and delays, sent me to a dangerous motel with ROACHES after they promised me about flights then said they had no more available flights,gave me food and transportation vouchers that DIDN'T WORK, LOST MY LUGGAGE, AND SENT ME BACK HOME! they also booked me a flight to *********!!! MY FLIGHT WAS FOR GHANA!but after getting home and the support of SET Network is managed to book another flight and they arranged to pick me up from the airport and drove me the 3 hours to meet with the rest of the group. Since this was by "bucket list" trip I was devastated that I missed out on some of the historical places that I always dreamed of going but one I got there I was greeted with warm welcomes and felt right at home. The experience on this trip was nothing but amazing and I will remember for the rest of my life!!!!! I even went **************** on the beach and got a massage by a waterfall!! The hotels were amazing and stayed at the same hotel as the King of *****! Our tour guide ******* was incredible! He made sure we experienced everything we possibly could, accommodated special requests, and made sure everyone was safe all with a humble smile on his face. Diamond was also great and worked hard to keep us informed of all events, changes, and options. I am in the works of trying to see if I can take the Ghana trip again next year so I can experience the events I missed.Special Event Travel Network

5 starsMy husband and I had a much needed getaway in ***********, ******* for Urban Fiesta Weekend 2025! It was our first event booking with S.E.T. Network and let me tell you they did not disappoint us AT ALL! From the beginning with booking to our final departure, the staff were very professional and kept us very informed throughout the trip and before! I highly recommend booking with SET Network. 4 starsOk so me and my friends just came back for the Urban ski trip. It was for sure well-organized and the people it all really knows how to create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere. Its clear they put a lot of effort into making sure everyone has a great time! It was something to do each day!There was one guy there who was mad about everything and kind of soured the experience at first but me and my crew and everyone we met had a time! We did not know exactly what to expect but I would do it again. The only thing was we wish we knew that **** was not a thing there, they are not popular in that area and that the city shuts down early because it is slow season. The SET people did not communicate that well any way that is my 2 cents.Special Event Travel Network

5 starsThey did a good job on our Dubai *** trip. Everything they said they would do they did. I like the personal attention the most. When I booked online I saw some reviews on BBB report but when I read the comments it seem like it was really on the people traveling. So I took a chance. 1 starToo expensive they overcharge for this trip and flight is not included. Do not book a trip through this company. They charge 2 fees at the beginning that they put terms on so they can keep your money if canceled or anything happens. There are other sites that are less expensive. I will be using every social platform I have to prevent others from doing business with this agency. They kept over a thousand dollars in fees from me that were non refundable: Find a travel agency that don’t keep fees if you cancel. Agencies that do this are horrible.Special Event Travel Network

Hello and thank you for your review. We are as transparent from the start about our policies, as humanly possible. We advise before booking, after every payment on the site and in the account you create with us.
When you book with us you are basically putting a international travel package on lay-a-way and you pay over the course of months. This type of system requires us to make good faith payments on your behalf, per person that we hold inventory for. This is why we are clear and upfront that registration and first payments are nonrefundable. This works really well as a whole. We also encourage you that if you do not agree with the terms to get travel insurance.
In this case, yes we did not refund you the registration and first payment but we did refund you the rest of the money in a timely fashion with no hassle. ( if BBB needs provide of time of service, this can be provided privately as we do not want to expose guest private details in this open forum).
We service over 10,000 people a year. We provide a more than stellar product and we are sorry you had to cancel and not have the experience. We hope to service you again soon.
