To: ******* *****, We Will Transport It, ***** *****************************************************************************************************; ******************************* (866) 297-5551Subject: Order/Contract # ******** (7-16-25), Formal Complaint Unfulfilled Contractual-Obligations / Request for ResolutionMr. *****: I am writing to lodge a formal-complaint regarding the transport-services provided by We Will Transport It, specifically involving your representative, LouisDeThomas. On or about July 14, 2025 (7-14-25), I pre-paid the fee in the amount of $1,150.00 via wire-transfer to your account at JP-****** ***** 703 . On July 16, 2025 (7-16-25), I contracted your company to transport my white 1993 Excel Fifth-Wheel RV-Trailer (VIN: *****************, TX Lic.-Pl.# B144873) from Two-Buttes (***********), ** ***** to Adero-Az (Garita), NM *****, under Order/Reference Number ********. I agreed to the terms, price, and service level outlined in your written-confirmation and wired the fee in advance. Here is what occurred: A driver never showed-up (i.e., service was not rendered as agreed) on Tues., Aug. 12, 2025 (8-12-25); several bizarre-texts from Mr. ******** ensued, including him apparently impersonating a Spanish-speaking driver on-site, but from his office phone-number in *******. Impact: The service-failure resulted in unjust-*************************Infliction of Emotional-Distress (I.I.E.D.). This conduct constitutes a breach of contract and may violate applicable State and federal consumer-protection laws governing transport brokers and carriers. As such, I am seeking the following resolution: Full-Refund of $1,150.00 paid for undelivered or misrepresented services; and/or Compensation for any damages or additional-costs incurred due to your failure to perform. If I do not receive a written-response within 10 business-days of your receipt of this letter, I will proceed with filing formal-complaints with the Better Business Bureau (B.B.B.), the ************* Carrier Safety Admin.

Dear Mr. ******** ******, (there are always 3 aides to every story)
Lets be clear about what actually happened.
You contacted **** via email to move your 5th wheel RV from your father's property in rural ***********, ** to ******, ** a very remote location. I tried multiple times to reach you by phone to go over details, but you were extremely difficult to get ahold of, which already raised red flags. From the very first conversation, you went off-topic for an extended period, ranting about your father, using terms like my a**** dad (your words, not mine). To be candid, I immediately questioned whether I even wanted to take your business based on your erratic behavior.
Despite my reservations, I agreed to help and gave you a price that was well below market nearly at cost out of empathy for your situation. I even accepted your request to pay through *******, which is not our standard payment method, solely to help you avoid issues since no one would be present at the drop-off location.
You signed a DocuSign confirming both the pickup and delivery addresses. That confirmation is required in our process for a reason: so everyone is aligned. Nearly 30 days later, just two days before pickup, you suddenly texted me a new address, claiming the unit had been moved. I passed the updated info to the driver immediately. He adjusted and planned accordingly.
The day before the job, I told you the driver would arrive around 3 PM. You confirmed. But less than an hour before arrival after the driver had already driven 500 miles EMPTY to meet your request you texted saying you wanted to cancel because your father was throwing a temper tantrum and wanted the pickup done at 8 AM his way or not at all.
I explained to you that canceling at that stage would result in a dry-run fee(which is a universal standard ), and strongly advised against it as my job is to guide clients with the best advice throughout the process. You agreed to proceed and confirmed that we could handle everything remotely via communication and pictures.
But then, your father **** ****** called me directly. What followed was a tirade of verbal abuse, RACIST comments about our driver and threats of calling the police or ICE, false accusations of fraud, and highly unprofessional behavior.

