    As of today (3/25) I have gotten three separate delivery dates for my items. I called a week ago and was told my items would be at my location in 5-7 business days, with a text from the movers. It has been eight business days since. I called again and when I went through the automated system (they make it impossible to speak with a real person btw) it said delivery will be tomorrow (3/26). But when an actual person called me back (they will only call you back) I am told my items will SHIP in 5 days. They said they have no documentation of the first date they promised but I have a text from the movers promising the original date. I am beginning to think my items are stolen and I have been scammed. I asked for a email to provide documentation and have received nothing. Communication is a (0/10). Do not recommend.

    I had so such a stressful moving situation and the team was very professional and went out of their way to help. I would recommend to any and everyone. I had a few items I forgot to pack and they packed it for me with no additional cost. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
