    I purchased a cologne from business as o have before, I was charged on July 28. I received tracking for the product and after one day the tracking stopped updating, I contacted the company and they claimed to send out a new one. I have tracking for that also which has never updated either. Ive asked for my money back several times with no response. I have emails to prove it

    I placed an order at the beginning of the month for 3 fragrances for my wife's birthday. The estimated delivery date at that time was shown as between the 13th and 16th. I received no confirmation email, but saw where the charge went through, so I didn't think to much of it. A few days later, August 9th, I saw on my **** Informed Delivery dashboard that a pre-shipment label from *** was created. Still no email. The 13th comes with no movement on the tracking, so I reached out to customer support which can only be done via email. I state that I received no emails, only had the tracking because of ****, and that even my account on the *** website did not have my order info. The response I was given to all of this boiled down to "it's taking longer than expected, be patient." I still hadn't heard anything by the 17th, at which time I was told that the package was lost in transit and a replacement would be sent. I reached out again on the 19th as I did not receive any tracking info, and although I was provided with the order number for the initial order there has been no update to it. I still have not heard from ALT and today, August 21st, I emailed to demand a refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone, and I can't even base it on the product.

    Purchased a bundle of three perfumes on June 19, 2025. Fragrances did not smell like they were described on the website. Requested an exchange, but it was difficult to get a hold of anyone from the company. There is no phone number associated with this company. Only an emailaddress. I returned the full perfume bottles with an exchange request inside the same box per the website. I reached out several more times via email to get an exchange. I finally left a review on their website and the CEO ******* reached out to me. I stated I would like a full refund at this point. He offered me a $15 gift card towards another purchase which I declined. He is now trying to exchange the product. I am over it and I just want my money back. I have the tracking number stating that they received the original item back and all of the corresponding emails.

    I originally ordered from ALT. On July 17th soon after they claimed to ship my items but I never received shipping updates I asked for a refund and they told me they would not give a refund but would reship my items. I received a new shipping number and once again the items were never shipped. I complained many times and asked for a refund many times and they stopped responding. At this point they have stollen my money and not provided any response

    I ordered a product from this company over a month ago. I chose pickup instead of delivery because it was supposed to be 24 hrs. I spent over 40 dollars and never received even a confirmation email to come pick up, which was promised. I have contacted their customer service and at first, they were responsive. They havent responded to my emails for the past 2 weeks and they do not have a phone number. The reviews all mention the same thing regarding their customer service.

    August 1st 2025 - $312 ordered products from them and looks like package is lost. It was expedited shipping. I have contacted them several times and get responses from ** bots in *****. they have no customer service number. The ** bots keep saying they are looking into it - I just want a refund the order number is Order #ALT2247761

    Order #******* I purchased a 3-pack bundle for $99. I received my order on July 28, and when i received the package, I could smell the perfume through the bag. Once I opened the package, one of the bottles on perfume had been leaking. I then shot a video to document the process and then I reached out to ALT the same day. I sent a picture of the box wet and covered in perfume. A day later I got a response from ALT stated that they needed the fragrance number and a picture of the bottle. I then sent them the video and pictures of the product. It has been 3 days later and 4 email attempts and no one will respond to my email and there is no contact number associated with this company.

    I responded to aggressive marketing emails and decided to try out a purchase. The order is shipping to an address from years ago, the company has no phone customer service and their email only customer service is an ai program that does nothing.I emailed support immediately and they never responded, and I emailed the CEO directly after he emailed a follow up on the experience, only to have him also not respond! This company will not cancel or refund orders and will not do anything about orders not delivered. Its a scam

    I had ordered a 3 pack of cologne from ALT fragrances on the 8th of July and today is the 21st of July I have multiple attempts to email the company and all I got for a response was to wait a couple of days (which I did), and when I contacted them again after a couple of the days they said they were going to contact the courier and get to the bottom of the issue which was the 18th. I have had no response back from them today the 21st which I emailed them again. All I want is a refund at this point in time.

    Placed an order on June 26th, got shipment notifcation on June 27th and then my order vanished into the nether. No updates on shipment from that point on, nothing ever arrived. Reached out to ALT support and have gotten zero response. Filed complaint through ******, 3 days later ALT hasn't replied to that either. Just escalated through ****** so maybe I'll get some movement and atleast get my money back. I get shipping problems happen, but atleast be responsive to your customers.