Despite this, I stayed calm and explained we were only there to complete the job exactly as agreed. I even offered to do a live, three-way call with translation support since he claimed he couldnt understand the driver (who speaks limited English). Still, the insults and threats continued.
To be transparent with you, I connected you with the driver directly. Thats when the abuse turned into outright racism. You made a highly inappropriate comment saying, You da man, *****! Is it always like this: where you have to crack the whip to get your drivers to do their job? That was offensive and completely unacceptable.
Yes, the driver mistakenly went to the original address first the one you confirmed and signed off on. But as soon as I realized the mistake, I redirected him to the updated location 250 miles further. He arrived that same evening, but your father refused to answer the door, claiming he wouldnt respond until morning. Per my instructions, the driver waited overnight again, trying to accommodate you. The next morning, he showed up again. No one answered the door. No one answered the phone. The unit was not made available. He documented everything with photos and timestamps proving he was there.
At this point, we were met with continued hostility, zero cooperation, and no accountability from either you or your father despite our driver going well beyond what most professionals would have tolerated.
You made this situation far more complicated than it ever needed to be. I stood by your request, offered below-cost pricing, stayed responsive at all hours even 11:30 PM texts and still tried to get the job done with professionalism.
In the end, it wasnt us who failed. It was your inability to manage communication and your fathers erratic and aggressive behavior that made completion impossible.
I dont take lightly to being threatened, insulted, or falsely accused. My business has a strong reputation for transparency, integrity, and follow-through and we have the documentation to back it up.

    More Information...WHAT I WANT TO ADD ***************

    REBUTTAL TO A NEGATIVE REVIEW

It's truly unfortunate that platforms designed to help consumers have become one-sided stages where only part of the story is told. As a family-run transport brokerage, we pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and doing good business not just for profit, but because we believe in helping people.Thats been our foundation since day one.

But like the saying goes: The nice guy always finishes last.

Weve come to realize that online review platforms especially those with third-party verification processes can be deeply flawed. These platforms rarely seek out the full truth. They provide an open mic to anyone, regardless of their credibility, intentions, or state of mind, to say whatever they want, without consequence. It becomes less about facts and more about performance a Broadway show where drama gets the spotlight and truth barely gets a whisper.

Lets ask a few honest questions:

Is everyone who eats at a restaurant a professional food critic?

Is every homeowner who hires a plumber or electrician certified to judge that trade?

Is everyone who hires a logistics company truly qualified to speak as if they understand the complexities of this industry?

Some people may be highly educated in their own field medicine, law, academia, tech, etc. and we respect that. But being educated in one area of life does not mean someone is qualified in another. Logistics is a unique and specialized industry. It involves strict regulations, time-sensitive coordination, and countless variables outside of anyones control. To judge this work without that understanding is not only unfair its damaging to the people who do this job with integrity every day.

Weve seen reviews where individuals who failed to uphold their end of the agreement or who even attempted to manipulate the system later wrote emotional, one-sided narratives. Some write entire dissertations filled with distortions and exaggerations, knowing that readers may accept it as fact just because of how lengthy or dramatic it is.

We estimate that 99% of these types of reviews are impulsive, emotionally driven reactions, not level-headed accounts. The other 1% are pure fabrication, written with the intent to harm. And yet, businesses like ours that go above and beyond for customers are the ones who suffer from this unchecked narrative.

We dont claim to be perfect. No one is. But what we do claim is honesty, hard work, and doing right by people. We treat every client as we would our own family. That doesnt always mean saying yes, and it doesnt always mean things will go exactly as someone wants but it does mean we stand by our word, and we operate with fairness and integrity.

If anyone reading this would like to hear the full story not just one side of it we invite you to reach out to us directly. We believe in transparency and welcome honest conversation.

Until review platforms create a truly balanced system that protects both the consumer and the business, well keep doing what weve always done: helping people, working hard, and standing tall with our values intact.

Not only did our driver stay in communication he drove *************************** our signed contract and no Rv/trailer present because his father had moved it 250+ miles away. Attached is another screen shot as proof of our carrier being on site. The customer insulted our driver and made racial slurs for showing up to his father's address which was the only address he had provided. How else would the driver know where father resided. we strongly believe the father and son had issues between them and that the father possibly was dealing with dementia. We can also attach screen shots of threats and very negative comments between ****** and his father. The driver proceeded to the updated address 250 miles away and they refused to allow the carrier to transport the Trailer because his English was not perfect. Then they proceeded to threaten him with calling "I.C.E. This is completely uncalled for, unprofessional and unconstitutional.

