    I was told an estimate and even given a military discount. My total was supposed to be 1950 and then they wanted to me to pay 3900 a week before my move. I complained because wasnt correct and they tried saying I had more cubic feet than what I originally had said. I told them I wanted my money back and refused. Even when I said I had a funeral to attend, so I would be pushing my moving day, 10 days back which was the refund deadline! I absolutely hate i trusted them with $400.. I had then said I would using a Uhaul to move my stuff and Lily the manager tried making me feel bad about her trying to help me all day. Then lied and said it would cost us more. The Uhaul will be saving us $1000.

    Promised I would give a good review if you guys came through and you did! I almost spent so much more money, thank you ****** and entire staff down to the owners for helping me. Swift Shift Moving gave me additional free storage, worked a payment plan and got my things that I desperately needed to my new place in perfect condition. I had to change my dates due to illness they were there the entire way. Thank you guys!

    This company is a scam they taking people's money with fake contracts and their not authorized to transport arranged of any household good look under they dot number every moving company has one its all a scam!!!!!!

    Got ripped off! $1100. Dishonest thieves!!!!! I cannot get a response from anyone and all 3 people that called me to change my times could not tell me why! Needless to say, time was running out for me so I ended up renting a U Haul. Another $2200 plus . Do not fall victim to them! Let my loss be your ******* I feel that they owe me for what I paid them AND for my other costs that I had because of them! I'll probably never see it but I sure am going to try. Again, stay away from this company!!!! A rating of 1 is WAY TOO HIGH!!!!?

    These people are totally scammers.I personally call them and set up contact to move me from ******** to **********. I listed what I have and sign contract. I was told movers are coming to pack my stuff and they will deliver my boxes in 2-3 days. No one told me that they are hiring another company all season logistics to take my stuff to facility and that my stuff will wait few weeks to be loaded to another truck and delivered in few months.When movers from All season logistics came he told me I need to pay 9000 dollars for him to take my stuff. I didnt have money to pay additional for my move and mover told me that he can take only my 2 mattress couch and 2 tv thats all for 3000 dollars. I beg him to take at least what is on contract he refused and left without taking anything.I called Swift Shift moving company while movers are still at my place ask them what to do , lady was telling me to pay for my staff to be taken. I ask if she can cancel whole thing she said No it dosent work like that . Mover guy was telling me that this scenario is happening 3-4 times a week. So what they are doing they are making contact taking deposit from people knowing that movers are not going to pick up staff. They collecting thousands of dollars without preforming any work.I just hope that no one goes trough stress like this . Dont use Swift Shift moving company!!!
