            Servicemaster Remediation Services and ***************************, license #**********, were hired by ********* ****************************** for ************************************ and clean-up work. The contractor failed to provide adequate staff for the scope of the project, consistently appeared late to the work site, worked limited hours, and refused to use its equipment, such as driers and dehumidifiers, even though the contractor had the equipment on site. Contractor was terminated after they failed to cure these defects in labor. This delay resulted in hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars in additional damage to the Association property. Contractor was on site for 14 days and now claims it performed over $250,000 worth of work in that time. Contractor is attempting to price ***** and take advantage of suffering people. Contractor breached its contract and the implied warranty of care.

            Please be aware of this company in Pompano Beach. Particularly ************************* who is in charge. He does not supervise his workers, check the work once it is completed and keep his word. Work was done at my mother-in-law's house after the storm in April 2023 in ***************. They removed a soap dish and broke the shower door by placing the toilet inside. **** was notified. He said to have the shower door repaired and to send the invoice to him. He would reimburse us. And he would come to fix the soap dish. Once the shower door was repaired, we sent the invoice to ****. After many attempts to resolve the issue with him during the last phone conversation, he became irate and told my husband that he was not going to pay the bill because "it was too much money and f**k the soap dish". He is unprofessional and a liar. He took advantage of an 83-year-old woman and the situation she was unfortunate to have been in. Unfortunately, it has taken this long for us to try and resolve this issue without any success.