We do not cover flat tires or repairs to someone Elses trailer. Unfortunately, drivers only repair their own flat tires not someone else's trailer. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for flat tires or repairs to their own trailer. This unit was also over 25 years old there was wear and tear on it prior to pick up. If a insurance company denies you there is nothing we the broker can do to help we are sorry. Ther is no proof any damages occurred under our transport.

With the home not set damage is accumulating every day it sets in this condition. And pay for all damages th has accrued plus emotional stress that has been caused by the company trying to take our money and not doing what we paid them to do. Current damages are about $10,000.dollars as of today.

Please send over the agreement from the representative that scheduled the relocation showing something in writing as proof that We Will Transport it would also set up the mobile home. As a broker we are only allowed to dispatch a driver to transport mobile homes but not set them back up . If you set something up with a 3rd party unfortunately, we are not liable, we cannot do anything to help since our contract is only to relocate not set back up. According to the notes more than 12 months have passed why wait a year to contact us about damage? Once a driver has left and no bill of lading signed as proof of damage that damage occurred by the driver it is very difficult to prove your claim. We explained that to you today over the phone and since you did not hear what you wanted to hear now you are leaving a false complaint on the BBB.

On 3/26/2025 at 5:58pm est. I received a phone call from **** ******* with We Will Transport It about an inquiry I submitted recently about the transport of a sailboat, & I had texted him asking a question pertaining to a method of unloading the sailboat onto the water & during this phone call he was yelling at me from the time I answered his call to the time I hanged up in an emotional state of shock. during this conversation he was using fowl language and insulting me all while still yelling at me for just being a new customer new to the boat community & asking a genuine question about a method of unloading my sailboat, several minutes before the phone call came in I had received a text from him also being rude & insulting me.

January 15th 2025 . I had this company transport my 2024 Wave Runner VX Cruiser HO from ********* to *********************. I asked for the driver whos name the company refuses to give the name of to kindly and simply remove the cover from the wave runner before transporting it so that it would'nt damage the cover. The driver then agreed to doing so; well once it arrived the cover was half way on the Wave Runner has rips ad holes from the front of the cover to the back of the cover . The cost of a replacement cover cost exactly $232.68. also The guy that goes by the name of ****** was very very rude. I do not appreciate how i was spoken to at all. completely unprofessional. He implicated that i was basically telling a lie. I have absolutely no reason to lie what so ever. i have never felt so discouraged working with a company before in my entire life to be completely honest with you.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/03/2025

We appreciate your business and sincerely apologize if you thought the driver was rude. We have taken disciplinary action towards Art. As for the damage to the cover usually the customers remove the cover and or can leave the cover on at their own discretion since we cannot control the wind or the quality of the cover normally the covers are removed prior to transport.

We contracted ************************ to pickup a forklift in ******* and deliver it to our warehouse in **********. We dealt with a lady named ********* *. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouyse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accomodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote. When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me picturesof the trailer loaded with the forklist and I immediately called ********* and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location the next morning when they arrived to move the forklift from the carriers trailer to our dock. The tow truck driver showed up two hours before the carrier showed up. Once the carrier arrived, the tow truck driver demanded $231.75 or he would not do it. I tried calling ********* 6 times to get her to take care of the payment issue but she never answered. The tow truck driver decided he was going to just leave so we were forced to pay him. I have emailed ********* and called and left several messages, all of which have no response. We simply want to reimbursed for the additional cost of $231.75 incurred because of ************************ mistake. Our next step will be legal action from our attorney.

We apologize for the confusion at the delivery end. Unfortunately, We Will Transport It does not pay for additional services or a 3rd party service. We are also not able to control rates from other companies not affiliated with us but did get the service discounted for you which is normally a 3-hour minimum at $250 and hour. We were contracted to transport the merchandise from point A to point B which was done. We are also not able to control certain dock heights or responsible for a dock being to tall or short.

I am rejecting this response because:

We contracted this company to setup and transport and deliver a forklift. They were told it required a dock high trailor for delivery, which they agreed to provide one for the transport. This company failed to provide the service agreed to and therefore forcing us to have to pay extra fees because of their complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. If we would have been told to get our own rollback tow truck, we could have done it for $100 all day long. You were responsible for the mistake your company made.

This company did not follow our specifications on the type of trailer needed. Dock-high refers to a loading dock that is designed to be the same height as the average truck bed, which is usually around 48 inches. With that being stated, the company sent a trailer that was 26 inches tall at the back of the trailer. This has been turned over to our lawyer.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *******

There was never anything mentioned to us about exact height needed or anything in our contact that stated the exact height needed to deliver this unit. The job was completed regardless and the unit delivered.

I am rejecting this response because:

These are lies! When we called the company and talked to ********* *. to arrange the pickup, she was told and acknowledged that we required a dock high trailer. The forklift was delivered but nowhere near satisfactory. It ended up costing us more money and aggravation. The bottom line is this company has poor business practices and extremely horrible customer service. We will never use them again and strongly discourage anyone else from using this company.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *******

We contracted this company to move our 2021 *******, on Nov. 11, 2024. However, the car was not picked up until the 13th. It was scheduled for the 12th. Next the car did not deliver the car on Nov. 14, 2024, as communicated to us. However, as of Nov. 15, 2024, and there is no car. The salesperson ****** ******* has communicated that he can't get a hold of the driver of our $400,000.00 car. We have already notified our attorney. We hope the car gets delivered, and we recommend nobody ever uses this organization.

This Bentley was delivered within 48 hours of pick up. Unfortunately, in this industry when it comes to transports going over 500 miles it usually takes 48 to 72 hours to deliver. No one can guarantee traffic, weather and other pickups & drop offs in between that can sometimes cause delays. The driver's dispatcher did stay in contact with the delivery end and the car was delivered within our contractual agreement.

I received an all inclusive quote to move a conex box across the **. On the day the step deck and the rotator arrived to pick up our box I received a phone call stating that we needed to pay an additional $1000 for a deposit and I was instructed to pay the trucking company $1000 less. Our box eventually arrives to the destination. The trucker was stuck in front of our house for over 24 hours waiting for We will transport it to set up a company to offload the conex box. The truck driver told me that since he was stuck in front of our house for so long we had to pay him an additional $1000 for his time. He said he wouldnt leave without it and he had the owner of his company call me. The tow company who agreed to help us outside of their service area hasnt been paid. The truck driver made a false remark about how much the box weighed and the tow company sent an invoice for more than the original amount. The tow company ended up changing the invoiced amount and We will transport it promised to pay the bill and they wont pay it. They havent paid it. ****, the owner of We will transport it texted me telling me his story and about what happened and he said and he let me know that they were in fact paid. He told me he would get me a receipt of payment from his accountant. Days go by, and I ask again and nothing. I have tried calling and employees wont help. No one emails back and the owner doesnt respond to text messages.

This is the 3rd bad review regarding the ************** not getting paid when in fact they were over paid. What this customer doesn't understand is that the *********** is a 3rd party that wanted them to pay more for having additional weight they didn't have.  " We Will Transport it Corp" completed its contractual agreement as the shipper. We were contracted to relocate the container, which was done successfully not to unload it or any of its contents. We are the ones trying to protect you from overpaying $1000.00 to simply have a container placed from our trailer to your ground.

The tow company said they were charging the customer this much because the container was overweight weighing in at 80klbs when in reality it was weighed at the time of loading at the pickup end and weighed exactly 32klbs. Also, if the container weighed that much the trailer would have not been able to make it across country because it's rated for 48klbs max ******* They wanted to be paid double the cost which would have been the customer's responsibility (per signed contract & agreement our job was to transport from point A to point B)

The tow company "A Towing" cashed the check and was paid in full. We can provide a check number and pictures if necessary (# **** *********** .Why make a complaint on an order that was completed months ago? Also why make a complaint against We Will Transport It about a 3rd party a completely separate and different company the us?

We paid $6,000 for a boat transport on 7/10/23 and the expected date of pick up was 7/10/23. Then expected pick up was moved to 7/13/23. Then told the definite pick up would be 7/17/23. On 7/17 I had phone conversations and texts with We Will Transport It saying the driver was on the way. When further asked for time of arrival I was given the contact information for the driver and again told by We Will Transport It that the driver was on his way but had some truck issues. Then told later in the day (after my boat broker had been waiting all day) that the driver would definitely be there the following morning. ****** also told me he had a death in the family. Tried to contact ****** at We Will Transport It on the 18th but had no response. I called the owner Bill who told me that he didn't need to deal with this at 8:40 AM and when I asked why I was not a priority he hung up on me. ****** then returned my call and told me the driver was on this way. I asked when he would be there and he said he wasn't sure but knew he was on his way. I asked how far he was and ****** said he didn't know and was just told they were on their way. I then texted the number ****** had given me for the driver's company and received a response that their truck was broken and they were not on their way. That it would be days before they would be able to come up (they were still in Florida and the boat was supposed to be picked up in North Carolina). I cancelled my order and requested a refund. On July 20th, after phone conversations and texts to ******, I received an email from accounting at We Will Transport it stating that my refund had been authorized. The email stated it would be processed that day if my bank information was received. I responded immediately. The wire was not processed that day, or Friday or even on the 24th. I contacted ****** on the 24th who said it must have been processed. The wire was done on the 25th for $5000, not the full $6000. I had paid.

A refund was made for $5000.00 but since the customer cancelled after the driver had already been dispatcehd out  ,paid for pemrits and drove hundreds of miles per our contract the deposit went towards money spent towards this order. A customer can cancel without any issues but if a driver is already dispatched and on route there will be fees for what was spent on dispatching the carrier.

We have already issued the max refund possible of $5000.00. We are not in business to lose money. Between the hours spent on this order and overhead $1000 was exceeded but we still refunded the customer a more than fair amount.

    Customer Answer

I apologize for being long winded but I do want to point out that I am actually out money due to their delay.  I had to pay $750 in additional dock fees which I am happy to provide verification of.  Again, show us how We Will Transport It is "out" $1,000.  Show the proof, put your documentation where your words are.  As a side note, I am sure MDN is not in the business of losing money either so if in fact they did travel hundreds of miles as you indicated then show us payment to them as their communication indicates that they did not nor did they plan to receive any money from you.

We ship it is the broker we used to get my ** a 44ft keystone fuzion toy hauler from ******* ** to *************. *** is the broker I paid him 600$ to put my job up on the hot shot load boards for a driver to pick up the requested ** from ** to GA. On my invoice from we ship it is only my former address my customer number and my invoice number. There is no origin address or delivery address or date or persons name on there from the company, stating who I spoke to! Apparently a man named *****( I cannot get his last name) ***** has a business called DTR transporting, out of *******. The ** was picked up from the previous owner in ******* ******** on Wednesday, March 30, 2023. It was expected to be here in ******* by Thursday afternoon. We received a phone call stating that the driver had a blown fuel injection line and we would not receive the ** until Monday.. Currently neither the broker nor the driver will let us know where the ** is at since his truck is being worked on we want to know th That our property is secure and I have acquired a truck and a fifth wheel hitch since buying and contracting the drivers to retrieve the ** and I am more than willing to pay them and go retrieve my **. But they will not disclose the location they want full payment. It is like they are holding my ** for ******! They want $1200 when they haven't even completed the whole job and I've already paid the broker $600. but I don't know what else to do I don't know where my property is and I am, about to call and report it stolen This broker has left me no paper trail when the driver came and picked up the ** he did not leave the previous owner any papers he did not show the previous owner. Any paperwork just introduced himself hitched up the ** and left there is no paper trail so they are taking my money and my property and holding it hostage. I was told they will give me the location of my Rv if I pay them 1200$ through Zelle.

I am rejecting this response because: Verbally the company stated that the camper would be picked up and delivered the next day. It was roughly 4 days after the stated delivery date. I asked multiple times to multiple members from this company if I could pay for the service that had been given, get the location of my camper so I could pick it up and was told that only if I paid the full amount, even though only half the job had been completed would its where abouts be disclosed. Once the camper was delivered, one of the associates from this company called me and threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove this complaint. This is the most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with and advise anyone thinking about using them to stay clear. The next day after the camper had been delivered, i noticed that one of the windows on the drivers side of the camper had been left open and had busted. I did not file a claim on this companies insurance about this but I should have as the replacement cost is well over 1K... Would not recommend this company to anyone...
